Out of all the horror stories I wasnt expecting my shoes. I still had hope though. I couldnt sleep for a week, until the day of delivery finally came. I flipped a coin, landed on tails and BAM got it safely delivered to my house. Moral of the story, flip a coin and pray that it lands on tails, if it doesnt.. well that sucks try again next time.

I won’t lie, I was very worried when I saw that my Vans were being delivered by LaserShip when I’ve 1) never heard of them and 2) saw all the very bad reviews when I searched them up. I sat at the window waiting for my package to arrive in case anything happened. My package was out for delivery at 8:58am and then arrived at 5:41pm. I’d give a full 5 stars but I saw the delivery person throw my package at the doorstep. Pretty unprofessional but I’m glad my shoes arrived in perfect condition and the day they said they would. Next time, I think it’d be a better choice if Vans, or any business or customer, didn’t have LaserShip deliver any packages due to the risks of anything happening.

I got some shoes off the Nike Sneakers app and it was a pair I was really looking forward to. The shoes was worth a good amount of money and I was tracking it everyday. In the beginning it said there was an exception and that it would take longer to be delivered. I have already had two packages delivered by laser ship and it was very unprofessional it was either late at night when I wouldn’t expect a package or randomly through the day and I wouldn’t hear anyone knock. I got my package stolen it said it was delivered but never was there and I was by the door since 9 and never saw any cars come in to deliver the package or hear anyone knock or they might have given it to one of my neighbors else the shoes I don’t live in a good community so it might have been delivered but handed to someone else it makes me very upset I was never given the shoes I do not recommend and Nike needs to change they’re delivery provider.

The worst shipping company ever. They have lost 9 of my packages or they are delayed weeks. Companies end up having to resend the items. I wouldn’t be surprised if this comes out as a shell company reselling “lost” packages in China.

FashionNova decided to use this company to deliver its pkg. All of a sudden all of my packages are missing. Tracking info states left at front door but when I go outside to locate package; theres no pkg. Something told me to ride my the mailbox by the entrance to my community. Theres my pkg and others pkg laying on the ground. Terrible! Pkg was not left at front door; was left on the ground. Now it explains what happened to my other packages. Someone probably picked them up & kept them...

This company STEALS all packages it handles. You will never get your package. We ordered from NIKE.com and it said delivered to front door but never was. We called laser ship customer service and they told us the information on the website was wrong, the last update they scanned it at the laser ship facility and the driver lied about delivering it and now the package is GONE. They stole the package and there is nothing they can do. If the company you are buying from uses this shipping service do not buy the item. You will NEVER get your package from there. Read the reviews. They are 100% true.

I had a problem were my package tracking was saying will be delivered the next day, it was sent next day delivery. On the 2nd day of this I call my local delivery office, I spoke with a friendly person named Allen. He looked up my tracking number and saw the problem I was having. He told me he would find my package put it in the office. I could either pick it up or he would make sure the delivery person had it the next day. This was at 11:45 AM, I called back at 1:30 PM and told him I could not get a ride. Allen informed me he sent my package out with another delivery person and I would have it today. I thankded him and told him how much I appreciated his time. The packaged did arrive at 2:37 PM that day. I could not ask for any better service. I have nothing but praises for the Fort Myers FL office. Thank you again Allen!

Terrible delivery service. Freshly.com needs to use a different service. Left by elevator by driver next to elevator instead of to the door. I will make sure others know about your lack of service.

Horrible experience. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Nike was kind enough to cancel my order and ship out new sneakers overnight Fed Ex free of charge because of this nightmare. I would have gone to buy the sneakers myself but Ive had the delta virus. They will even call you and tell you its going out the next day. Its all a lie!

I feel one star is too high for this company. EVERY order that has been delivered from this company has several attempts prior to actually receiving the item. I am at a loss as to why companies choose to use this company to ship their items. I am currently two attempts out from shipper, and two emails out from me. Still waiting.

I dont understand how this company is still in business. They are horrible!!! I have had problems with 3 orders shipped through them, by different vendors. It always says package delivered. Guess what.....NO PACKAGE!! When you try to call you get a voicemail, which they never respond to. How do they keep their vendor contracts with such sub standard service?

I ordered my kids shoes from Kohl’s and when I went to track my package it showed that my package was loaded on the truck, out for delivery and left at my front door within a 3 minute span. It was also showing my package was delivered at 9:33 pm. Luckily I called kohl’s and they refunded my money and I did suggest to them to cut ties with this company. I had to rush out the day before school to shop for shoes! I believe one of the Lasership employees probably stole my package. My sister also has had 2 packages not delivered to her also by Lasership. Worse delivery company by far!

Terrible service! Will never use this shipping service again. Package was marked as “attempted” because the “delivery driver was unable to gain access”, but yet it was never attempted because the address is a stand alone house that is not in a gated community or complex. When I reached out to the customer service I was told to give it a couple days for the driver to redeliver. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This “delivery service” is an absolute joke. I currently have two packages from two different retailers lost and lasership does not even bother answering the phone and sends an email that blames the retailer. I previously had a package delivered 3 days late by this company. Fortunately one retailer is overnighting a new order at no cost to be delivered by an actual delivery company, UPS. I will no longer order from any company that uses lasership. Poor quality service, unreliable and totally unprofessional.

The delivery driver left several large packages outside a commercial address at 3pm in Florida during the summer! Luckily our DHL driver asked why the packages were outside. They could have easily been stolen or soaked in the daily thunderstorms. We have a receiving area immediately inside the door, just open it and set the packages inside like USPS, FedEX, UPD, and DHL do. Over $1000 could have been stolen or destroyed.

If I could give negative stars, I would.Several times, our HelloFresh has been late. It happens. This time, however, it showed the box was out for delivery, and delivery attempted, when it was not. The following day (this is cold food, mind you, ie prompt delivery is important), the box showed out for delivery again, and then showed delivered around 6:45 pm, more than 24 hours after it should have been delivered. However, it was not delivered!!! I checked 16 different doorways on our street - our HelloFresh box was not there.At midnight, our Ring doorbell went off. It was our neighbor - she found our HelloFresh outside of the resident gate (not even the entrance guests use)!!! OUTSIDE OF THE GATE!!??? The box was damaged and open, the food inside was warm, and a meat package was damaged and leaking out of the box. I had to throw everything away. What a waste of food, of time, and money. Ive had 33 HelloFresh deliveries to my door, and this driver thought that leaving a food box outside of a community gate was delivery????I called HelloFresh to cancel, because honestly, LaserShip is their contractor, so they are, in part, responsbile. They were as gracious as could be, and I learned that I had the option of choosing another delivery service!! Granted, I had to change the day of our delivery to Saturday instead of Monday, so not perfect for our schedule, but itll work. We now have FedEx as our delivery service!!

Worst experience on my life, I bought something from Macy’s and they use this company after so many complaints they say that was delivered and is no package anywhere I don’t really believe that a company like macys use this awful company, terrible customer service too, nobody is responsible for anything they connect you to a live agent and this just close the conversation. I’ve been told day after day that my Nordstrom delivery will be the “next business day”. This has gone on for a week. Of course Nordstrom charged me out 10 days ago. This store is a high-end store, using a horrible delivery service. Wake up, Nordstrom!!!

Lasership has been my carrier on several occasions and in my experience only one of three outcomes takes place: package becomes lost, item arrives damaged, or the items shipping time is severely delayed. Contacting customer service has not proved to be helpful.

I was super scared because of the reviews and not to mention I would be receiving my record player with this shipping company. However i’m not sure if I was just lucky and got a good driver but my package came on the day it was supposed to at 3 pm with no issues at all. In perfect condition and he set the package down nicely on the porch. My experience was perfectly fine. Maybe they’re changing their ways :)

The worst services delivering packages!!! Never never I receive a package correctly with this company I couldnt be more disappointed.

I had food delivered via Purple Carrot. Normally, these deliveries go fine and they drop them off at my front door. However, after months of delivering it this way, they decided to change things up without notifying me. They ended up delivering my food and leaving it on the side of my house near the back where I was unlikely to find it, without even texting me of its location. It took me a week to end up finding it in the place they put it and by that time, my food was spooled rotten. $100 worth of food was wasted because of their subpar delivery service.

They are the worse. Any company who uses this carrier service will lose a lot of customers. I will never order from a company that uses lasership. They lose your package do not update and take they time to investigate. I will crawl on the ground in the rain to a store before using this service or any company associated with them.

Two separate orders, came within one days of each other through their facility in Fort Myers, from Nike, of course I’m tracking my products and just happens that both Nike products on separate orders end up being deemed missing by management at Lasership and cannot be found, weird how two separate Nike orders end up missing by management ...manager is probably a size 10. When you call nobody answers at facility, and even corporate Lasership feels there is something odd going on with their local facility. Nike has been contacted and is opening an investigation on them.When ordering something make sure whoever it is your ordering with, does NOT shop with them !

This company is a disaster. My package with Christmas presents is sitting in the Fort Myers facility for two weeks! Tried to call and nobody is picking up. Emails also remain unanswered. I called customer service a few times and no one was able to give me updates and they told me it was out for delivery when it wasn’t and the package was lost. I asked for an estimate delivery date and I was told “maybe Friday, Saturday or Monday” LOL never again

I have no words.. my package has been sitting in their facility for 6 days. I’ve messaged and called, and got nothing but rudeness back. I am currently on the phone, and a man answered “leadership”; I stated that I had a question regarding my package, then explained the situation. He then says “are you done? Do you have a real question or is that all you have to say?” I asked him to not be rude, considering customer service is his job and I was being kind. He responded “what a joke” and put me on hold. I was on hold for 17 minutes; I hung up, and called back. Guess what? Nobody answered, he just immediately put me on hold! On hold once again. DISGUSTING service! Will be reporting.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. This is now the 4th package that has “attempted” to be delivered to my address, all of which have been eventful. With the first experience, my package was dropped at the wrong location- but made it to my door days later, and opened. The next two experiences left me with no package at all (even though company claims it was delivered). And today’s last experience, the delivery driver left my package sitting out above the community mailboxes with access for anyone to take. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Package came just on time as stated for estimated deliveries, package was not thrown. It was set gently at my front door, i also checked my camera footage to make sure of that and it was awesome! Shipping came fast and it was better than ever !

The worst shipping company ever and the main reason I dont use Amazon anymore. Packages either never arrive or the driver turns away once they see a gate. The Supervisor Alan is extremely rude and if he put as much effort into doing his job as much as he talks circles around you splits hairs theyd have a decent company. But I doubt it.

The delivery man dropped the package off at the wrong address. I called LaserShip to advise that we didnt receive the package. They sent the driver back to the house, got our package and delivered it to the correct address.

If I could give this company a NEGATIVE rating I would. All the other bad reviewers are being truthful! This is seriously THE WORST delivery company and also the most unprofessional Ive ever had to deal with. Ive been unfortunate to have inadvertently (i.e. NOT my choice of delivery companies) had packages delivered (or NOT delivered, I should say) twice now. Once was last holiday season when a package barely made it on time (ordered through Amazon). Today I was expecting a small package to arrive and at 7:23 pm I realized it hadnt yet been delivered even though tracking stated it left their Ft Myers office at 7:56 a.m. Yes, I live in a gated community and the attendants leave at 6 pm. Delivery was attempted at 7:07 pm. In other words, the lazy courier likely realized the gate was closed and simply drove off rather than actually CALL MY CELL PHONE or use the CONVENIENTLY LOCATED CALL BOX to get through the gate. This isnt a huge neighborhood and I have been home ALL DAY waiting for this package. Trust me, the other 1 star reviews are not fake. These people need to be put out of business and large companies need to stop using them for deliveries. And dont bother calling them. They wont answer the phone. I have never experienced such terrible customer service but maybe our amazing UPS driver sets the bar too high and our expectations always fall short with anyone else. If you can avoid deliveries by these lazy idiots then by all means BEG your retailer to ship by another means. Either that, or sit around waiting and wondering if your package will ever arrive.....

GPS to my address can be a little tricky, but with just a little awareness you can see where to go. No one ever has a problem with it except of course lasership drivers.

I have been waiting to even order what’s I ordered from amazon for a long time .... finally did and whattaya know ?!?!? The tracking said it would be delivered on Thursday so this afternoon I check to see if it was here yet (here meaning at our office, where all packages are left) and it shows it was delivered yesterday. I go down there and no packages!! I checked my tracking information again and it shows it was left at my front door/porch YESTERDAY. Well clearly it wasn’t. I ended up just getting my money back from amazon because I’m afraid to order anything for the fear I won’t get it, so all the things i have in my wish list, I’ll be looking for someplace else. Until they have it set up that u can chose your carrier, I won’t chance getting LaserShip again. Incompetent- unprofessional- dishonest- lazy- disappointing - waste of a company!

The company stated that the shipment was delivered when it was not. We did not have the tracking number on hand and they refused to look it up any other way. The call was disconnected and when I tried to call back twice no one picked up the phone. Very unprofessional. My husband and I order online all the time and I was very unhappy with this service.

When I saw that Lasership was delivering my Amazon package I was definitely fearful after reading the awful reviews. My experience was great. Delivery guy knocked on the front door, before leaving the package inside my porch. Box was perfect. Item was even delivered 2 days early. No complaints thankfully!

I had an order from Amazon and it never got to my address. I had to call Amazon and order another one and pay for it and hope that I get a refund. Three days later I go to my neighbor who has not been here for three months and checked his porch and guess what. There it was. I then had to call amazon and cancel my other order because my Item was put on the porch of my neighbor. You need someone who can look at numbers on the house and deliver it there.

If a company uses LaserShip don’t waste your time ordering from them. Package said delivered, and I was home all day (hence the $10 expedited shipping I paid for to have it delivered to me on a specific day) and it just never showed up. Looked online saw everyone having the same exact problem, so stay away from them. You won’t get your package, and then you’ll have to go through a investigation/ time consuming process to get a refund. I have no clue why any company would use LaserShip. It’s just costing them inventory and money. And honestly a company should have to check with me before using an independent contractor/courier to deliver MY package. After all I am spending the money.

This company, Lasership, did not attempt to notify me of delivery. I have been home all day. I have a screened-in front porch that is covered. The door was unlocked. They left the package about five feet outside of the enclosed porch. They did not knock. They did not make any attempt to let me know the product was delivered. The shipping box as well as the product boxes got drenched in the rain. The kindle box is soaked through.

Product was late, and the first time leadership tried to deliver the package, they lost it. I never received any notification that it was lost. After several phone calls, they managed to ship out another package with one day shipping, however have still not received it. I was going to give it two because their one of their customer support employees was outstanding, Unfortunately the other two could barely qualify as medicore. 2 day shipping=8 day shipping

I was home all day. My husband was outside painting our home. He seen the Lasership delivery guy stop in front of our house along the sidewalk. Parked for a few minutes and then proceeded to leave without even getting out of his vehicle! After that the packaged showed delivered! I never received any package! My husband and I witnessed the incident. DO NOT USE LASERSHIP IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE!

Lasership is the worst delivery company ever. Theyre so lazy they cant even make it to your door. They threw a $400 computer part in our driveway halfway between house and the street. Luckily it didnt get run over. Another time they left it at the bottom of the driveway to get rained on. Now, I have a package that was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago and its no where in site. They say on website it was put out for delivery and then it says no its to be delivered next day. Well, that was yesterday now it just says Exception. Wheres my damn package Lasership????

My tracking says it was delivered & left at my front door at 12:41pm again it was not! I was home all day I have 2 dogs that would have heard someone come to my front door to drop a package off! So now I have no item & am out the money! I did contact Amazon convening this & am waiting for a response back. This company is horrible & I have no idea why they are still in business or why Amazon would continue to use them! USPS or UPS is definitely the way to go, items are always on time! I only gave it 1 star so I could leave this review, if I could have picked a zero I would have! Completely frustrated & annoyed!

Not only did Lasership NOT deliver my package, the man who answered the phone told me how they used GPS and took pictures of your front door to prove they delivered the package. When I asked him to provide the GPS and picture to prove that they DIDNT leave the package at my door, he said oh, I dont have pictures... and went on a ridiculous impromptu explanation of how they have all that information and I have to contact the shipper. RUDE, UNHELPFUL, INDIGNANT. Unbelievable that anyone with an attitude like this person can actually command a paycheck. Called Vitacost and relayed what happened. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS MENACE OF THE SHIPPING BUSINESS.

First time at bat with this service. 8:00am I checked to see when the delivery would be made item out for delivery. As I was not familiar with this company and reviews were not sterling I stayed home to receive the delivery. 11:30pm check to see where the delivery was website said delay in shipping due to external issues. Contacted the people who shipped the item told them never to use this outfit for my deliveries again. My opinion this outfit cant even compete with USPS. UPS and Fedex still the best and most reliable. Never had an issue with them, I can tell the time of day when it comes to UPS.

I got a text message at 10pm saying it was signed by front door I live in gated community but ok I will go look, nothing there, got another text the next morning that it was delivered again, nope not there, nobody answers the phone when you call, real professional company, filing a claim now with Amazon and will request that they never use this company again for my stuff, I have ordered hundreds of things and have never had an issue until this company was going to deliver, I have been waiting weeks for my new Bluetooth headset and now looks like Im heading to best buy to pay double because this joke of a business cant do there job, be warned and look at this companys reviews, almost all people have had problems.Update so I did get s hold of this company and they were very nice and genuinely seemed to care that it was missing so we will see what happens

My item should be hear by now that I order from Amazon but its not. On the tracking information it show that be delivered at my house already but its not. I been trying to call them and find out what going on but no one is answering there phone. Amazon should use anther company beside them. Only gave a rating of one because I had to. Second package delivered to the middle of my driveway instead of walking up to the door and leaving it under cover. Walmart order never delivered twice. I was home all day on the second attempt. Very disappointed Walmart did refund my purchase. I do not believe that Lasership ever attempted to deliver the package.

They are so hit and miss that it is staggering. I regularly order items from two different companies that still use these guys. I have had stuff dumped in my driveway out in the boiling Florida sun or rain just to be ruined. Theyve also showed as delivered when not delivered. Then they have showed unable to deliver due to external factors multiple times. Basically they suck. Every other package there is a problem. They hire independent contractors in unmarked vehicles to deliver their packages. So they are not trained company drivers. It is sad how many companies use them for shipping when their service is this unreliable.

Ordered a package off of amazon, listed it as delivered 5 days before it was actually delivered, when called asking where my package was, they immediately told me they were unable to reach the driver (without even attempting) and told me they’d call me back once they knew something.never received a call back, my package arrived 3 days later, completely opened.Stay away from LaserShip, horrible customer service, and they will tamper with your packages.If I could rate less than one star I would.

They are the worst. First they claim they attempt and then they try to arrive almost 11pm. Next they say package is delivered and the package is not there. They lie and its atrocious. If there was a no star they would get nothing.

They told me they attempted delivery however they never came to the door. It took me 5 extra days to get my package even though I free two day shipping from amazon I then ordered again from amazon with two day shipping and once again the package is late. Lasership is a terrible company and Amazon needs to drop them.

Driver called wrong number for gate, somehow driver got in, claimed to have left package at the back door? Really, who leaves packages at a lanai back door, SMH... Called Lasership that night after checking tracking, told me they would start an investigation and email me within 24 hours with any info... going on day 2 with no communication, I gave up, contacted amazon to reship my order.... Fingers crossed.... package gets here...POOR COMPANY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,BEWARE.....

Stated package was delivered at 1:30....WE WERE HOME and deliver was ever made! Contacted Amazon who contacted and then they were unable to driver at all, was told there will be an investigation that will take 2 days....where work you state you did something and you didn’t! That is called falsifying documents! And you get fired! Amazon needs to do their homework with this type of riff-raff and give them the boot!!!!!

The absolute worst company! The drivers make up reasons for not dropping off your packages on time. They throw your packages at your doorstep without attempting to knock on the door. I had to call several times to make a complaint & the driver lied stating they made several attempts to deliver my package but were stopped by the guard & were not let in.....For the record I do not live in a community that has a guard outside the gate.

I HATE lasership this is the 2nd package in 3 days that the claim was “delivered” but never showed up! I have been home all day and no one even drove past my house let alone delivered anything! They have left my packages at random houses in my neighborhood out of pure laziness because they don’t feel like driving to my home! GET OFF YOUR ASS AND DO YOUR JOB! I seriously wish there was a way to ask for a different shipping company when ordering from amazon! I don’t understand how this joke of a company is even still in business!

Still waiting on a package to be delivered after 11 hours. If I could rate a zero star I would. UPS FedEx and USPS are faster than these ass clowns. Hopefully Amazon will ditch this excuse for a company. I work as a courier and if I took this long, I would not have a job and I am good and quick at what I do. This is a terrible company.

Whenever Amazon uses these guys,it says delivery was attempted......but it never even was. This about the 3rd-4th time this has happened,it gets sent to the local shipping store where its thrown in a pile of other lost packages and the last time this happened it took 45 min to find it and they sent me back and forth between 2 shipping stores that are 500 yrds apart and both saying the other had it.....it was at the original shipping store that I went in to and they had to dig it out....

One star is too many. 2 separate packages delivered by Lasership were left out in the pouring rain, on my sidewalk which is 15 ft from my enclosed patio/entryway. Delivery notifications both stated left on front porch....not even close. I sent pics of both deliveries to Amazon. Both packages ruined and returned to Amazon. Maybe the driver is only allowed to walk 5 ft away from vehicle (sarcasim). Told Amazon I will not ever order anything that will be delivered by this company.

FedEx can find my address; ups can find it even the USPS can find it! But laser ship cant!!!!!! Why is that? Since April they cant find it. It must be they never heard of GPSS. HELLO

I gave it 1 star because NO STARS was not an option! First time Ive had anything shipped through LaserShip. I tracked for 2 days. It showed attempted delivery on the first day it went out for delivery. I was home all day! There was no attempt here!!! On the second day, package went out for delivery later in the afternoon. Again, I was home all day! It showed that it was Delivered! So, my hubby and I went outside in search of where the package may of been left. We covered everything all around the house and even checked with neighbors. NO PACKAGE!!! Are these drivers competent??? Do they know how to use a GPS??? Do they only need a Drivers License to be hired??? Come on LaserShip, get it together or NO ONE WILL USE YOU FOR SHIPPING!!!! I hope whoever got my package is enjoying my order! HAHAHA! I contacted the seller to report my problem. They are expediting a replacement. I asked them to NEVER use LaserShip again!!!!!

The sketchy delivery man dropped off the box at the door after it was tampered with, and re-taped with most of the chips missing, I called Amazon and told them never to have this company deliver my goods again.
