They did a fantastic job cleaning my computer up so and getting it repaired. It runs as fast as it did when I bought two years ago! Their service was outstanding and quick. I use my computer for work everyday and they were able to get everything done with no work time lost. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Top Tier surely knows great customer service! Ive spoke with Jeff and Debbie on the phone before but mainly dealt with Chuck. Our bookkeepers computer was having issues and we needed servicing pretty quickly. Most companies acted too big for the job or didnt have availability for over a week. Top Tier was able to try to help that same day by remotely entering the computer first to take a look. Chuck did have to come out and retrieve the computer for a closer look--which was awesome that we didnt have to take it apart and go to them! Although our computer was at its end, Chuck made sure to follow up and give options to us. This company is SO nice and willing that Ill recommend them to anyone I know in need of their services.
