Best Tech company in town! I own a long standing business in SWFL with multiple locations. SJC Technology was referred to me, by another colleague I do business with regularly. Honestly, I was tired of dealing with so many tech companies in the past who we would outgrow and wouldnt offer the right kind of support. So, I called them over a two years ago to see what they can do for us. I first spoke to Betty and she is just a lovely person and you could hear her smile through the phone anytime you call. My office staff absolutely loves her.I scheduled with Betty for a consultation. She sent a Tech and Sean, who is the owner. They were friendly, came to my office and we spoke about our needs. They were honest and very helpful at explaining what I actually needed. Compared to other IT companies I had used, these guys didnt try to just sell! I can see why clients are so loyal to them, because they are just as loyal to their clients. Quality and quick response to our tech needs is critical for us. They have Integrity. You will always get a straight response from Sean when ask him anything IT.You call, they answer. You go on the online Chat, they respond. Fast service, usually logging into our system and fixing the problem asap. When its not something they can fix remotely, their team of techs is PHENOMENAL! When they come to our offices, the techs are respectful, look professional, and are mindful not to waste your time. They show up ready resolve it, great communication and a nice streamlined system to give the best service.They have helped my office managers tremendously with various support when we need them to add new hires with Microsoft accounts and creating users. They are also a much needed resource to help when we have to terminate an employee, locking them out and securing our systems. SJC also takes care of our backups, file sharing, Dark Web monitoring, phones, remote employees, monitoring and restricting employee internet usage, new office PC installs, repair, manage my networks, HIPPA, compliance and PCI. I had accidentally fallen for a phishing scam and let some hackers into my pc, I was stressed and unsure what to so but got some amazing help and advice from SJC tech, their tech Kevin was an incredible help in the process and let me know what was going on every step of the way

SJC Technology Inc is amazing. I love their chat feature and how quickly they respond. Today for example, I had a coworker send a message to them via chat because I had no access to my computer within a 1/2 an hour maybe 45 minutes Enrique was at the office working to get me up and running. Enrique Rufi was great! I thought I lost everything. Tried Norton, Restero and tech help. Found SJC on FB and they came out same day and replaced my hard drive and was able to save most files on an almost dead machine and at a reasonable price/less than I thought it would cost. Had a great tech (Enrique) come out to help me today. I called yesterday for a problem I had tried fixing for 2-1/2 hours by myself before giving up. The problem was fixed with Enrique out the door in 25 minutes. Impressive.Really appreciate the customer support with the scheduling beforehand, call & text notification before tech was coming over, and follow up after the visit.
