I had a broken key on my laptop. After a bit of research it was clear that the entire keyboard would need to be replaced. I emailed Computer Giant for a quote. Oskars response was the quickest and the most professional. I dropped of the laptop when the replacement keyboard had arrived. Oskar explained the process of replacing it in detail and said the repair would be done in two days. It was done as promised and works perfectly. Thank you!

I found Computer Giant through Home Advisor. I’ve used Home Advisor throughout my renovations for my condo in PGI. Using HA made my renovations absolutely stress free as I was new to Florida. Because of the great experience I had in doing a complete makeover to my condo it only made sense to try it for my computer woes. Again, it did not disappoint! Oskar performed all of the tasks I needed in the set up and anti-virus installation to my various devices as well as taking one of my laptops back to his office in order to retrieve my old passwords. He did this voluntarily and did not expect anymore compensation. I am so impressed with his expertise and most of all his demeanor in our conversations that I am going to bring up his services at our next association board of directors meeting. Real personal service still exists and you can find it with “Computer Giant”! Bravo!
