Very productive and personable serviceJames worked on my 2016 MacBook Pro virtually via Zoom - I was in Toronto, he was in Ft. Myers. I wanted to back up my emails properly. He noticed issues on my Mac and spent an hour explaining, sleuthing and correcting while I watched and learned. He accomplished an incredible amount within that one hour. I have additional things Id like him to look at, so we will meet again next week. James did not try to sell me a monthly contract or expensive software or new equipment (in fact he upped my computers speed by finding & deleting a very hard to find weird email setting resulting in multiple copies gumming things up). Highly recommend.

He put a new hard drive in my 8 year old IMac and it was faster than when it was new. He restored my IPhone after it locked up - a lifesaver! James at MacSavvy did an excellent job handling the IOS deployment for my Window Treatment company. He also deployed our Macs earlier this year as well. We needed to keep control of our IPads, iPhones and Macs since they are company owned. He took care of arranging our new purchases with the Apple Business Group and deployed them in an efficient way. He set up the needed account registrations with the different portals to deploy and manage the devices moving forward. It is easy now to add apps, email accounts or whatever is needed to all devices at one time. We also have good security and can trace or lockout a device if needed.
