I called this man, I had an ethernet connection problem. He told me he could look at it, and diagnose free. I thought RED FLAG! Then in the same, short, phone conversation, he said he thought he had a better solution. He suggested an accessory that. he didnt sell, but he sent a link to find it. It was a $10 fix. It solved my problem. He didnt take a dime. Smart, fast, inexpensive, and honest. I was always told you could only ever have 2 of those qualities at the same time. He gave all 4 . Top ratings.
