This was hands dow a fantastic carpet cleaning company. They made my carpets like new.

I called Xtreme and scheduled an estimate on 10/26/17. They came out to my office, measured and sent me an estimate via email a few days later. Even though their quote was $70 more than the other estimate I received, I wanted to schedule with Xtreme because they could do it sooner than the other guys. I responded to Xtremes estimate email immediately asking to be scheduled. Melissa emailed me back almost immediately asking if I would like to schedule for the same week, I responded Yes and then never heard from her again. I emailed the following day asking to be scheduled again and got no response.A few weeks later, I called and asked to please be put on the schedule and they put me on the books for 11/27/17 arriving 4-5pm. That day someone showed up shortly after 5... to do another estimate, which will be inaccurate because I was no longer there to tell him what we wanted cleaned. A month later and Im still looking at dirty carpets. I will not be recommending their services.

They cleaned another one of my clients homes I could not get to. She is extremely happy. I appreciate the work they did here. Awsome. Just awsome. My only problem is that I may have lost my client as she will want them instead of me from now on. :)And this is a military family who wondered daily whether they would ever see their father and husband, jamie, come home from a war he was literally fighting in for our country. So thank you very much for that. Thank you.
