I ended up not going through with this cleaning service. The lack of communication was absolutely terrible. They promised me one date and then told me not until 10 days later. I had to talk to 4 different people. They used the excuse their phone is out. However, they had my email, and since this subject had to brought to the owner whom wouldn’t return calls. I was still pushed out 10 days than promised, and they wouldn’t do anything to accommodate their unprofessionalism. Absolutely the WORST company I have ever tried to schedule with.

Rebecca always does a fantastic job. I am partially handicapped and she does the heavy cleaning I can no longer do. She has become part of the family now.

My experience with MaidPro began in July 2020. We were initially sent a cleaning pro that did an excellent job with our first clean and we were very satisfied.That lasted for all of one visit. On subsequent visits, new pros were sent, and cleaning tasks were not done right (one pro in particular thought that briefly running a mop head around a bathtub would get it acceptably clean; another claimed she couldnt see the dirt well enough to clean it) or were ignored altogether.Over the course of the next several months, I repeatedly requested that our initial service provider be assigned to us, to no avail. Three separate phone calls to MaidPro with exact this same request later, MaidPro finally revealed to me that that initial pro was not in our service area. I finally cancelled services, since its just more of a headache than a help to have to get home from work after the pros had been there, make a list of all the things that were done poorly or missed, and reschedule someone to come out to re-clean every single time (or do it over myself -- so why was I paying a cleaning service?)To her credit, Michelle stepped in at this point and spoke with me personally, agreeing to send us our original pro every time if we could adjust our service time a bit. This worked just fine for us, and we were very happy with the work done for the 6+ months that this particular pro was coming to us.But then...This week at our appointed service time, two completely new pros showed up at our door. We had no particular warning that our pro was going to change. When I spoke with the MaidPro office on the phone after we sent the two new pros away, I was informed that our usual pro no longer worked there. I cancelled services, because I just dont think I have it in me to go through the process of working with MaidPro again to find someone who actually does good work.To be totally fair, I had both good and bad customer service experiences with MaidPro. At the end of the day, I wouldnt recommend MaidPro unless you have the patience to work with the inconsistent performance of their staff.

We now have Maid Pro as our monthly service. Both Rebecca and Yohaira did a wonderful job. They did a very thorough cleaning, especially after a home improvement project, that left the home pretty dusty. They also accommodated our needs for specific needs in the cleaning process.Looking forward to there next visit!

My experience with MaidPro was just great! They came on time and well prepared. We went over all the work that I wanted done. They completed all the work in time that I was quoted.

I’ve had several times while the Rebecca is cleaning that she has surprised me with how dirty my home actually was. Today it was my bedroom and bathroom doors. She cleaned them so well. She is also super friendly with myself, my girlfriend, and my dog. Can’t recommend them/her enough.

She gets a 5-star review from us!!BUT ......MAIDPRO forgot to show on month#2 during the appointed time slot (yes I called..... “vehicle issues”)......forgot to show as well on the “rescheduled” time slot 2 days later (no excuse was going to work THIS time)!So, what started as a 5 star review quickly went to a ZERO. But this review won’t allow a zero, thus you see a lonely star....sorry! Service was cancelled.

They worked hard but didnt clean any of.our pocket doors...or wife down cabinet fronts. Saw one of the girls mopping our tile floor then used mop on the base boards while mopping the floor. The house was empty before our furniture arrived. It was clean but alot of things missed...ceiling fans..doors etc. We still tipped them each $20.. they worked hard...just not alot of attention to details...but cleaner than it was when they started.

Maid Pro has been cleaning my home for over 1 yr and each person who comes does a terrific job. Yesterday Adruella washed all my floors and Bathrooms and did an excellent job.

They did an absolutely fantastic job. Showed up on time and was very thorough. She only missed a couple of spots that were very small and I was able to do myself. Only complaint is that they don’t regularly have cleanings on Saturdays, and my maid barely spoke English so we had to use Google translate and a friend to communicate. But she was very patient and kind and very efficient in her work

Thank you.I am disappointed that MaidPro doesnt have consistent professionals each visit. It would be nice to have one or two people who are familiar with the layout, etc.

Maria goes above and beyond what I expect. She discovered a mildew problem I didnt know about and she helped me carry some heavy trash bags downstairs.

I had my home done and it was not properly done... however they did come again to correct some issues.. i was told i would receive a voucher to try them again and never received it... i had emailed repeatedly and still nothing been sent...not professional at all..and btw.. they aim for the easiest and quickest first then count as its been done!!! example: i had 2 cups in sink for wash and she ran to do it and checked dishes washed,,not cool

I was given a four hour window for service. Ana Munoz arrived shortly after the window opened and started work quickly. She did a thorough job. She asked questions when needed and paid attention to the details.I appreciate her great work.

I thought a national company I would get topService. Very expensive! Had 3 rooms done, poor quality on the three that were done.. didn’t do what I asked, didn’t speak English and then received a call to pay for double what I paid. I initially bought 8 hrs of service and then was asked to pay for An additional 7 hrs!!! Me and my husband spent 5 hrs after they left to clean properly!! I am getting ready to put out house on the market so we had already cleaned the rooms, I was looking for a deep cleaning, baseboards, blinds, outside of cabinets..they just recleaned what we did and didn’t do anything that was asked.. awful and would never do again or recommend! Please go for any other company and save your money!

Top notch professionals. We have been using Royal Maids for almost a year. Iliana and Verania are very professional, thorough and respond well if we ask for some extra TLC in any area of our condo. They are trustworthy and really nice women to have in our home. They do extra loving flourishes to show us like they really care about our place like decorating the tp with a fold, a seal or a flower. They are hard workers and wonderful working women.
