I have been going there for years. I went in on Friday 5/2/19 with a picture of the colors I wanted. Red,black, and blond done in the chunky style. I have been growing my hair out for the past year. I asked her to just trim it. I was there for 2 hours and you can not even see the red or black it looks like I just dyed my bangs a brown/blond. To top it off she chopped my all off its now up to my shoulders in some spots. Im not very picky when it comes to my hair. I have a motto its only hair it will grow back. But I have never been this upset over a hair cut and color. I gave them a 1 star only because it cant get any lower. I used to recommend Regis to all my friends. But now I wouldnt bring my dead dog to them after spend 170.00 i should at least have the color i wanted

I have been coming here for about 7 years now and after every single visit I absolutely love my hair... all thanks to Jackie! She has such a great artistic eye and I feel confident in her because she really does care about making sure you leave happy and takes her time with perfecting every detail. Also, the entire staff is always so nice and the salon itself is very clean, professional and inviting. Regis Salon gets a 5 star rating for sure!

Apparently using the side open door is frowned upon and the thick girl with short purple hair, Jessie I believe her name was. She was quick to let me know. I needed a wash and conditioning, no blow out. Her attitude was enough for me to take my business elsewhere.I will stick with my friendly inviting stylist team. I only came to this location because I was visiting from my home location.A warm friendly smile goes a long way.

I have never received such a horrendous haircut. I asked if she could shorten it up a bit and trim my bangs. She did terrible layers, as well as bits of chunky hair along the sides of my face. Not to mention it was WAYY to short as well as uneven. Truly upset and will not be coming back here EVER AGAIN. I do not recommend this salon.

Ive been going to this Regis location for around 15 years...I WONT go anywhere else! All the professionals that work there do a fantastic job but Sara(h?) is my GO-TO girl for cut, color, up-dos, AND she washes hair like no one else (I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing)...I have brought friends in and will continue to recommend every chance I get :)

Layla did such an amazing job on my hair tonight. I came in wanting one thing and then gave her the reins. She definitely knows what she’s doing! I’m am so happy to have come in tonight and by chance got her. I will be back and will be telling all of my friends to come there for her!

Took my 8 year old in for a cut and wash before the new school year started and not only I, but she as well we pleased with everything. I went to a different salon last year and the cut was all wrong. Her stylist actually listened and my LO is happy. Great stylist.

I visited Regis Salon located inside Edison mall and I can honestly said that I LOVE IT!!! The people there are amazing and they will work with you to make sure that you get what you want. My stylist was Sarah and she is beyond amazing, she made sure that what I was asking for was really what I wanted and made sure that she got what I said right, she was beyond friendly and amazing when it comes to do ombre hair. Overall the service was great, I believe that the price was just reasonable since I happen to have a lot of hair and it is super long and thick. I am positive that I will return to Regis after this.

My lady friend goes to Regis and I have been at Regis the staff is wonderful they are polite and courteous and very knowledgeable about their craft I am very glad that I have been acquainted with them and they are also in the Edison Mall

Worst expierence ever. I asked for layers and the lady literally left me with 3 strands of hair. They charged me expensive for what she did. She cut it and when she was done I left then I waited for it to dry thinking it was going to be nice. Literally I was horrified when I saw that. I went back so they can fix it turns out they left me with 3 strands.I toldThem when I started exactly what I wanted & the lady was like I am going to wash your hair so I can cut it Better. I was okay. When I got back after my hair dried so they can fix the problem, the other lady that works there was like “it’s because your hair was wet, it’s better when it’s dry” so they basically had an off and on thing going on. Super horrible expierence. Don’t recommend this place to anyone they don’t know what they are doing all they care is about the money.

I have had my eyebrows waxed here on several occasions. When I went to have them done today I was asked to provide my name, phone number and addy. I said that I didnt want to giving that information. The lady said that I had to and I explained that I had had this service on the past without registering. She rudely said that I had to give my name and number in order to get my brows done. I walked away, around the corner and had it done for half the price!! Wont go back to Register.

I now will only go to Regis. Hairstylist Catalina recreated a completely new look...I went from waist length hair to a short sassy symentrical cut....which I have never had so many compliments and asked where I had it done. Very reasonable rates....And as I observed other stylists....I noticed they took their time giving their customer exactly what they wanted. Im waiting to call in this Sunday at 11:30 to see if Catalina has an opening. Lol...Also I did purchase a couple hair products which were awesome...Especially the stay which helps my hair not to frizz out in this Florida climate. I have straight hair and without the spray....Strands will start to frizz. This product does not leave your hair greasy either!!!!!

My wife went in for highlights and a cut. Both turned out wrong. She went back to get it fixed. Now she is all blond instead of her natural red hair with highlights and her bangs are too short. All this and we got to pay $160 for completely horrible hair.

It was horrible I told the laddy to cut my daughters bangs only up to her eye brows and she ended up cutting it all the way before her eye brows so it was supper short and un even and she couldnt even blow dry her bangs because of how short it was wow i would never come back here agian deffenetly they do not have experience and they do not know how to cut hair on top of having a customer leave mad and her daughter hair mest up for pictures I give no stars at all

I went to get a shaved hair style. The stylist insisted not to get it. I dont pay u to tell me WHAT I WANT FOR MY OWN HAIR for starters so i got and an undercut . Secondly i showed her MULTIPLE pics of the hair style i wanted. And she completely and utterly screwed up my hair!!!!!!! As i walked out she started talking crap about me as well! She had the most horrible attituded i shouldnt of even tipped her but i did and she still had the guts to talk crap about me as me and my little sisters left! And wen she was done destroying my hair i asked if she could put in the lines like in the pictures and she said I cant do that. Im like are you serious then why did she say she could do the style i wanted at all!!! Never ever again....
