We had a flat on our boat trailer traveling on I75. We had to leave it on the side of the interstate and go find a new tire. I called Martin’s to see if they could help us. When we arrived they had two tires on the rims waiting for us. They even lent us lug wrench and jack to change them. My truck wrench wouldn’t fit. They were very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them for your tire needs.

I live near by so when I got a screw in my tire I went here a. Out of convenience, and b. Because the reviews seemed pretty good here. After my short visit, the reviews do not even give this shop or its employees nearly enough credit. The moment i walked in i was very warmly greeted by two young ladies who were outstanding and very approachable. Then when I spoke to the mechanics, they were exactly the same and took care of me promptly and even had the courtesy to switch my tires out (I said I could do it myself since I was dropping in unannounced) and price out new tires, as mine are on their last legs, which is awesome because normally I would go to Costco for tires. Their prices are a little under costco, but I will 100% be going back just based on how they treat their patrons and will drop everything theyre doing to go above and beyond.If youre reading this, do not go elsewhere! These guys rock and watching them work on other vehicles, I could see they actually care about their product and brand! Thank you for making my day a lot less stressful and being so welcoming!

We had a problem with a tire that was losing pressure on our 38 foot motorhome. A local RV dealership suggested Martins to look at it. Turns out it was an inside tire that was flat and all the weight was being placed on the outside tire, making it look flatter. Ended up being an extension we had put on years ago to inflate the inside back tire. We purchased the new extension and Martins installed. No appointment, last minute, temperatures over 100, very nice owner and mechanics. Very, very pleased with the service, honesty, price and workmanship. I would highly recommend!

After paying $1,500.00 to get the thermostat, radiator and upper and lower hoses replaced ($400.00 of the $1,500.00 was for the machining of a part they broke getting off and they charged me for) my vehicle broke down stranding me 2 weeks later, someone at the location I broke down at told me it was lower hose) it was late and Martins was closed so I had my vehicle towed to my home. The next morning I paid for a second tow to get the vehicle back to them as they wouldnt supply the tow. After getting my vehicle back they called and asked if I had personally seen it was the lower hose, I said no. They proceeded to tell me it was not the lower hose it was another issue, the charge would be $500. more dollars. I go pick my vehicle up 1 week later. now the A/C blower doesnt work. Which was working when I dropped it off. They are saying its nothing theyve done and want me to bring it back. I dont think I will. If 0 stars were available I would give them 0 stars.

I have know Donnie since junior high (a long long time). No matter they come to the rescue.

Took my truck to get a noise fixed every time I took off from a complete stop. I was charged $700 left and truck was still making noise. After getting new tires put on at a different location I was told the noise was coming from a completely different part. I called up to Martin to get a quote and was hung up on aftee asking them to give me a sex as I had just pulled up to drive thru. It’s ok though they probably wouldn’t have fixed my truck currently anyway.

I love Martins they are a mom - pop type privately owned business and I have used them for years. They do what you want - not what corporate is trying to sell you - and they do it for reasonable. They also work you right in to their day.

Very disappointed with my visit . I have been using Martins for years and have no complaints. Monday I had Martins install 4 tires and do an alignment. Vehicle had the appointment for the alignment at 9am. Wasnt even started till noon. ( Glad I wasnt waiting since 9am) . Lady at front desk was very rude and I never even got a receipt for services that were performed. Now I have no way to write off the services for my business. Also the alignment still is off and the steering wheel isnt even straight. Tires had 20 pounds of pressure in them. ( way to low ) Had they drove the vehicle after the install they would have noticed the tires were way to low. New valve stem cap was damaged. WORST EXPERIENCE and I will never be taking either vehicle back.

Owner is great but his guys in the garage are horrible. They want to lecture you if you ask a question. Go somewhere else for better service where all your questions will be answered.

Awsome mechanic fair prices he Is a good honest man

If I could give this place a zero I would. I brought my car in the beginning of February for an AC diagnostic, 100,000 mile tune up, and a strange engine noise. I dropped my car off 8am on Tuesday and was told they would call me when they found out what was wrong... we’ll come 4:30 (they close at 5) still no call, so I called them and they said they had only checked the AC and that I needed a new compressor, condenser, and radiator fan( despite never having symptoms of an over heating car or low radiator fluid). They told me that apparently my radiator fan had broke and that had caused my engine to not be able to regulate heat well, which caused the compressor to work over time eventually leading it to burn out. They said it would be around $1200 to fix just the ac so I gave them the go ahead to just fix the fan and I would get the ac fixed another time. Next day I call back to get an update and they now say I need new valve cover gaskets, a transmission fluid flush, and a brake fluid flush. The balance at this point was $1350. I told them do the fan and the valve cover gaskets. They told me that they would call when it was done(this was Wednesday) again comes 4:30 and no call, so I call and turns out they haven’t even started. Next day(Thursday) I call at 3pm and again they still hadn’t started. Finally 11am Friday and $950 later my car was finished. I get in my car to leave and smell a harsh burning smell and still hear the noise I asked them to check. So I called them and asked why I was smelling a burning smell and they said it was from the valve cover gaskets and that it would burn off within a few days. Fast forward 3 weeks burning smell still present and noises, I brought my car to firestone to get new tires, an oil change, and to get a quote on the ac. Well while doing my oil change they found massive amounts of oil covering my engine and alternator so I told them that I had just had valve cover gaskets replaced and that martins garage told me the oil would burn away, well firestone said that this amount of oil wouldn’t just burn away on its own and could actually cause damage left uncleaned, so they cleaned it infront of me in all of 5 minutes. Then they inform me that I didn’t need a new compressor or condenser that I simply needed a recharge. What did I pay $150 in ac diagnostic fees at martins garage for if they weren’t going to check something as simple as a recharge? Makes me wonder if martins garage even checked my ac... I also told firestone about my experience and they were very suspicious about whether I even needed a new radiator fan and valve cover gaskets... needless to say I will never be returning to Martins Garage and I hope everyone that sees this is cautious getting their car fixed here. Always get a second opinion and ask for your old parts back. I am a full time college student so I don’t have tons of money to through at my car and it makes me sad that someone would rip me off.

I’d give it a zero if I could. Waited for an appointment made by the owner for 3 days. Dropped off the car and the manager said they don’t work on the owners schedule and it would be 5 days to even look at it. Rude, disrespectful and wasted our time.
