Amazing customer service and learns of new place for auto repairs and vehicles for sale they get new ones in every Friday. Very friendly knowledgeable compassionate staff. Will be looking to use them in the future for maintenance needs and potentially looking at a car from them in the very near future. Customer service and quality creates loyalty! Patty and her staff are amazing! I am very glad that I had the opportunity to meet them just wish it were under better circumstances.

This place is absolutely amazing! Awesome customer service professional friendly compassionate and understanding! Had a major accident on Friday the 9th my car was totaled and they were extremely helpful and all of the above mentioned and helping to make the process easy and smooth. Also learned of the different Services they have and new vehicles they have for sale every Friday I will be visiting and utilizing their services again in the future for things other than an auto accident and getting my belongings out of my car. Really amazing genuine people. I know having your car towed from somewhere shouldnt be is always a crazy experience. However usually its generally not the tow companys fault. Really nice people especially if you go in there being kind and nice. Was in a jam and They were willing to work and help me out. Its amazing what can happen when people can help people. My suggestion is if you have to deal with Reds ok auto repair Go in with a smile and some honey.

Unprofessional and VERY VERY RUDE customer service I was in a gated community beach walk where the security guard is trigger happy and calls a tow truck without even looking at the vehicle apparently because I not only put a note on the window to aware them where I was and who I was VISITING and the vehicle has a very large phone number (its a taxi cab) but the security guard decided that I was not allowed to be parked there which was only 4 hours btw so I called these guys they said f#&*$ you and all that very lucky is was not to my face honestly cause you dont talk to ppl in that manner and not get taught a lesson

I’m not sure where to begin. I’ll start with the fact that the vehicle I own was towed unlawfully and out of a guest spot from my mother’s community I’m visiting. “As a guest” . The violation on the vehicle said warning only and the box that said tow warning was clearly not marked. In less than 24 hours it was towed. These people are rude, ignorant, and I would argue they have about as many teeth as they do brain cells. The unprofessionalism is top notch! If you want to use the worst towing company in fort Myers you found it!!! Congrats Reds you are first in one thing.

If i could leave negative stars, I would. I am a home health nurse, and was working and seeing patients in East Ft Myers. The tower admitted she saw I was not parking in the correct spot, circled the block, waited for me to get inside my patient’s home, then towed me. The neighbors report this is their regular practice. The signs on the building do NOT say anything about parking on the side of the street. And the parking spots all have apartment numbers on them... and no guest spots, so either way anyone visiting that building will get towed. The tow truck driver admitted she saw me parking incorrectly, admitted she knew I was a nurse, and waited for me to be inside to tow me. I am working, in my scrubs, with my stethoscope and nursing bag in arm! This is what I get for taking care of people? These SCUMBAGS prey on anyone and everyone. She easily could have said, hey no parking.. but no... the $100 was more important to her than me seeing patients and taking care of people for the afternoon. There is a special place in hell for these people. What’s next, Red’s? Gonna start robbing nuns??

Vehicle was towed at night early April 2nd by mistake by Reds OK via a Gated community security guard who didn’t know all residents have overnight parking access after April 1st. Community leasing office apologized for Guard’s mistake and paid for the towing immediately. Upon picking up the vehicle, several issues were apparent, such as the steering alignment being 30 degrees off center to the right, and the automatic gear shifter doesn’t seed into the drive position. Reds OK denies any wrong doing and states that their towing of the vehicle couldn’t have caused the damages. Further action is currently being taken to rectify the situation.Having spoken with 3 or 4 of their employees during the ordeal, I wouldn’t recommend any of their services. Staff was very unprofessional and all the poor reviews the business has garnished online is justified from my experience. Avoid at all cost if you can.

Over the years ive dealt with many towing companies and im sure few actually deserve a low rating because most people will give a bad review on emotion that they were towed not seeing they were in the wrong. Reds has made me go out of the way to leave a review which this is my first and hopefully my only review. Reds has never actually towed me but they do have the contract to botanica lakes where they have towed many contractors for parking out in the road. Normally i wouldnt care but as a independent contractor going in for a 10 minute measure that is the home owners responsibility to warn you, and there should have some remorse instead reds will hook up and wait for a pay check.Now for my situation.I should have led with this because this is where the bad blood came from. At the time i was working on my jeep doing a basic fluid flush. Reds threatened to tow the jeep on site(botanica lakes HOA clearly states all repairs within a day are fine) and i wasnt one to take advantage of, i held my ground because of the attitude they had. It wasnt pleasant and i definitely did not speak in an appropriate manner but nor did the driver(who i believe is the owner but I am assuming). Back and forth we went until i remember the exact comment he made i dont give **** you have a bunch of piece of **** vehicles you were the one with that **** dodge i should of towed you ***** *** **********. From that comment he made i stopped what i was doing and have held a grudge to this company, if i could do anything i would recommend multiple towing companies to my community, unfortunately i do not have the power too do that. Reds you know who i am and i know you wont respond, as to you havent to any of your reviews(im guessing you dont care) but if you do want to change this review or make amends you know where i live. The house with the piece of **** dodges.

Working in the security field I (and my employees) call Reds for tow services on a daily basis. The staff is friendly and willing to work with you on whatever your issue is. They are typically fast in response time (truck gets to you in about 20-40 minutes on average provided they arent swamped with callers -- which is to be expected if you are the 10th person in line) and their drivers and dispatcher have great communication skills and professional job performance -- often calling updating you on their scenario if they are forced to have you wait. I have gone through several towing companies out here on our sites by Fort Myers Beach. Reds is the ONLY one so far to show up EVERY time we have called. In summary, Reds Towing is by far one of the best tow companies in the region.

They accept cash only, in violation of both county and city ordinance. They also dont secure the vehicle or obtain the proper signatures for a private property tow before towing it, instead sneaking it away it to the clubhouse where they secure it and get signatures. Dont get involved with these guys. They are a liability to your community or business.Yes, I got caught. Yes, Im bitter. But I wouldnt have even written this if they obeyed the law. I would have just paid and walked away.

Called today because my best friend/sister was broke down very close to her home. Anthony was very kind and considerate and took very good care of her especially with all thats going on after hurricane Irma. Thank you very much for your time today as I know its hectic out there. Best rate I found and was referred by a naples driver.

Never go here to get work done. this place does not have the experience that needed to fix cars. they are all kids. an the worst part about it all. when push came to shove and they could not fix my car they stated they will not work on my car no more and kept my money. thats bad business. there came really close before i put fox on them and public media. i will get my money back and if it turns into a problem i will have them broadcast-ed all over the news. wink for actions is waiting on my call. just waiting to see if i get my money back

Jr. Was very friendly and helped me out. I got in a accident and my tailgate fell off the truck, he strapped that and my spare in my bed very well the it turns out my oil filter broke from the accident so he gave me oil and a filter so I could drive the truck home. Most important to me is he recommended me a good lawyer of whom I really like.

This company cant even provide the most basic of information regarding local statues/ordinances in regards to the business they are running. The receptionist was beyond unprofessional and my basic questions regarding the towing of my vehicle were met with complete nonsense - take our word for it, we are legit...I promise. I understand the towing industry is a tough and gritty business, and money has to be made. However, a Walmart employee could provide you with better information than Reds Auto.BBB needs to get on this mess of an operation . I am extremely disappointed in my HOA for contracting Reds Auto to provide towing services for my community.

Old lady that works inside is a unprofessional dirty b word. She needs to learn some manners and how to brush that hair. Won’t even let you finish a sentence without interrupting you with some rude comment. Zero customer service skills and will repeatedly hang the phone up on you when she feels like the conversation is over. I was nothing but nice to her and she just spews venom. Hateful hateful.

Worse experience of my life in this country. Staff treated me like a dog! The lady was extremely rude. Towed my car from right in front of my house with no prior advice! Tho they said there was a sticker on the windshield days before licking it up... this place, cervice and staff is a fiasco!

Rude and inconsiderate. My wife is a nurse. Was parked outside of a patients house, tow truck was circling neighborhood, saw my wife in her car, waited for her to get out and go take care of a SICK patient and then hooked up her car and off it goes. When we went to retrieve my wife’s car, the lady admitted she saw my wife get out of her car and saw that she was a nurse but took the car anyways. Rude, nasty, dirty people.

Not that I TRULY expected this business to be very sentient, but they towed their own !!!next door neighbor!!!. The fence enclosing this tow yard is not even 5 feet away from my home. I never complain about their incessant noise issues late into the evening (which are audible and obnoxious from my bedroom) and ironically enough i’ve gone out of my way to return their yard dog to them on separate occasions after he escaped. I’m at a loss, seeing as I was brought to tears by their indecency to understand human kindness I would strongly say these people are MONEY HUNGRY and vile. Not a business. (& i’m keepin ur dog next time)

We are headed for the Keys with our boat. The hub on the trailer broke. Could not take the trailer to a service site so called Reds. Amazing service. Had the parts and they sent out Don who knew what he was doing. In about an hour we were on our way. Day saved and our fishing trip!!

Facility is hard to find and not defined what building is for the office and what is for the shop. Staff are unattentive and slow but very kind and willing to help once they are servicing you. Not clean or organized at all.
