Switched to progressive got a much better plan for 80 dollars a month cheaper. This company hasnt answered the phone in 5 days for me nor do they even have vm machine . I have sent various emails trying to cancel my plan not a single response. I couldnt imagine how it would be if you needed to make a claim

I was worried about something happening to the staff. I have been with them for years and no issues, they’ve been there for over a decade and found it odd, what isn’t odd in 2020? :)I was able to process my payments online directly to my insurance company.I drove by their office on 41 today and noticed they are back Open!I’m glad they are Ok and that they are back to their regular business hours 🙏🏻

Tried multiple times to get a quote but still no call back. Even tried calling them myself and they dont pick up.

They wont pick up the phone and they are still taking my money !!!

I called 18 times yesterday so that I could pay my bill. Not once did someone answer. No voice mail to leave a message, no call backs whatsoever. Hopefully someone answers today because Im going to be pretty upset if I get charged a late fee for their negligence.

I had my auto ins through them for years. They do their best to accommodate your pocket.

I have been with Bakers Insurance for 6+ years along with being referred by family who have consistently been with them for 10+ years. Overall they have GREAT rates and GREAT personnel.

Worst service ever. I lost 3 times my insurance policies because of them and i had everything on autopay and i lost another one because they didnt put me on autopay. Lack of service and professionalism. I wouldnt recommend this company.
