Insurance in Florida is crazy. People called Irma blowing your roof off, alligators swimming in your pool, no one wants to cover that! Connie and the staff are amazing. They treat insurance like a trip on amazon, get you the best coverage and you can still go to Arbys for the MEATS. In addition, the service is beyond expectation. I called for a copy of one page of my policy and before I finished typing the email I had it.Wonderful staff and dependable products.

Do not do business with these people, they are racist! I spent 30 mins. on the phone with Linda trying to get a quote for commercial trucking insurance. I provided her with some of our companys info over the phone. She asked me to email our declaration page and copies of our drivers CDL. I told Linda we were with Progressive and that we were wanting to leave them due to rate increases, and she told me she had a host of companies she could shop us with. As soon as I emailed the CDLs of our drivers (which of course showed their faces) I immediately received a phone call from the receptionist over there saying, that Linda was mistaken and they only use Progessive. As soon as they saw that our owner and other driver was black, they decided not to do business with us. I asked Linda why she told me in the beginning that their company used a host of insurance companies to shop us with to exclude Progressive. She studdard and pretended like she was clueless. Then, the owner of Avalon Insurance (didnt carch his name) got on the phone and threatened to call the police on me for exercising my 1st amendment right by calling them racist. But what he didnt realize is that I am WHITE! Jokes on him!
