Updated. Im starting to uncover just how this scam works. AlsoBEWARE.....Cooperative title company. They work WITH these people . Title company is supposed to be neutral. Every single ONE of these cash home buyers work with Cooperative. I just received 3 different escrow letters in 3 different formats .i just had Cooperative Title Deny sending me an escrow letter on another companys behalf! Because the company sent it to me directly! These companys have escrow letters saved and being sent out ILLEGALLY. Absolute Joke. Sends buying managers out to your home saying whatever you want to hear under the sun, throwing language out like I have power of attorney, I sign for the owner, not even understanding the magnitude of that statement . Then loses the contract we signed for the purchase of my home, oh no wait, deletes the contract that he signed on behalf of the owner according to the owner. Sends bogus proof of funds, out dated and obsolete documents, a doctored escrow letter, then says the title company has their checks (cooperative title company ) at their disposal because they dont want to pay wire transfer fees. Every time I asked these people to proved their legitimacy, they fumbled. Oh and btw, one of the people that works there is a producer of one of their raving reviews. Ill be filing a law suit against these people. Let this review be a way to save yourselves the trouble...PS.... Linet & Paul whom conveniently wrote 1 & 2 hours post my review, work for the company and clearly reviewed their Own company to clean up their stats.... these are the people youre dealing with. Self proclaimed, overstated FRAUDS....

I cant say enough about Florida Cash Home Buyers. Thats why this review is so long...They provided us with great options and the service was outstanding. Within a few days of our inquiry we had a FCHB associate out to look at our townhouse and give us an immediate cash offer or an option for them to try to find a buyer. We went with the option to find a buyer because with a secure buyer they could pay us more without risk to them. Paul showed the house several times with large groups of pre-qualified buyers - he was so good to our renters in the townhouse. Within the allotted time, FCHB secured a buyer. Then we started working with the office on closing - Barbara and Stacy were awesome. They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I would, and have already, recommended FCHB to friends. Because we were willing to use 90 day option to find a buyer, our payout was very close to what we would have gotten with a realtor without the hassles. They did everything!

This company sent my mom a deceptive and fraudulent postcard meant to scare my mom into selling her home to prevent it from being sold at a tax auction. My moms property taxes are current. Diana Karpowicz (101 NE 3rd Ave Ft. Lauderdale, Fl 33301) did not return my call after leaving a voicemail inquiring about her postcard. I received a text reply simply asking if I had a home to sell. There is no way this business should be operating using such scamful and disgusting marketing tactics.

I just want to let you know my experience I had with all Florida cash homebuyers on August 18 2016 I was met at the house by Julies and he was nice. He took pictures of the house and he came up with a number he wanted to give me for the house. He told me that they were going to check for any liens or open permits and if everything was clear we should close in two days after I was OK thats fine. He then called me two days after the title search and said that I had a few open liens on the property they were lies . he said that they needed to give me less money because of that I told him those are lies. I was then contacted up by another guy said that if the electricity in the house was OK they might give me the money I that was offered to me and I said no that I was not going to take less money . The on sept 15 I was threatened by Barbara Saldana by email . The on sept 16 liner morua- lepore show up at rick burrs house to threaten me . I will be filing a police report on her for trespassing and harassment. I never gave anyone the address to this home they have no right to come here at all. My husband is emotionally and physically sick over this.I will be signing today just so that Im over this nightmare that they have created. Ive been lied to, they tried twice to lower the price and Ive been threatened twice by this company. I will also be filing a complaint with the realtors board..........they just blocked me on FB.
