Three years ago I went to contract on a home purchase that eventually fell through. The situation was a nightmare and thankfully my only loss was the cost of the inspection.While it was extremely upsetting, one great thing came out of it; I met Brian Schrick!A mutual friend referred me and assured Brian would help out with my current situation and then work with me on starting over.Needless to say I was quite skeptical and very hesitant to call. Not once did Brian ever get frustrated, annoyed or slack off. It didn’t matter what time of day it was, what day of the week, or if it was holiday. He always responded promptly and was ready to pick me up and show the listing. He is the essence to a true real estate professional.Since I was in an open lease, I was in no rush to buy and refused to settle. Finally after 2 years (YES TWO YEARS!!) Brian found the one!Through the entire purchase he was awesome. He followed through on everything, made sure I hit all deadlines and was instrumental in making the transaction smooth and seamless.I simply provided all requested documents and Brian did the rest.I closed In November 2015 and absolutely love my new home. I cannot be more thankful for all of Brian’s hard work, patience, and honesty. I feel so lucky to have found him and I would HIGHLY recommend Brian for either a purchase or a sale. While this was my first home purchase, it certainly will not be my last. Moving forward I will always work with Brian.
