Beau was extremely patient, positive, and professional throughout our entire 3 month search to purchase our first home and I cant thank him enough. I was very diligent searching myself on realtor, etc. and when Id send Beau the listings, hed have showings scheduled within 24-48 hours. He was efficient and would schedule showings back to back in order of locations so we werent driving back and forth. He was also so flexible working with us on our schedule - in the evenings after work, or on the weekends. We were able to see a lot of homes in a short period of time and it was helpful to see pricing of the market and get a better idea of what we wanted. We originally thought we wanted a condo on the beach and after a month of looking at every condo in our price point on A1A from Highland Beach to Deerfield, we decided we wanted more space and no HOA restrictions. When we shifted gears from Condos on the beach to homes in East Boca, Beau didnt skip a beat! His knowledge of the market and neighborhoods was extremely helpful. I wanted a fixer-upper, so location, backyard and floor plan were the most important features we were looking for. When wed tour houses, I would start rattling off things Id want to do and Beau would let me know based on the neighborhood, if it made sense to make that type of investment into the house based on comps in the area. Based on his knowledge of the comps on the market, hed also let me know walking into a showing if the house was priced accurately or if it was priced high. He stayed patient with me when I got overwhelmed and frustrated we werent finding anything I liked after seeing 40+ homes. When we finally found our house, it had been on the market for only 3 days and already had multiple showings with interest in making offers. With Beaus experience in the South Florida market, he had actually worked with the Sellers agent multiple times before. Beau did the negotiating and even with other offers in the mix we ended up closing $82k lower than the list price on our dream home! We were out of town when we made the offer and Beau scheduled the inspection, took care of all the paperwork, etc. I cant thank Beau enough for such a positive experience buying our first home!
