Denise Mann is responsible for the the Lakeside Complex across the street and does a terrible job. The building hallways looks unprofessional. They are full of marks and unmatching paint. She has taken away most furniture that all of the tenants used to enjoy merely because one person took a nap on them one day. The bathrooms, stairwells, walls and carpets are FILTHY and her excuse is that they will all be renovated in the future. Stay away from anything this company manages. The owners are cheap and the management is the worst.
