My husband and I used EBM this summer to trim our 29 palms. Not only were they extremely professional but respectful as well. They communicated with me before the appointment and were on time. Our yard is no little job and they left it wonderful condition cleaning up debris and raking the yard. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I found this company on Google and they had good reviews so I went with it. Elmar answered my call and came to my house within 10 minutes to give me a quote. I just needed some big tree limbs cut back because I am having a fence installed. The price was very reasonable & they came the next day (today) to do the job. They were here for less than an hour and the tree line now looks great so I can have the fence guys come and do their job. I’ll post pics if I can.. I already told Elmar I’m calling back once the fence is in and I need actual landscaping done.

They did an excellent job thinning out the crowns of all our trees (oak, black olives, coconuts, loquat, gumbos and more!) as well as trim and clear our Areca hedges, grind stumps, etc. This was not small feat!! I have had several different landscapers care for our property, though I can say 100 percent for sure that Elmer, the owner of EBM Property Maintenance is by far the best we have ever had since I purchased the property years ago. We signed on for maintenance about 4 months ago after many bad experiences with other companies. After putting a new pool in my back yard 2 years ago i had a different landscaper install new sod and eventually the entire yard developed fungus, bugs, and all died. It looked horrible . I hired 2 different landscape companies after this to help me resolve this and honestly it got worse. Ever since I started working with EBM property maintenance to treat my grass and care for the property I FINALLY have a gorgeous green healthy looking lawn, free of weeds, and looking amazing! He fixes my sprinklers so all the property gets proper watering and if I text him they will come within 24 hours . They have licenses and certifications for tree trimmings, and they trimmed all my trees in the property for a very reasonable price . One thing I appreciate about EBM property maintenance Is that they work with integrity and honesty, and these two things can be hard to find here in south Florida sometimes . The owner Elmer has never once over charged me for a service and I have always been happy with the end product of his company’s work. Yep, as good as it gets!I called EBM initially for tree cutting services. I had a quick response from Elmar, the owner. They cut down the trees that needed to be cut down and gave me a fair price. Called them back again for more trees that needed to be done. Very, very pleased again. Their clean-up was awesome also.I also had a complaint from the city that part of my yard near the sidewalk was overgrown and I was out of town. Not wanting it to wait until I got back in town, I called Elmar and his team went over right away to take care of it.Since then he has maintained my yard and has done a fabulous job. He also again helped me out in an emergency when I had paying guests staying at the house and a big hornets nest fell from the trees near the patio. Again, Elmar was so responsive, so efficient, he took care of the problem right away and I dint have to refund the guests any $$, which they really wanted more than the removal of the hornets nest. But it was taken care of way too quickly for them to even think of trying to get money from me.I love the service that I have gotten. They are definitely a company that cares and takes pride in what they do. I would recommend them high, high, highly!

He did it all in one day a week later including fixing sprinklers, new sod, trimming of plants and trees, complete weed removal and beautiful red mulch. My yard looks fantastic. We had a very large and very dead tree congesting our backyard. They came and got it out perfectly! Left zero mess and even did some extra work to make the yard look spectacular. I cannot recommend them enough! If you have any landscaping needs whatsoever, do yourself a favor and use EBM Property!

Elmar came out on time for an estimate and was super kind! He gave his honest opinion and advice for restoration of some landscape. We are renting our property but are required to maintain the landscape by lease, so we didnt want to invest a lot of money. Elmar knows his business and was able to tell us exactly what was wrong with some sections of our yard, shrubs and plants. He mentioned our shrubs in the back (that looked perfectly fine to me) had a bug in them and he pulled down a leaf showing me the bugs inside. He showed me how it was starting on one side and continuing to the other. After he mentioned it, we noticed how it was thinning and yellowed on one side and spreading to the other side. I Googled much of what he said - all true! Very smart guy, he knows his business.

They did a treemendous job. Elmar was great when he stopped by to give me the initial quote. They came and shortened the trees as per my request. It was amazing how well they were able to cut down the limbs and carefully avoid the cables around the tree. I am so glad I found EBM Tree Service! After moving to a sizable property in Fort Lauderdale, we have tried 2 landscape services. The first did a great job, but was absurdly expensive and we just couldn’t afford it. The second, though very nice and much more reasonable just did a very incomplete job- and when we had them trim our trees before hurricane season last year, they did a terrible job, leaving the Ligustrum trees very choppy and un-natural looking and they didn’t even know how to properly prune or thin our very large top-heavy gumbo limbos. Elmar came for an estimate on time and gave a clear estimate for the work that should be done and outlined verbally to me walking the property and explained what he recommended. His pricing was fair and once we scheduled it, he showed up with a team of four. All the workers were polite, they did the work efficiently and cleaned up all the debris. He had also trimmed a very large frangipani and saved several branches to show me before discarding to check if I wanted to plant any. Most would have just thrown it away.I highly recommend Elmar - he is a sweet and nice person and has coupled that with a good work ethic and good workers on his team!

EBM came to my home for an estimate. I am physically unable to do the work anymore. Elmar was extremely polite and extremely knowledgeable. I had tried to trim my trees on my own and it looked like a bad haircut! He was kind and told me it was not that bad.He answered my questions as to why my lime tree was not producing and also why I had spots on some of the trees. I had asked several professionals and did not get an answer. I hired this company due to the reviews here on Google.
