My Condo HOA has had a service contract with Bug Off for a number of years. My experience to date has been extremely positive and highly recommend them. The real shinning star though, is the service technician that services my building on a monthly basis. His name is NEFTY, hes a true professional and understands the meaning of providing great customer service. Hes courteous, punctual, quickly addresses any new issues and extremely reliable. I know this company for many years, I heard from a few employees that they add water to the container they spray to get rid of bugs smh. Now I know why so many people still have bugs. I had to use my own extermination to get rid of the bugs.

This is the worst company to work for. I was harassed by Emily the Vice President (owners daughter). Because I made her aware that the company wasn’t a good fit for me. She sent threats via text message & even threatened to withhold my checks. She is very young and immature and I can see why nobody in the customer service/dispatching department last there. The company is ran horribly, the customers are placed on the back burner. They would rather rats & roaches infest all over your property before sending out help. Please do not book this company for any kind of service.

This company was contracted by my HOA to exterminate at my condo. The exterminator came in and broke my stove. I was assured by the company that they would take care of my broken stove which is a very expensive one. While some members of Bug Off try to be helpful, the owner is not. He is trying to get out of paying for the stove they broke. He called me and tried to railroad me by saying he was going to repair the broken glass on my stove himself as if he is qualified to repair a broken stove. I would never hire this company. He also told my mother who is the other owner here that he doesn’t want to speak to women and we are the owners. This guy is a real piece of work.

I manage a few buildings in Miami Beach and weve been Bug Off customers for years. Theyre reliable, reasonable, they offer and honor warranties, and theyre quick as well.Recently, we had a small kitchen renovation job and we asked Bug Off to treat behind some cabinets after they were removed. When other contractors screwed up the timeline, Bug Off came by twice to make sure the treatment was done right. (Thank you, Jackie!). We appreciate their professionalism and are happy customers.

Great Job! First of all, they were one of the only companies I could find during covid-19 to come inside my home and treat. That alone shows that they care about their customers and bugs they have in their home. They were also able to come the same day! I had a bad roach problem for months now and I was using orkin, after finally giving up with them, so I decided to try my luck with another company. They came out so quickly and also scheduled a follow up as promised. I saw only one roach yesterday and they came back free of charge again to take care of it. I get a 60 day warranty and they will come back as many times as needed! This is much better than what I was paying for. I recommend them.

I have been a customer of Bugoff for the past 35-40 years, my mother lived here first and Victor has handled my house for all these years. I am also involved with our section association and clubhouse is also takes care of by victor. I seldom have a problem or see a bug. Certain seasons as you know bring their own creepy crawlers but if u see a bug I call Victor and he comes within that day or the latest the next day. No additional cost above my contract price, which hasn’t been raised in several years. If for any reason, I’m not at home when Victor makes his visit he still sprays the outside all around my house behind my bushes so he gets into the crevices if the bldg. let’s face it, bugs come from outside in, not the reverse. Kill them outside and you won’t have them inside. Victor puts fresh bait into traps to get any vermin who may think my house looks good. They think they’re getting lunch but it’s their last meal. Maybe last supper!!, Anyway I fully believe that Bugoff is the way to go so the bug go.

Their website states that they give a free inspection and quote...NOT SO. They did work in October of last year and did not seal as they were supposed to and the rats returned. Seem like they dont repair the issue so they can continue making money.UPDATE...……...The tech did come back and put poison in the attic and for now its quiet. Only time will tell.

Jackie and Ray at Bug Off were extremely helpful and professional and I highly recommend them for your extermination needs. They both went above and beyond to remediate my problem and it was a pleasure working with them.

I called Bug Off in the morning two days ago. I found fleas all over my pets and some in my home. I was freaking out honestly. Bug Off made me feel much better. They explained what service they could provide for me, what the service consists of, how to prepare for it, and pricing. In a matter of minutes I had an appointment set for the SAME DAY! They had the technician out to my home within 4 hours!! I called up frantic, and 4 hours later, I felt much much better. It is now two days later, and I have not seen a single flea on my pets or in my home. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. They were efficient, fast, and made me feel like everything was going to be okay. Awesome company and customer service :)

Dont get the job done. Regular over the counter bug spray from the store works much better than whatever they use. It takes two to three appointments for them to finally show up. They do apologize afterwards as if thats of any help.

This company has exceeded my expectations. I moved into my new home to find an infestation of roaches. I called bug off and they sent someone out the SAME DAY!!!! Their pricing was better than other companies I called, and they came out faster than the others could. Its two weeks later and now my home is bug free!

Employees wear ear pods when working and don’t care about what they are doing. They were in and out of my apartment in under 30 seconds (they didn’t go everywhere). I was using Orkin for my home pest control, and they were never on time. Even more-- they never got rid of my bugs. I found a Bug Off post card in the mail and thought I should just give it a try. When I called, the ladies in the office were so nice and helpful. They explained their services and pricing, and told me someone could be there the same day! They came out, the technician was so nice, and they even followed up a couple days later. I now use them for my monthly services instead of Orkin. Great great company!

My building has a contract with Bug Off and I couldt be happier with the services. After some recent building renovations, we were inundated with roaches. Bug Off assured me that they would come out as many times as needed to get rid of them. They were so attentive and answered all of my questions. Their office was so kind and scheduled me for same day services. Now all is back to normal! This truly is a 5 star company.

The office has became extremely more organized. Girls at the office are lovely as well as the technicians who have always done a good job.

Effective, caring service.

Arrived on time and did a thorough enough job I guess, couldnt stay for the tx. However, the 4 pgs of instructions were a mess. Some things were repeated twice and other important info was not even given leaving us in quite the bind at 9pm at night with a toddler! Would definitely not recommend! They need some serious help in the area of communication! We busted our butts for this and what a mess we still have!

Okay so I’ve been having a problem with German cockroaches and honestly the staff in the office has been excellent including Emily which I’ve been setting up times to spray and also this company is very secure I can put my key on my porch and it is back in the same spot also one of the guys has key to spray never anything missing truly excellenceI only hope they can help me further in getting rid of this problem which seems to be working fingers crossed we shall see

Fabulous service. Couldnt ask for more. We are in Florida now and then and Bug Off always comes to our rescue and kills those bugs.

If i could rate this company 0 stars I certainly would. They set an appointment for us for 1pm-5pm but then showed up at our place at 11am without any advance warning or phone call. After making us pack our clothes and get ready for their visit, the technician arrives and states he can’t do the service. I should have listened to the other poor reviews on here as a forewarning not to chose this company. In the end I contacted customer service to tell them about what had happened, no apologies were offered- needless to say i told them never mind and went with another company (The Bug Firm), which was cheaper and offered far superior service & value.

This company is highly unprofessional. Their techs don’t genuinely care. They’re sloppy. Had to come back numerous times. And to be honest I think I might be missing some earrings. Never using this service again!

Very unprofessional, called them 3 times today, they assured me somebody is comming, told them I m pregnant and it s a must to come to their appointment. Stayed in the house all day nobody called or showed up. Avoid this company they are unreliable!!

Do not use this one. We hired them a few months ago, they charged us monthly but did not come for the monthly service after the first month. The bug problems never got solved. They never keep their appointment time and kept rescheduling unilaterally.
