Let me start by saying I am NOT a morning person... which also means I am REALLY NOT a morning workout person either. Training with Collins quickly changed that. For the first time I look forward to waking up early to train. Every session is different but always challenging - which I LOVE! I tend to get myself into ruts so it’s nice to have a trainer who listens and adjusts the training to my specific needs and goals. And lastly, it amazes me how after a rigorous session, I leave and have twice the amount of energy I had before I started. Highly recommend this gym!!
