Yep the reviews are right. We recently moved from the Virgin Islands and my beautiful Moroccan and Italian rugs were musty, moldy and sandy. They are one of a kinds, that I picked out on our travels so I was a little nervous to have them cleaned. Joe, the owner was SO nice, very professional and my rugs came out AMAZING. The colors are revived and they look stunning (better than when I bought them lol). I also have a VERY sensitive nose and they smell perfectly clean. No strong soap/fragrance scent and I smell NO mold at all! Absolutely worth every cent and the fact that the owners are such nice people is a huge bonus. Don’t hesitate to take your rugs here. My cats are also very happy to have their rugs back without mold, which theyre allergic to. The first image is before and the other are after.

Expert care and service. These folks really know their trade. In addition to cleaning my fine carpets, they repaired a valuable dhurrie rug with wonderful results. Always an excellent experience.

This company ruin an Etan Allen rug and refused to repair. They offer one thousand dollars for ruining the rug but refused to pay when my husband went to pick up the rug. As you can see most of the reviews rating are from several years ago. I am seeking an attorney to sue the company. Bad business with horrible service. The rating is a zero. Stay away from this company, over price with poor services. The cleaners would do better than this company and charge less. The worst company of all company. Consumers stay away, Joe is liar.

Fast pick up & delivery and very professional service have been done on my Oriental Rug!!!! My rug is really clean and they are able to remove all stains on the rug!!!

They took great care of my area rug, I was so nervous because the rug was hand-woven and an antique. They even got out all stains that had been there for quite some time. I am very happier with the service... I would absolutely recommend it!

I used Oriental Rug Care to clean a tapestry. It was an old textile. I brought it to there shop and I knew once I walk in that I was at the right place. The facility was clean and they even had a repair person working. My rug looks great again on my wall!

I have known Joe from Oriental Rug Care for over a year. I cant describe the care I received for my carpet cleaning enough; it was superb. Oriental Rug Care is very professional and reliable company. They stand behind their work and they do personal service. They even go to your place of work and pick up the carpet. My carpet had pet pee pee spot that other cleaners could not remove and Joe made sure that the spot was gone. I highly recommend each person who owns expensive carpets that they will be in good hands with professionals that care.

The absolute best experience I have ever had with any rug cleaning company. I sent them two huge 10 x 8 rugs, damaged by a flood from the second floor bathroom. I was apprehensive to try them, because the last company I used destroyed a very expensive silk Persian, and refused to pay for it. Joe, the manager, invited me down to take a plant tour and meet the owner, Bill. They were both super nice guys, and I could tell they were very proud of what they do. The plant was state of the art, and the crew was very professional. They even had a large repair room, where rugs were being re fringed by hand. The best part is, my rugs look like it never happened. I am new to South Florida and I had these white wool rugs that my brother brought back from Turkey when he was on a military duty. Needless to say when I moved in to my new place I wanted them to look new but my main concern was could they ever look nice again. My neighbor told me about oriental rug care so I brought my rugs there and I can say I am very happy I did. They look great front and back!

Omar, the manager, and Alex took good care of me. I could see how they wash and clean theAlex pointed out that the turkish rugs that I had would probably run the colors and he suggested a different method, but using steam. Sounds good.Im impressed with this company.

They lost the oriental rug they picked up to clean for us many months ago. A beautiful 9 by 12. Were still waiting to hear something. My sister and brother call me every other week to see if theyve located it yet. Its been over 6 months. It so sad. Weve had that rug in the family for over 35 years.

I was extremely pleased with how my antique, oriental rugs were cleaned and refringed. I enjoyed being able to go and see how the work was done.Today, a year later,, I received a phone message from Gaitha, saying that they appreciated my business and would like to send me a thank you gift. Although I have since moved out of state, her message was so sincere, I felt it only polite to call her back, which I did. We had a nice chat. Its so rare these days to speak with a customer service person who is articulate, polite and sincere.

#1 Carpet Cleaning!

DO NOT GO HERE! ITS A SCAM!! They just rolled up my rug never cleaned it, called me in 2 weeks to pick it up all for $80. The stain that was on it was still there, not even faded a little, and when I unrolled it to laid it down and a pile of sand came off it. I wish I could post pictures. Go to another place don’t waste your time and money.
