They really did a fantastic job and I highly recommend their services and wont hesitate to call them again in the future. They called twice during the day of my appointment just to let me know exactly when they would be arriving so your not sitting all day waiting which was very nice. The 2 guys that came out to clean the carpets were super professional and did a massive job! The carpets were visibly stained and dirty before and now, 2 weeks later they still look brand new!

He took time to clean the dirty spots and areas that had heavy traffic dirt. Carpet looked almost new when he was done and price is very reasonable considering the amount of work done. Had a very dirty carpet and hired Merit Carpet Cleaning Service for the cleaning. The two guys were more than great. Our carpets are pretty old but the cleaning made them look almost new. They even helped me move a big table into the house after cleaning. Will absolutely rehire these guys if I find myself in a situation like this again.

The guys did a great job on our carpet cleaning. I was not super happy with our stairs and they came back, no questions asked, and did a great job on them. The guy that came the second time gladly cleaned them and was so sweet. I apologized for bring a pest and he was like, absolutely not, they should be done properly. Merit Carpet Cleaning Service did a great job!! The 10 year old carpet was very worn, dingy/dirty and almost to the point of replacement. They came out and worked very hard on the carpet and even went over some of the areas several times to work the stains out. I was very impressed with how hard they worked.
