From the very beginning the service and communication was impeccable! We were picked up in a brand new Chevy Suburban and our driver was very friendly and helpful. We ended up changing hotels and the owner was super helpful and responsive! I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a car service!

Eitan was amazing! Friendly warm and knowledgeable about timing and traffic. He came to us early with car seats and booster seats in tow for no additional charge. I could tell he likes children and he played Disney music that the kids requested to and from our event venue. We were so impressed with his reliability, quick responses and accommodations. Cannot recommend this company enough. Communication is A++. Traveled to FLL with three children, all needing different size car seats. (Put what you need in the comments section of the booking page.) We received immediate confirmation via email and a text confirming our car seat needs. We were provided our driver’s name and number the day prior and landed to a text from him confirming he was waiting in baggage claim with a cart. He helped us with our luggage and into the very clean SUV with the three seats installed and ready to go. Our return experience was just the same. When our travels take us back to South Florida I won’t look elsewhere- iLimo, Eitan and his team will be my only call.

We had a great experience on our recent trip. The owner, Eitan, took us on 3 trips between the airport, hotel, and cruise terminal. On time, professional, and a really nice SUV! The car seat he offered was a lifesaver so we didnt have to bring ours along. On our day back from the cruise we had a long time until our flight left so he took us on a trip to the Everglades to take a boat tour, while he waited. Really nice guy and very happy with our experience!

This is our second year in a row using iLimo before and after our cruise and well definitely be using them again next year. Last year we needed 1 toddler car seat and this year we needed 1 toddler and 1 infant seat and we were accommodated without a problem. We had tremendous service over the past week from iLimo. We were traveling with a 1 year old and wanted to be sure she was safe for our short rides. Our driver picked us up in the FLL airport. He had a sign and was waiting at baggage claim, and skillfully packed all our bags. The hotel drop-off was easy. The next morning, we were picked up at our hotel and taken to the local cruise terminal. We were a little ahead of the cruise rush, but it made navigating the ports stress-free. The following weekend, we met our driver at the curb and were at the airport ahead of the cruise ship rush. We were very impressed with the outstanding communication we received from our drivers and will most certainly use iLimo again when we visit Fort Lauderdale.

We had an excellent experience with iLimo arriving and leaving from the Ft. Lauderdale airport with our toddler this month. The drivers were on-time, professional, and responsive, and the vehicles were pristine. Most importantly for us, a rear-facing car seat appropriate for our toddler (who is too young for front-facing) was correctly installed and waiting for our child to get into. Working with iLimo eliminated our concerns around safe transportation for our child and allowed us to maximize our time enjoying our trip to Ft. Lauderdale!

Travelling with a baby can be stressful but not with this car service!! As soon as I arrived I was greeted by the driver. He help me with my luggage and it took two seconds to get to the parked car. Eytan and Doron were amazing drivers.We have an infant baby and they picked us up from Fort Lauderdale airport with car seat installed.Doron also met us with a sign in the baggage claim area. Very professional service.The car was clean and exactly as described. Driving was safe and service was appreciated.Eytan picked us up from our hotel in south beach and brought us back. Again with car seat installed.It was impossible to find Uber or lyft with car seat, so this service is huge if you don’t want to travel with a car seat.I highly recommend them and will use again on my next Miami trip.

For this trip to Miami Airport I wanted a company I could be sure of the precise pick up time, rather than Uber where I get a range. I received a good service from them for a transfer from miami airport to beach hotel. I needes a baby car seat and it was not problem. Note: when filling out the pick up time in their website put the flight arrival time and not the time you expect to pass immigtation and customs.
