Horrible experience. Wasted a whole day sitting around.l because they decided to give me a van that broke down on us. Absolutely recommend not using enterprise. Should have booked through hertz or Avis as I usually do. Worst customer service as they just Re route you to speak to 15 people who all are of no help. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND BOOK THROUGH AVIS OR HERTZ!

Pleasant staff and no hassle return. Our first car had a tire issue on the dash but they had no problem finding a 2nd car that was the same model (though it was older and clearly more used).

Awful service, flight landed at night and no one was there. Waited for two hours along with many other people. Eventually was forced to rent from another company that was twice as expensive that Enterprise said they would pay for. Spent 8 hours on the phone and in person trying to get the refund they promised only to be redirected until I had to leave. Please dont ever rent from here.

Terrible service overall, the car we reserved wasn’t ready on time, had to wait for a long time to finally get it, then upon return we were charged extra (double) for an upgrade we never took. The person who received the car goes “not my problem”, the lady at the counter (named Dominic) accused us of lying about the car we were driving. We were outraged, and this lady throws the receipt on the floor and walks away saying “I’m not helping you anymore”. Finally, the manager, a very friendly and helpful individual, fixed the mistake. We almost missed our flight.If this is not the worst possible service one can get, I’m not sure what is. Not choosing Enterprise at this location anymore.

Worst experience ever. Rent a veh and find out there is $200.00 taxes they never tell you about.Rent an elite veh pay extra for it and the gps doesn’t work, call cust service and told our cars don’t have that even though the car does. There cust service is the worst in industry. Highly recommend to use any other rental service but them.

Attitude of not my problem is absurd for an organization with so many locations with one name and brand that toots their horn on Customer Service.The car smelled like cigarette smoke, strong. The wipers dont work. It also was not the car I reserved (Kia Rio instead of full size car).The wait and complication to change to another car is ridiculous. But what is more ridiculous is that when I asked if could voice my frustration, instead of hearing what had to say, the manager told me, unfortunately we cant change anything because your contract is with another Enterprise location.Terrible service and considering a different company entirely going forward.
