The day that we departed the company sent a van to pick us up, we booked, and paid for, an executive SUV. Apparently our driver was “busy on another job”. To be fair, the van driver was very nice. Just not the right vehicle that we paid for.Arriving back, nobody was at the counter at arrivals. We called the number displayed and nobody answered. We called the emergency number for the company and they sent a driver form another terminal. Not a good experience echoed by other users in the previous reviews. Won’t be using them again. Next time I’ll use a “real” car service.

FLL - MIA 10/12 - Rude Drunken Passenger was a passenger Saturday evening traveling from Fort Lauderdale to Miami International airport. When I was picked up from baggage claim there were already two female passengers sitting in the first row. When boarding I could hear one female passenger laughing and talking out loud. As the driver proceeds to pick up more passengers, the female sitting directly behind the driver is constantly talking loud using profanity along with the *N* word. This female passenger clearly appeared to be inebriated. She continues this behavior screaming & yelling even to the point of threatening the driver. I received a phone call and I could not hear the conversation due to the actions of this drunken passenger. I kindly asked the female to please lower her voice because I was on the phone and to cut out all of the profanity because it was disruptive very disrespectful. Of course, she did not like the comment and therefore, her disruptive behavior escalated. I can only speak for myself, but I was very uncomfortable and felt very unsafe with this persons actions and I could clearly see that the other 5 passengers were very uncomfortable as well. As a frequent traveler, I have never experienced such obnoxious behavior on a ride share. I don’t understand why the driver did not consider all of the passengers safety and pull over the van and address the situation instead of allowing the disruption to continue. I absolutely consider the drunken passengers behavior especially sitting directly behind the driver not safe. I was appalled and extremely nervous and concerned for my welfare. I have never had such a bad ride share experience as a frequent traveler. Are the drivers allowed to pull over and call the police or some kind of security when passengers safety is concerned? Can they not basically put rudely disruptive passengers off the ride share? If not, what are the policies regarding this type of situation? NEVER AGAIN! No response from company

Worst ride experience. Booked through Travelocity as part of a trip package. Ride from the airport looked at me questioningly when I presented him my voucher for service, as if he had no clue how to interpret it. He seemed unclear if I actually had a reservation. Driver agreed to take me, but asked that I give him my name and phone number to check with corporate. Ride to the airport arrived almost 20 minutes early. My paperwork said I would be picked up at 5:15 pm. At 4:57 am, the hotel front desk called and said he was here. (Surprise! Somehow, there was record of my reservation!). I informed him that my information indicated my pickup was 5:15; the hotel clerk relayed that the driver said his information said 5:00. I said I’d be down as quickly as I could. Before 5:10, the hotel clerk called again to tell me that the driver left. I had to take a Lyft anyway! The whole service cost $45. Huge ripoff.

I travel frequently and Go Airport Shuttle from Fort Lauderdale is always on time, always have nice drivers I would never use another service to go to and from the airport. And you cannot beat their prices. Very reliable service. Even though I always order a shared ride sometimes they pick me up in a private car. Today my overnight flight arrived at 6 o’clock in the morning by 6:30 am I was home I paid a shared ride price for a private car The driver was very polite overall it was a very enjoyable ride. I was happy to get home quickly.

I thought I was sharing an airport shuttle, but I ended up sharing a small car with three other people. The interior of the car was filthy and smelled like urine and mold. The driver opened his window all the way to try to expel the funk but it didnt help. Driver received many calls on cell phone and chatted away while he weaved through traffic and actually accelerated when he saw a speed bump. If you are used to traveling in 3rd world country, you will be fine. Will never use this company again!!!!! UPDATE: 1/6/18 Our ride back to the airport was pleasant. The car was clean and spacious and there was only one other person who shared the car with us. This drivers name was Joe and his car number was 339377. He had an entertaining personality and was very polite. His car was clean and he drove responsibly. He was also on time!!!! I would say if you use this service request Joe or another driver a reviewer recommends. The quality of service depends on the driver!!!!!!!!

Would give them 0 stars if possible. Had to wait an hour for a car to take me from FLL. I just called for a pickup for later today and they wont do it because they want 24 hours notice. This was never the case before and the drop off driver didnt say anything to me. I will NEVER use them again !Update: I called them back and an Operator said the other Rep didnt check for availability. She said a ride was available and gave me a time window about 6 hours later. Well, that window came and went. I called back and they said no ride was actually available. They never even called me to me know they were going to no show. and left me scrambling at the last minute for a ride. Arrgh !

Just avoid at all costs. Took shared shuttle and took 2.5 hours to get a 45 minute drive because they paired us with people who lived in the complete other direction. Driver had no idea where he was going and seemed to not trust his GPS or know way around at all. Take an Uber and save yourself money and a LOT of time and sanity.

They told us a shuttle would be here within 20 minutes. It’s been over an hour and we still don’t have one. The employee keeps telling us it’s “almost here” and we just want an honest estimate. Also it’s more expensive than an Uber. Would give 0 stars if possible.Update: finally got on the shuttle and we’re completely packed in here. They put me and my 6’5 husband in the very small back with another passenger. An Uber would have been $7 cheaper than the $50 we’re paying for the both of us.

I took the shuttle for going from FLL to MIA the van was packed with people. Literally 11 persons inside all smashed to each other.While on the ride I discovered everyone was going to different destinations.It took TWO HOURS arrive to the airport. Literally.Never again.Ah! And the van stinks sweat and odors.

Poor customer service. I made a reservation a day in advance and waited outside during the time frame that I was given. No one arrived. I called and was told the driver was in route. I waited 15 more minutes, no one showed. After calling the second time and requesting that the driver be contacted, the driver claimed to have been to the hotel and picked up 2 other people that DID NOT have a reservation. Good customer service would have been to call once arriving and notify the customer. After waiting an hour and not wanting to miss my flight, I went with another service. Do not use this company.

I do NOT recommend this company. DO NOT use this company. They collected us at the airport & dropped us at the wrong hotel when we told them it was the wrong hotel they told us just to get a taxi & we had already prepaid the transfer. Whilst trying to book our transfer back to the airport again we were told they do not have our prepaid booking & our travel agent has not done their job properly! If our travel agent never done their job properly then why do I have confirmation paperwork, a receipt & if so how did they receive our initial booking then? Terrible service & terrible attitude. If money & time is no object then good luck!

I have to say that as a result of other reviews, I was somewhat nervous about using this company for my transport from Port Everglades Florida to Ft Lauderdale Airport.I was traveling with a group of 7. We disembarked the ship earlier than expected. I was able to call the Go Airport Shuttle of the Fort Lauderdale area and they processed a request for my driver to arrive earlier. Once my driver arrived at the cruise port, he called me and ensured that I was in the right location to come pick me and my family up. The driver was friendly and attentive. He loaded our bags into the very clean and modern van and drove us to be dropped off right infront of the terminal doors at Ft Lauderdale Airport.Yes the price seemed somewhat high, but when I spoke with other private transit companies in the area, their prices were even higher. Since I was traveling with a larger sized group, paying the price ahead of time took the stress and worry out of having to use an Uber or LyftI will definitely use Go Airport Shuttle Private Van Service again. I recommended you to experience their service as well if you are traveling with a large group and are able to qualify for the use of a Private Van. I also think that in order to avoid the negative experiences that others have mentioned, please be sure to contact their Ft Lauderdale office when you are ready for pick up and avoid the SHARED shuttle service.

On 12/17/2016 we arrived back at port everglades on the Harmony of the seas. we had a contract with another company that never showed so i called GO AIRPORT SHUTTLE i was amazed they where there in 10 minutes with a van for all 8 of us clean friendly and very professionalWE ALL HIGHLY RECOMMEND GO AIRPORT SHUTTLE

Not at all a good experience! Took at least 2 hours not including the time we waited to load up. 2 laps around the airport, driver was rude at best trying to gather information on where everyone was going. What was the point of the cards we each got with our destination on it? A lot of honking and complaining about other drivers. The card also says and we were told the driver accepts all credit cards for payment. He didnt want to, because he had to call it in. Needless to say we will not use this service again.

This place is a rip off, $68 for 4 adults and 4 children to go 7 miles to Port Everglades.It is best to Wait in line for the taxis, they will do flat rates for considerably cheaper. The driver was all upset that I was using credit card after it says it’s accepted.An Uber would have been $11.00 for 4 people.

Took a shared ride from FLL to Tamarac. Shuttle van arrived within 15 min. The van was newer and clean. Took less than 30 min to arrive home. Driver was good in traffic and knew his directions well. Recommend!

PLEASE IF YOU WANT A PLEASANT TRIP, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICEThe driver was hours late. Having finally picked me up, the driver wound up driving back to JFK three times to pick up late passengers, each time after already being 2 km away from JFK. The shuttle ended up accommodating 7 persons, leaving one of the passengers riding without seat belt.From JFK to NEW HAVEN, the ride took me 6 hours. I was exhausted.

Don’t even waste your time. Prepaid for a ride to the Westin hotel and the driver asked me for the piece of paper from the airport attendant. There was no paper provided to me. Then the driver asked where I was going and if anyone discussed the price with me. I told him it was prepaid and he began to ask for my confirmation number, punching it in while driving. Even before all of this, the attendant just stared at me blindly when I walked up to the desk. No “hello” or “can I help u. Once I told him I had a reservation, he stared at me again for what seemed to be forever before asking to see my reservation on my phone.Use Uber, Lyft, or a taxi. Not sure how this outfit continues to do business.

I have used the airport shuttle numerous times in the past but when you get a shared ride leaving Fort Lauderdale airport it can be a nightmare. They use the Van that can seat up to 10 people. They will go around the airport numerous times trying to pack as many people as they can in the van. After waiting for the vehicle 30 minutes the ride can be one and a half to 2 hours long. Not too bad going to the airport but a headache leaving. Will use Uber in the future.

This company is a joke. I flew into FLL and when I got to the Go Shuttle stand I had to wave to get the guys attention cause he was too busy watching movies on his phone. Then he tells me theyre short on vans and that he couldnt give me an ETA as to when the driver would get here. Your a taxi company, for Gods sake!! How can you be short on vehicles?? Thats like going into McDonalds and being told theyre out of hamburgers. He wasnt even apologetic about it. His attitude was like it is what it is... sit down and wait.Dont waste your time or money on Go Shuttle. Your better off taking a regular cab.

Terrible customer service, called them to give a 5 star compliment but the young lady who answered was extremely rude, and didn’t want to put the manager on the phone, wouldn’t provide her name and also, the three times I called she hanged up on me, never again will I do business with this place, just cause of that employee.

Made reservations for a SHUTTLE a week in advanced, landed in ft lauderdale, went to the go airport shuttle kiosk and the guy said it’d be a few minutes which was fine but then me and my girlfriend were put in a car with two other passengers I got crammed in the back seat with two strangers and she sat in the front, on the way back to the airport it was the same thing except the guy who picked us up looked like he hadn’t showered in weeks, his shirt only had the first few buttons buttoned exposing his sweaty hairy chest, and then we get in the car again with two strangers and he’s blasting a football game on the radio... will never use this service again paid 25 each way for a total of 50 plus tip, I checked Uber would have only been $10 each way!

Our driver was delightful (thus the 2stars), but this is a 1900s way of travel. It took us 2 hours and 45 minutes to get to our downtown bayfront Miami hotel (YVE Miami) from Fort Lauderdale Airport! We were packed in like sardines. We should have been the first stop as we were 5 minutes from our hotel. Nope. Drove past and dropped passengers at 4 other hotels. One hour and 20 minutes later, we finally arrived at our hotel. We were the second to last drop off. Never again! For the same money, take an Uber and shave off an hour and 45 minutes minimum. Just dont!

Arrived to be picked up and the guy was professional he told us to take a seat. We waited for the allotted 30 mins and mentioned we were tired as we had been traveling since 5am. He then turned very nasty and we phoned his office, a car arrived and then the driver proceeded to argue with another passenger. That is poor service as far as I’m concerned. This service to Ft. Lauderdale airport is very unreliable... scheduled a shared ride pick up from a rental car agency. They sent the driver to the wrong Enterprise location. Driver calls me and says theyre sending another driver... 2nd driver calls me half hour later to tell me they also sent him to the same wrong Enterprise location... By the time he showed up it was 50 minz past original pick up time... missed my flight... cost me $99 to book the next flight... they could care less... All reservations are sent to the drivers by computer. The drivers and dispatchers have zero communication between each other... The driver had the nerve to tell me I should have scheduled my pickup earlier. Could you believe that? The customer doesnt even dictate the pick up time anyway. When you call, the dispatcher asks what time yer flight is... then tells YOU what time is the pick up... If yer trying to save a few bux, just use the shuttle FROM the airport only... if youre relying on them to get you to the airport on time for your flight, good luck... cuz they suck. Do yerself a favor... call a cab or Uber... worth the extra 20 bux fare...

I travel frequently to South Florida for business trips. During my last trip which was last week, I was transported by one of your vehicles from Miami Airport to Fort Lauderdale, FL. The vehicle tag # was 3745 and the drivers name was Sam Mafie. After dropping me off at my hotel just before midnight, I realized that I had left my laptop in his car along with important business documents in my laptop bag. Sam returned to the hotel at 1:30AM personally delivering my belongings & when I thanked him, he stated that: I am doing my job, have a good night. I am very pleased with the service that I have received from Go Shuttle Florida Limo especially Sam and want to make sure he gets recognized for the outstanding service that he has provided. He was also very professional & courteous.

Very disappointed of this very expensive services. Apparently $25 from FLL airport to Miami Airport. The desk gentleman told me that my trip will be longest 30 minutes ...??? Really ??? I took the car at 12:50pm. I got to the Airport at 3:35pm. The driver took me almost 3 HOURS everywhere I’m Miami. Who told him that I want to be 3 hours in a car for a 6 hours flight ??? Is he ok???? Why he didn’t explain me the details? And then he asked me for tips ???? This should be a joke .The most important: who paid my for my stress ? He answer phone calls. Check phone on stops and light ... terrible driver and services. I am very disappointed. His car is the number 19 and LIMO license 60370. His name is nowhere. At least should be on the receipt .

My friend and I had a cruise out of Miami. We arranged to get a Go Shuttle from FLL to Miami Port. While waiting many larger groups and families continued to get service before us. Once we finally got transportation we had to go on a detour to drop off another passenger at another location. We did not receive any compensation or discount for going out of our way and wasting a lot of time.

I have used this shuttle for years and I am highly disappointed with the last interaction with Go Airport shuttle. I made my reservation 2 days in advance and when it came time to pick on the day of my flight, I was contacted 40 mins before pick up to advise me that they were sending a cab because they didnt have any other passengers at the time. I was flabbergasted. I asked why didnt they call me 24 hrs in advance like they require for reservations, I was told they were calling me now. I was also told they were doing me a courtesy by calling a cab and did I want it or not. Can you believe how unprofessional that is. After reading the comments of the reviews maybe they are under new management however they are providing horrible service. I will never use them again. Since I didnt have time to really prepare I contacted LYFT.

HORRIBLE, horrible, HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT TAKE THIS shuttle... A cab is much easier, faster and nicer, not to mention CHEAPER! We called and reserved a town car, called when we were through customs, and then waited and waited until we finally called and cancelled and got a cab. When I called the second time the lady (Diana) was so rude and horrible, I have no idea why people use this service at all. Management is getting a nasty email after this debacle. Save your time, stress level, and money and go elsewhere.

I made a reservation online 2 weeks ago for the shared ride service from Boca to FLL .Even though my flight doesnt leave until 8:55 am, I still scheduled a pickup for 5:45 am because I know how TSA security lines can be long. I was traveling to a VERY important federal government event that I COULD NOT be late to OR miss.The driver called me at 6am informing me that Im his only pickup, but hes running late and will be here in 20 minutes. Thats almost an hour after my requested time! Now Im going to be pressed to try and get through security check and make it to my gate.This is totally unacceptable. Best believe I will never use this service again, and will spread the word about this sub-par service.

This service sounds great on paper. And some of the reviews really praised the service. Now for the real story.Very messy Van. Made lots of stops between Ft Lauderdale Airport and our hotel in Miami Beach.So many and took so long.... that we knew there was no way we could use them for the ride back to the Airport.They refused to refund the return fare.Unless you have almost literally all the time in the world, I would stay away. Spend the extra $ on a taxi, Uber, or Private car. Do not go for the go Airport shuttle.

I live locally and travel nationally and internationally at least 1-2 time a month and use this service each time. Although its not the best, Its not the worst and It seems like most reviews are based on a single experience. Having used them a few DOZEN times I will say the operation is not the best run I have had few bad experiences and nothing that stopped me from using them again.

Arrived at FLL booked the shuttle and waited for three quarters of an hour. Eventually they sent us in a car but the driver took us to the wrong Marriott and we did not realize until we tried to check in. Then we had to get another taxi to take us to the right Marriott. Dont waste your time or money get a taxi. Have tried to email them but the email does not work.....

We were on Delta vouchers. Your driver Renau was wonderful. When hotel was full (Hampton Inn) he waited for us and took us back to Delta and helped us get reassigned. He then took us to new hotel. He was on time at 4am the next morning. You could not ask for a better employee. His name was Renau-he drove us in a van on 11/13 and picked us up on 11/14 at 4am at the Ramada Inn in FT. L. Great driver representing your company.

When I travel I always purchase the airport shuttle. Never had any issues in all my years. Destinations in and out of the United States. This was my first time dealing with go shuttle out of Fort Lauderdale and boy was it horrible. Going to hotel I hand them 2 vouchers. Both had my name but two different scan numbers along with a receipt for $65. Two round trips to and from airport. They wouldnt take my husbands ticket because it wasnt in his name. After going back and forth we just take a taxi and I decide to take it up with go shuttle later that day. When I called to explain what happened they were in disbelief but offered no redund. Few days later I call 24 hours in advance for return trip to airport. They agree to pick us up at hotel 2 hours prior. I call back the next morning asking if they can come earlier and they said they had no reservation for me. They make a new one. The car service comes and says he takes cash only. No vouchers. We end up calling an uber. I tried to dispute charges and get my money back but the company refused to believe my story. Why would I lie? Why would I pay $65 and not use my vouchers. Why would i pay for them to turn around and pay for an uber? They have terrible customer service. Terrible communication.withlh drivers and the management is in complete denial. Btw the uber was $15 less each way.

This company used to be reputable and dependable but perhaps they may be hurting for money and may go out of business due to the presence of UBER. My husband and I and my whole family and I have had multiple uses in Fort Lauderdale with pick ups and drop offs. First, they do not pick up on time and they cram us into their vehicles with no regard to comfort or safety. Seems they are all about the money now which price for a ride continues to go up each year--or so it seems. Used to be that if you did not get a ride within 3o minute time frame from airport check in, you got a free private ride. Now, they do everything to excuse themselves from this guarantee. At pick up from home, you can wait so long for your appointment time that you can miss your plane and/or they pick up so early you arrive 3 hours early at the airport, which is not good especially with my small children. One time, upon pick up at my house, the driver picked up my suitcase by the extender handle and swung it into the rear of vehicle, and half of the handle broke off. The company refused to pay stating no culpability. Dishonest driver denied incident entirely when investigation ensued by company rep. Shockingly dishonest company who backed him. I really think they are desperate for money due to the hit they are taking from Uber and really are not trustworthy. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL--WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS.DONE WITH THEM FOREVER.AVOID AT ALL COSTS--BUYER BEWARE.

Im a satisfied customer of go shuttle in Ft.Laud airport roundtrip to Boca-Raton.I was at Terminal#4 flew in flew in with Spirit awaiting my shuttle next to counter I Told my self and wanted to share how I felt sorry for the older go shuttle agent who was being disrespected by plenty of uber/lyft customers asking him where they pick up or how to catch a uber/lyft thats awful!!! I use go shuttle and love it but how can you ask a competitors area of pick up or rules; Im 68 years old and im old school even I felt out of place how they were treating the old man who works for go shuttle!

Driver told us that he hates n***ers. Before we entered the van the recruiter (I would call him)told us that they accepted debit/credit card payments (none of us had cash). When we got to the hotel, the drivers card machine magically stopped working, and he insisted we use an ATM (which charged 4 dollars). We told him to remove the $4 ATM surcharge from each of our bill as it would be unfair for us to pay more than the original agreement as per THEIR machine not working. He got upset that he was losing money and said this is why I hate N***ers. There are witnesses that can back my story up, including hotel employees... I called the company and reported the issue, they said they would call us back. We never received a call back. I would say if youre black, dont give this company your money because they apparently hate us.

Ive had great luck with Go. The only time Ive had any issues is when another rider isnt ready. If you keep in mind that you are sharing a ride with other riders, the cost is really reasonable and the service gets you to the airport in plenty of time.

Horribly rude workers at curbside (FLL)!!! Traveling alone with 3 children and asked the senior citizen if I was near terminal 2 for Uber and he gave me a nasty look and turned around. I get this is your competition, but that is NO WAY to gain future customers and display service oriented attitude that overall benefits your company in the end. How about giving people directions and WELCOMING them to your city and hand them info regarding your services with a smile and maybe your ratings, and business willl improve. Its called customer service 101!!

Absolutely the worst airport shuttle experience Ive ever had and I travel a lot! I had a voucher for free pick-up and delivery to my hotel, which I showed to the guy at the Go Airport Shuttle stand when I requested a ride to my hotel. I asked if I needed to do anything else and he said no and told me I would wait 5-15 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes. The guy at the stand apologized numerous times and made a lot of excuses. There was another lady going to the same hotel and she only had to wait 20 minutes, but keep in mind that the hotel was only 15 minutes away from the airport. We got in the van and I realized quickly that some of the seat belts did not work. So I moved around until I found one that did. The driver had the AC on obnoxiously high and was listening to very loud music. He drove five minutes and then stopped and got out of the van without so much as a courtesy, Ill be right back. He walked over to chat with one of his fellow driver buddies for about five minutes and then tried to negotiate with a couple of other passengers to drive them to their hotels. Apparently driving two people for fifteen minutes was not worth it so he had to get more people in the van. Two more ladies finally agreed to ride in the shuttle. At this point it had been an hour since my flight landed and since I didnt check luggage I could have been at the Westin Beach Resort Hotel forty five minutes earlier. It was late and I was eager to get to my hotel room because I had to go over a presentation I was giving at a conference in the morning. I kindly asked the driver if he wouldnt mind turning off the AC because all of the ladies in the van were shivering. He got annoyed, but turned it off. Then he said, Hey, I heard you had to wait 45 minutes for a pick up. To which I simply replied, Yes. Then he started laughing and said, Thats because I called them and told them to make you wait and continued laughing. Thats when he said good-bye to his tip. Very rude! When we finally arrived at the Westin Beach Resort, I got out of the van and pulled my bag out of the back of the van. The driver didnt help at all. I went into the hotel to check in. While I was registering the driver angrily stormed in and demanded my voucher. I showed him my phone with the voucher and he grabbed my phone out of my hand and then stormed away. The hero front desk guy, saw what happened and charged after the driver to get my phone back. He asked the driver to calm down and hold on. He kindly offered to print out the voucher for the driver. I emailed the voucher to the front desk at the hotel and they printed it out for him, but while it was printing he through such a fit that they had to call security to escort him out. Even though we had given him the voucher he was upset that the printed voucher didnt have a confirmation number on it. I gave him exactly what I had been given. There was not a confirmation number on any of the vouchers, not just mine (I checked with others who had used the same vouchers). Several times while I was registering and the front desk at the hotel was helping me, they had to tell the driver to back off and calm down. He was threatening physical violence. This is not acceptable and very unnecessarily aggressive. Fortunately, I was staying at the Westin Beach Resort and the staff there could not have been more helpful. I felt very protected as a guest at their hotel. I will certainly make sure to warn everyone not to use their services. I would have been happy to take a taxi and pay a higher fare not to be harassed.

A 45 minute trip turned into 3 HOURS! After going to every stop in the Terminal, the driver went around a second time to the stops to pick up one additional passenger. We then drove around some of the scariest parts of Miami because the driver didnt know how to get to one passengers address. Several of the passengers were getting extremely agitated because of the length of time it was taking. It was a horrible experience. Sorry Go, Ill pass next time.

DONT USE THIS SERVICE. The driver are reckless and damage your luggage. I took shuttle from South Beach to Ft Lauderdale airport. The driver was texting and reading emails on hi cell while driver. Several passengers had to request that he pay attention to the road and slow down. In addition he would throw the luggage in the van and punctured a hole in my band new set. When I contacted the company about the damage to my luggage they promptly replied that it was determined not to be their drivers fault. No investigation was performed; the reply was within an hour. What ***holes; I will never use their service again and you shouldnt either.

Horrible Service: The shuttle was 40 minutes late and picked up 6 other people in 4 more locations in New York. The webpage said it would take 1 hour to the airport. It took as 2,5 hours! We arrived instead of 7 pm, how expected at 8.30 pm. And Im sorry for all the other people in the shuttle that had to get off at the later terminals...they were probably 2 hours late. Uber or taxi are only 10-20 dollars more expensive for two people and offer a so much butter customer service! The driver had no clue where to pick up all the people in Manhatten and had to took up his tablet all the time and call the dispatcher 4 times. Never ever would I use this shuttle service again!

Not for me! I requested a car at 9:30 pm and did not get one until 10:32. Why, because the drivers (mostly the Indian ones) were being prejudice. Many white people and white Hispanics who came 20-30 minutes after me and were able to get a car quicker than I was able to.(I do not live in a bad neighborhood, but my skin color might have lead them to think so) Every time the young men would insist that I had been waiting there longer than the other people, the drivers would look at me and say that they would prefer to take other people and leave me for specific drivers. Interestingly enough the driver that I finally got was a Black man. He went around the airport and picked up a woman (Chinese, which is fine since it was a shared ride). The lady was heading from the Fort Lauderdale airport to the Miami airport. The driver seemed as if he had intentions on taking her first instead of taking me home first; which was weird because my house was closer than the Miami airport (15 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport). All of a sudden my mom called worried (because I should have been home already) and started ranting to her in creole about the prejudice of the drivers and the lack of communication with me with the service men who took my information. As am ranting the driver switch lanes and instead of heading to the Miami airport takes me home. My mother was at the door waiting for me and thank the driver who surprisingly responded back to my mother in creole. I then realized that the only reason the driver took me home before taking the lady to the airport was because he understood what I was saying while I was on the phone with my mother and could sense I was very frustrated at that point with the Company. And car 4651 was the worst he stared at me for 25 minutes not wanting to take me then finally took this white guy who was also going into Miami (throws up hands in frustration at this point). Long story short, I will not be using this company again, especially since I felt the companys drivers were promoting racist and prejudice actions towards riders such as myself. Others may have better luck than me with this service, but I am finished and will not be recommending their services to anyone. I would rather get a ride that wholeheartedly just wants to get me home and get a good tip ( Uber or a taxi it is!). I put my experience on Facebook too and have gotten replies of similar situations, but their site does not mention any unsatisfied customers!

The process of finding and booking a car to my hotel was super easy at Fort Lauderdale Airport with Go Shuttle.My driver, Syed Islam, was courteous and professional throughout. Despite the fact that I was his only passenger paying a shared service price, I was treated with respect and courtesy. He was unfailingly cheerful even in rush hour traffic and really made me feel comfortable and secure, even relaxed after a stressful journey. Syed is a wonderful ambassador not just for your company, but for the Fort Lauderdale area.

I live close to the Fort Lauderdale airport in Pampano Beach,The driver drops off the person who is the longest distance from the airport first.I had to take a 1 hour ride.The driver said thats the way I do it.The whole ride we kept asking whos phone is beeping.It was the drivers I Pad. He said he did not know how to turn it off.

Absolute the worst service and drivers. Went from Ft Lauderdale airport to Miami Hyatt a regency and have been in the can for over 1 hour and 40 minutes. This is ridiculous and we are still not at our hotel. Dont do it. It is not worth it. Dont.

It was the worst experience ever,i live 20 minutes from the airports and first one on the shuttle then he picks up a few people, going downtown Miami. instead of dropping me off first the idiot driver take them first and then drops me off 1 hr and half later.never again

I was comped by Silver Airlines a trip to my hotel and trip back to the airport the next morning. The guy at the airport was overwhelmed and grouched at anyone who asked about when their ride was arriving. I tried to call twice (you have to CALL to reserve a ride) and was told that they were sold out and had no room for me the next day. Too bad so sad. So I had to fork out $40 for a cab to get me to the airport the next day.

Booked and paid online a week before my flight. They called less than 2 hours before they were scheduled to pick me up and told me they werent coming. Said the service I booked and paid for on their site wasnt something they offered. Totally nasty about it too. Hard to overstate how much they dont want your business.

Rarely have I experienced such a miserable service. Initially, at the airport of Los Angeles, contrary to the instructions, there was no staff in or in front of the terminal. After waiting for ages, trying to get rid of me on the phone (since the employees did not know that Go Prime Time belonged to their own company) and waiting again, I received some clues as to how to get to the stop 100m away from the terminal. There I had to wait for over an hour after my transatlantic flight, because despite the agreed time no vehicle was assigned to me. The manners of the employee were as disastrous as his English skills. The vehicle was in a miserable condition, safety belts partially broken and it turned for another 30 minutes rounds at the airport before finally going to the center. The passengers were allowed to listen to the loud discussion of the driver with his passenger. While driving, he was busy playing with two smartphones and a tablet.A greeting or farewell remained in spite of the previously paid by credit card tipping i.H.v. $ 5 off - not to mention a word of thanks.The attempt for my return trip to the pick-up point by 30m to a less traveled road required three calls à 15 minutes after my email for three days remained unanswered. The driver on the return trip was just as impolite as the one on the outward journey, but ran over several red lights and sang horribly while listening to sports reports on the radio at the same time. At least I arrived in time for the return flight at the airport.That was the last time I drove on GO Airport Shuttle.
