I contacted this company the night before my daughters bachelorette party and after many calls back and forth with Wayne to get the limo I needed because they were all taken, he never gave up and he provided them with the best limo that anyone could ask for. Great service and very professional.They pick up on time which was a big plus for us. Hassle free going to and from the airport. Definitely will not be parking our car again at the airport. We will use them for all our trips to sfo. I forgot my cell phone in the car and was thankful our driver checked the car before driving away.

I filled out the reservation online. I told them its round trip(they ask is this round trip) . Gave all information they requested. I received a quote in my email, canceled all other plans and called to book! They said SORRY this is one way.. what?? I asked for a quote for round trip! They did not care and pretty much said “sorry your out of luck” they are not true to their word! Not happy at all! Now I have to go back to my other plans. Thanks guys.You did offer a 10.00 off discount.. that’s not enough to make up for the mistake you created. No happy at all.

Used FLS to take us to and from our hotel to the cruise port. They were on time, professional, polite and were extremely accommodating to a few extra needs...including a baby seat! Gawain (like the knight) was great! Would definitely recommend him and this company and will 100% use them again next time were in Florida.

Excellence in Land TransportationArranged for 7 member family to be transported from Fort Lauderdale Airport to Port of Miami and back 8 days later. DeWayne, our driver, was early on both trips, communicated via text and phone. He wouldnt let us touch our bags as he said thats his job. He was very courteous and provided answers to our every need and helped us with restaurant recomendations. Most importantly he was a very safe driver in crazy Miami traffic. My group of eight attended the 2016 IAAP Summit in Hollywood Florida at the Diplomat Hotel on July 23. Luxurious Shuttle was totally professional from start to finish. I reserved the Private Shuttle. It was no problem making reservations online with Mr. Gawayne. Additionally, when we arrived at Ft. Lauderdale Airport, he was waiting at the luggage carousel when we arrived. He assisted with the luggage and provided a step stool for everyone to get into the van. The van was also very cool and his personality was inviting. It was the same when we returned from the hotel to the airport. Financial transaction went smooth.I recommend this service to anyone who dont want any hassles. They are timely and reliable. My family of five were needing transportation from Fort Lauderdale to Port of Palm Beach (55 mins. one-way) to sail to Grand Bahama Island for spring break (3/21 - 3/25). I called three shuttle companies of which I chose FLS, primarily due to their first impression. On my initial call to FLS, I did not make contact with anyone and hung up, but shortly afterwards received a follow-up call. The FLS lady informed me of their prices for a round-trip shuttle. FLS price point was competitive with the other two companies. Since the prices were comparative, I was faced with which company I thought would provide the best service based on my phone conversation.I chose to call FLS because I was impressed with the follow-up call, 1st *.When I called to make accommodations, the gentleman keyed in my information into the system; and told me I would be receiving two confirmation emails detailing both legs of the round trip. I received the emails within two minutes, 2nd *.The next morning, I received a call approximately an hour before the designated time of arrival confirming my pickup time and location. The driver arrived on time, loaded us up, we arrived safely, unloaded us and informed me to turn my phone on the morning we return as someone from FLS would call to confirm pickup, 3rd *.When the ship docked on our return, I turned my phone on as instructed and about 30 minutes later, I received the confirmation call from a FLS driver. He informed me that he was waiting for us when we got off the ship. I in turn informed him that it would be a while as the line at customs was pretty long. I texted him periodically to give him a status of our progress through customs. An hour an a half later, I called him to let him know we had made it through customs. He was very patient to say the least, 4th *.He greeted us with a smile and very positive attitude, loaded us up, and we arrived safely to our destination, 5th *.I can not say enough about the professionalism and how customer service oriented this company was during my experience.I highly recommend them!!

Everything about this pickup service was extremely professional, from emailing to confirm my registration, calling 24hrs before my initial pickup, and arriving 15mins before the scheduled time speaks volume about this company. I definitely recommend them if your ever in the South Florida area.
