Ive dealt with Florida Air for 8 years now and have found them to be responsive and professional. Theyve replaced air conditioners at two locations for me. Jessica and her team (including Scott, my current tech) will take care of you promptly and courteously. They get the job done right the first time.

I called because I was hearing a noise in my AC I got exceptional service, same day service, super courteous and respectful technician come to my home to discover that a frog was on my fan blade he promptly removed the dead carcas, was extremely courteous we joked about it and the service was great thank you for a great job and a wonderful priceI will definitely be doing business with this company again it’s also nice to know that it’s women led company which is not the norm in the AC business

Florida Air service came in and rescued us from the unbearable heat. They came as fast as they could to get us back and running. The gentleman that came was very thorough and took his time to figure out the problem. If and when I need AC services I will definitely use them again.

I called at almost 5 pm on March 18th and spoke with Jessica. She was extremely nice and had someone here in about 30 minutes. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. The price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be using them for our AC needs going forward. This was at my manufacturing plant - not my home.

The crew at Florida Air are honest and trustworthy. When I need a repair on my equipment, AC and Refrigeration, they make them work like new. They dont jury rig, unlike passed companies. Their service is fast, friendly and reasonable.I am not a google guru so I dont know how to make another review so I will just add to this one. Yesterday I had another AC installed this one at my house, the last one was at by business. These guys did way more than I expected! The quality of the workmanship was excellent. My very Picky husband was very happy. All I can say is they went above an beyond my expectations.Also I should mention, a couple of months ago my 14 year old AC broke and within a short time they were out and patched it together, got it working but informed me it didnt have much life left. The point is they came to my rescue quickly. IF YOU WANT SPEEDY AND RELIABLE SERVICE CALL THEM!

I had a panic on New Year’s Eve as my air stopped working. Even on a holiday, Florida Air Service was quick to take my call and help me out. Fortunately my issue only required a quick repair. They fixed it in no time and shares some tips to keep it running smoothly.

Service went great. They came out right away and had my AC running in no time. They even took care of my home by covering their shoes and cleaning up their work area before they left. They have my recommendation and approval.

Very content with the service. Everything went very smooth, from the first visit to get the quote (I got 5 different) to the the final inspection. Very professional. I absolutely would recommend Florida Air Services. Just please make sure you put some cardboard boxes under the plastic they use on the floor to protect it, because, things will damage your floor, as you see on the pics. Beside that. awesome team, awesome company.

The installation techs did a fantastic job. They worked so hard and non stop to get me a/c before they left for the day. They were determined to get it done and they did. The follow up work and clean up the next day was also done to my satisfaction. Any questions Ive had have been answered right away. Everybody was great here from the owner to the installers. They did exactly as they said. Communications were great and they did a clean, quality install of a new system. Prices were good with no inflated, unnecessary services. Believe me I shopped before I decided on using them. Will highly recommend to anyone needing a new AC unit.

They service my AC unit, which was replaced 2 years, so there should be no issues and there were none. So far, Ive been happy w/their service. They all try to sell you things you dont really need that supposedly keep your AC running better, but thats probably part of their job. Ive had that experience w/other AC companies as well, but overall they are very responsive and show up on time.

We purchased an older home along the river. We knew there might be a few problems but we are resourceful and decided to invest in our property and fix it all on our own. We made a lot of repairs on our own but when it came to the air conditioning it is something that has to be done right when you live in the south. We bought the unit ourselves but we had no idea about the ductwork. Thanks to All Year Cooling the installation and Ductwork was done right.

Got quoted for the repair at parts + labor. Labor was $230/h. It was a bit expensive but they did come in an hour. The quoted the part at $1500 and when I asked if they have a markup on it they said no. And only charge for parts what they pay for them, and are recouping that on the more expensive hourly rate. After the work was done, I checked the part installed and the price tag on it was $500. So not only did they lie to me during the initial call, they added 300% markup on the part and even added another $300 for shop supplies. So if you want to pay 3x on the parts, 100x on the screws, rags and refrigerant, and pay $230/h call these guys.If however you want someone honest, someone who will not blatantly lie to you and hey, not pad their bill with several hundred dollars of silly items (fuel for the torch they used was $170, even though a new torch system costs $60 and has enough fuel for over 12 hours of welding) better find another company. There are hundreds of them in South Florida.
