We had our 21 year old AC unit replaced today by Sam and Tyler. The were efficient, professional and answered all my questions. They had incredible attention to detail and were super thorough. I would highly recommend this company.

I was stuck on a hot night in Florida with no cool air coming out of the a/c. I got Andy on the phone - after hours - and he got me onto a full schedule for the next morning. He called that morning and suggested I do something with the power supply and that simple fix got the a/c working again. I then asked him about a maintenance contract for the 20 year old system - since I know I had never had it serviced in the 4 years I owned the condo. We set that up for a very reasonable price and Hector just left - super friendly, efficient and neat! Most importantly he gave the unit a clean bill of health. Very impressed with this company - straight shooters; no attempts to upsell or give unneeded services. 5 stars in my book!! Shout out to Cassie as well - who handles scheduling. She kept me informed about when Hector would arrive - and like the others - is super friendly.

Owner Andy came out literally within a day of my request for allergy air purification issues And had his installer at the condo within another day to do the install our air purification system within existing unit. Tyler installer was super explanative and nice. This is amazing because I don’t live here full-time in Florida so my schedule is very limited! Their service reliability and responsiveness is the best!

I was having an issue with the HVAC UV bulb and my thermostat was unresponsive. It was my first time calling Ambassador Air Conditioning. They answered my call quickly and had a technician (Tyler) come out the same day (within an hour or so). This was great given the hot temperatures! Tyler delivered professional service: was knowledgeable, explained what was causing the issue, friendly, answered all of my questions, and most importantly, fixed the issues!Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Ambassador Air Conditioning.

Ambassador has done a good job on all of the above mentioned repairs for me. Yesterday Ray installed two faucets for me in the master bedroom. Everything was done very well and Ray is a very nice person, also extremely knowledgeable of plumbing and plumbing installation and work, however the shower in the master bedroom is leaking and he knows the facts about it, We talked about replacing it and hopefully we can do it today, maybe this afternoon. he knows the parts that are needed and I already authorized getting it done, Ambassador is a well-run company and is detail oriented. Andy the owner is also an extremely nice person and gives detailed explanations about the job and breakdown about costs. I would recommend them to any of my friends or associates in a heartbeat. Sam from Ambassador was able to diagnose my drainage problem which was missed by the previous AC company. He recommended changing out the exit pipe which we found to be clogged. He also installed a T connect which will allow for easier maintenance of the drain line in the future.

We have used Ambassador Air for over 15 years and in two homes. Andy and his crew are super easy to work with. Cassie and Tina in the office are always helpful and accommodating, no matter the issue. Hector and Sam are the main technicians I have seen lately, though there are others who are very good. I dont discredit the other technicians who work there. Over the years I have come to know these two, they are incredibly efficient and I trust their work and opinion on issues I have had in the past. We are very happy with their work and I continue to refer them to anyone who needs air conditioner work done.

This company has been great to work with. They installed a new ac in our house 5 years ago and we have the twice a year service and techs are great, Tyler is the best! I had an issue today - a Saturday afternoon- with my ac, and called and spoke to Andy and he was super helpful- did some troubleshooting on the phone and asked me to call back regardless. ( turned out it was an electrical surge which caused a weird buzzing) but I couldn’t figure it out so he sent Tyler over and he took his time to go through the entire system and check everything, explain stuff and got everything working again very quickly. I also love that the techs wear shoe covers, since we don’t wear shoes in the house. They are always super neat and tidy and like they weren’t even there- except everything always works better after they are here. Always a pleasure to do business with them. Used Ambassador plumbing services this morning- had Plumber here within 30min- fixed leaky Y valve on washer, inspected leaky shower and will order kohler cartridge to repair it and replaced broken shower head in another bathroom. July 13th 2020 First and foremost, Sean showed up and was on time . The technician gave me a clear explanation of the situation I had and presented several options at different price points. In all, the kind of service visit I like to have.August 7th 2020 Sam arrived shortly after the estimated time. My AC condensate pan was full to the brim with water - almost ready to overflow. So, Sam first worked on the blockage. Since I am on the ground floor of a three-story condominium building, he explained that even having a float switch would not prevent my unit from having an overflow because the units above me would be backing up into my unit if there was a blockage in the line. He re-piped underneath the condensate pan to the outside drain along with several other things. In all, he worked very hard and diligently - and did what appears to me to be an excellent job.

The plumbing technician arrived on time. He established the work to be performed, put his head down and went to work. Left the work areas clean and the work performed on the requested task was top drawer. Would recommend Ray without ANY hesitation.

Ambassador also does plumbing. We had a backed up toilet and Ray came and fixed it.

I called Ambassador Air to check out our A/C at our condo unit and I couldnt be happier. They were out to the unit within an hour and were able to diagnose that what the problem was after some testing. Our expansion valve had failed, but when they went to pull up our warranty, no results came back. They could tell something was wrong and that the unit should still be under warranty based upon the manufacturer date. They took the extra time to research why by making some calls. They learned the A/C company that had installed the unit years prior had misspelled our last name when registering the AC, causing the warranty not to pull up on the manufacturers website. Ambassador Air called up the manufacture and got them correct their records and the manufacturer issued a corrected warranty. This caused the part to be under warranty, and saved me hundreds of dollars.I couldnt be happier and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Ambassador has been doing my AC service, trouble shooting and installation for 8 years now. They do an excellent job and, therefore, I highly recommend them.

Randy was dispatched on a Sunday afternoon to service our unit. We selected the company because they left their information on our fridge, thermostat and unit outside. He was professional and on time. After assessing the problem, he was able to replace a capacitor and cleaned our coils. The unit was working fine until the following morning when it was blowing hot air. When I emailed the company that there was still an issue, the owner replied as follows: The unit needs to be replaced. The condenser coil cannot dissipate the heat and is causing the unit to overheat. Would you like us to call your Landlord? Our landlord dispatched another AC technician from a company they had previously used who came out and fixed our unit. According to the second technician, Ambassador may have accidentally left open the valve stem at the suction line and leaked out all of the Freon from our unit, which is why it was then blowing hot air again. The second technician then had to fill the unit, costing us an additional bill of several hundred dollars. Ultimately, when we contacted Ambassador about a potential refund, Andy and Tina were very responsive, polite, and understanding and did refund $100 from their invoice due to the inconvenience. A small oversight did, however, cost us additional fees and another day of no air conditioning. In the future I would recommend calling out the same company when these issues arise. If Ambassador had done the subsequent service call, perhaps we could have avoided the need for a refund or additional bills.
