I really liked working with Bri. She was helpful, friendly and didnt try to rush me. She was willing to explain all my questions and offer alternatives instead of curt replies as from another agency l had in the past. I have asked if she would do my taxes next year also.

DO NOT EVER GO TO JACKSON HEWITT ESPESHALLY IN FORT COLLINS. EVERYTHING ABOUT JH IS A BAD EXPERIENCE EACH TIME I USE THEM.

This place was horrible, very unfriendly, computers crashed seemed like I was more of an inconvenience to them than a client. Then they just pawned me off on the south college location. If you cant figure out how to use a computer, why would I trust you with my taxes??

They made an appointment for me today and when I got there they said they didnt have anyone to do it EVEN THOUGH they close in 2 hours. Very very ridiculous and unprofessional. Betty is who scheduled the appointment so be sure NOT to listen to her.
