UPDATE: The owner was so sweet and fixed my lashes. They look wonderful and they really did everything in their power to amend the situation!Initial review: First, I will say that the people were very nice. However, this was the only pro as the retention of my lash extensions was terrible. I got my lashes done on Thursday and I woke up on Friday with many fallen out. They were lovely to refill those lashes. But, on Sunday (2 days later) pretty much all of the lash extensions had fallen out. I have been getting my lashes done for over 4 years and this has never happened to me. Im so sad because they werent cheap too... $145 for them to last 3 days:( I would have just used falsies had I known this would be the outcome.

Christina is AWESOME. She has given me a set of lashes & is my go too for waxing! The place was extremely clean and she makes sure you’re comfortable at all times. My brows never looked better, and I typically break out when I get my brows waxed but this time I had no issue. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Aussie should be the golden standard for spa service! They also do an amazing job no matter the service. Highly recommend.

Tara is amazing! I love Aussie Lashes. She is highly trained in lashes and lasers. I would never go anywhere else for lashes. I’ve had bad lashes that made my eyes burn and itch, Tara explained to me what happen and fixed them for me. I trust Aussie lash. This place is super cute and clean with a friendly staff. Stop going to other places for lashes. Aussie lashes is the best in town.

Great Service and quality! I get my lashes done by Christina and she does a great job providing a warm and welcoming environment, she takes her time and makes sure I leave every time feeling fabulous.

Kelsey is simply the BEST. I’ve had my lashes done for the last 2 years, and have been to several different lash studios... hands down Kelsey does the best work. She’s so diligent and manages to get them exactly how I want every single time even with how picky I am! The retention of the lashes lasts so long, even after 2-3 weeks! I would 1000% recommend her to anyone looking to have their lashes done!

Selena is definitely the best! I have been through a lot with lashes and it’s cool because I feel like she gets better each time and that’s tough when your already great! I have never been more satisfied with my lashes than I am right now! I feel she cares about me as an individual and listens to what I want! Aussie lash as a whole is great! It’s a really comfortable, relaxing environment.Kelsey is amazing!!!! She uses her own expertise while really listening to what YOU want. I highly highly recommend Aussie.

Ive had my lashes done for 7 years now. If you want them done right, this is the place! The owner is very experienced and does amazing lashes. She makes sure all of her girls are highly trained and does the same great work. She also is very educated and has done extensive research on various treatments offered through her salon such as laser treatments, facials, skincare products and permanent makeup. I will be going here from now on!

Tara is honestly the best lash tech! She is flexible to get me in since I have a crazy work schedule. My lashes always look and feel always amazing. If you’re looking for volumes that look phenomenal go there! 😍

I love this place. I go to Aussie for lash extensions. The first time I got lash extensions I went to Timberline and they ruined my lashes. We believe they used hair or nail glue. Rachael at Aussie spent hours removing the damaged set. She took the time to explain what happened and how we can fix them. They only use Bella lashes and glue. Which are very safe for your eyes and lashes. With my damaged lashes we couldnt put lashes on all my lashes yet she still was successful in making them look beautiful. After a couple months my lashes have grown back completely. I still get the extensions but only at Aussie! I highly recommend this salon!

Cute place and awesome ladies working. Lash experience was great. But retention is horrible. I’ve had lashes for about 2 years steady now. I go every two weeks and 24 hours later I look like I need a heavy fill. Isn’t normal shedding. They’re just falling out. My natural lashes are still intact thankfully. Unfortunate because it was a great atmosphere. Just this retention was terrible.

Aussie is my favorite beauty spot in Fort Collins! They have an amazing staff that cares about your satisfaction and a lovely atmosphere! Highly recommended, especially the young esthetician I had by the name of Bella.

If I could give more stars I would. I have never ever been to a better lash place and I’ve been to many. All of their staff is extremely trained. I have been going here for 2 years and wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my lashes. Not to mention the price is amazing for the quality of the lashes. Don’t wast your time looking anywhere else!

I was very nervous about finding a new lash place. I’ve been getting lashes for 4 years now at the same place. Went to Tara for volume and was truly amazed! They look better than what I’ve been getting in Chicago! So now I schedule lashes only at Aussie. I can go 3 weeks if needed, I get fills every 2 weeks and you really can’t tell I need a fill at that point. Also, the glue she uses doesn’t make my eyes water like it did in Chicago. So glad I found this place ❤️

I wanted to get my eyelashes done for the first time and didnt know what to look for or where to start. I walked into Vixen lashes and immediately knew there was no way thats what I wanted and walked out. I then tried Aussie Lashes and it was perfect all around! I had the most comfortable, friendly, professional experience and will continue to use them.

My experience was absolutely terrible. I regret paying the extra money I was required to pay here. I went to Denver and got my lashes done and looked 10x better. Ive been getting my lashes done for about 6 months and have bounced around so Ive experienced good and bad lashes. They insisted I needed my old lashes off to get a fill? Lashes fall out anyways when they grow out, why would you need to take all of them off and put enough on for a fill? They were 3 weeks out so majority were falling out already? Made no sense. I was charged $140 for a fill. WOW. And I only got a hybrid. I had to come twice to finish another day because she didnt have enough time to finish. I was charged for a touch up however my lady wanted me to come back, I didnt? She was late 15 minutes for my appointment and tells me about the products in the room for another 10 minutes.... 25 minutes was already wasted and my next appointment was about 30 minutes. Now, like I usually do, get a volume and theyre amazing and only pay $75 for 3 weeks. I wish I had a picture after I got them done here I was completely disappointed. My new lady stated their placement was nice and neat so I guess thats a plus about this place. Even she was confused about removing all of my lashes. AND I was confused by the pricing so the front desk lady was nice enough to give me $5.00 off. BUT THEN the machine wasnt working for my debit card so I get a sorry the machine isnt working for your card so we have to charge you the original price LOL I was completely shocked and never returned there. NOTE: they were able to charge me my first $90 and keep my information in their system. The retention rate is terrible. I have white sheets and you could see lashes all over my bed... lashes all over my sink when I brush them. Interesting because they did their training in Grand Junction so I know all about the prices/lashes/materials/people who trained with them. But sure, try to scam a new customer.

OMG! This place rules. Bella is amazing! I had my lashes done for my daughters wedding at another lash place..they were horrendous. To heavy for my complexion, and the tech did not even add lashes to the outer 1/3 of my lashes. She also made sure I knew it was somehow due to my physical deficits (she said there were no lashes on the outer 1/3...this was not true). I essentially paid a couple of hundred dollars for her to insult me. My texts to them, asking to have another consultation. (Give them a chance, in case their te h was just having a bad day) were lost.I scheduled a fill with Aussie Lashes. But was very apprehensive. Frankly, after my first experience with a frustrated technician and screaming toddler from another client in the same room, I was not hopefulBella immediately put me at ease. A quiet room, with personaluzed care. Her light touch, and calm demeamor were the ultimate in professional care. My lashes are now gorgeous; I even fell asleep while she did my extensions, I was so comfotable.Highly recommend Aussie Lashes! True professionals...my lashes are amazing!!!

I have had lash extensions from many places in town. I have had nova, xtreme, and lash savvy.. and let it be known that noone has done a better job than Tara, the owner of Aussie lashes!! She is methodical, quick, and pays exceptional attention to detail. Her salon isclean, friendly, and welcoming! All her front desk gals are adorable, accomadating, and sweet! Do to business growth Tara hired another lash artist named Rachel who is also amazing.. They are both trained in Bella lash extensions which are by far the best lashes ive had! They are beautiful, light, soft and adhere the best with no damage to your natural lashes.. Lashes are an investment and i highly reccomend choosing Aussie Lashes
