They have no contact phone number and wont give you one when you contact support online. YOUR TENANTS CAN REMOVE THEIR OWN INFORMATION. I went to open their documents for additional contact information since my tenants left the property and destroyed things and THEY DELETED THEIR OWN INFO. FYI do not use this platform. They will not give you a phone number to call them, they only will speak to you online in a chat.

My use of turbo tenant has been one of the finest service experiences of my professional life. I can still scarcely conceive to of how many quality and impactful services could be offered to the professional community free of charge. Turbotenant has revolutionized, streamlined, and routinized my entire procedure for securing tenants. Without hiring anyone I am able to successfully find quality renters with minimal cost to my own time and resources. Their system is well organized, well-kept, and well-serviced. The help is available almost immediately from my mobile device via chat and email, and associates stick with me until we run all problems to ground. I simply cannot recommend TurboTenant more highly. I would give them 10 stars of I could. If I made any suggestions for the future it would be to develop a dedicated mobile app for download which further streamlines and orders the process for landlords of procuring and managing quality tenants. Make the structures in the app customizable to benefit the workflow of different kinds of owners.

This website has been a godsend it formulates a query to prescreen potential tenants and separates them accordingly. You can also invite the prospective tenants to apply online without the hastle of meeting in person. All of my listings are in one neat place and I can also keep record of payments received. You also get a $25 incentive for referring other landlords.

This place is a scam BEWARE they had my house listed for rent, we live in it. No one will return calls because they want you to give all your information to them on line to avoid you and get all your information to scam you the renter do not fall prey to them. We have filed a police report and no our house is not for rent.

Recently had a rental property lease expire and needed to get a tenant quickly. Turbo Tenant made it extremely easy to find several new prospective tenants to choose from. Loved the process and is super landlord focused and easy to use.

I love the fact that they run credit checks and background checks for you. The app is very easy to navigate through as well. Ive used this for my last three tenants and will continue to use it.

I like how fast the leads come in and that they post your ad for you. A lot of great features including questionnaires and full range background checks, havent had much chance to use the features yet which is why I gave 4 stars as long as all the extra features goes smoothly Id say 5 stars all the way

Tried using TurboTenant but all of my potential renters hated it - seems like a poorly run company. They dont offer rent payments and you can get background checks at a more affordable price using other services. I had more success with other services.

Sometimes it takes a little longer than I would like for your info to be up and running, but overall very good.

This is a scam. This company accepted my application to a place on a Sunday evening and by Monday morning the owner of the house had rented it to someone who offered to pay more. This company didnt even have the time to run my application before the place was off the market and they refuse to give me my money back. Ill never be recommending or using this company again.

So a few days ago I posted a review of Turbo Tenant and it may have been done in haste. I was a little annoyed at the fact that I had made a lot of appointments to show the property and none of them showed up even after confirming The appointments with them.I understand that this problem was out of turbo tenants control, in addition to owning rental property Ive been an electrician for 25 years and Acquired other trade skills along the way. I own a small home improvement and remodeling company and nothing upsets me more than when a customer is unhappy.So from one business owner to another I would like to apologize to the turbo tenant team and its owners, I know how important it is for a business to maintain a good reputation. The fact is Ive received a flood of notifications about the property I have listed with turbo tenant.
