Brett is amazing. He has helped me out so much in the week I have known him. He rushed getting my application approved because I had alternative plans in case it didn’t get approved despite the fact that he was busy with other things. After I was approved he helped figure out a way to add my boyfriend onto the lease with me. He didn’t charge all the application fees most other property managements charge you just to end up rejecting you anyway. I would highly recommend working with Brett he is so helpful and understating.
