Jeff is phenomenal! We were first time home buyers and he was so honest with us about the entire process. We almost bought a house before in Oregon and noticed that the realtors we tried working with were so pushy and impatient and quick to try to sell you something. Weve even seen realtors here in Colorado be cutthroat. Jeff is not this way! He has so much expertise, that he just understands that buying a house can be a roller coaster. Jeff and Patty did an amazing job getting our home sold! They saved us approx $4500 vs what the other agents wanted and sold it in less than two weeks. We had our home listed before and it sat for three months. The best decision we made was switching from the high priced pretentious brokers to Harmony Brokers. They also helped us purchase our new home and did the mortgage as well. Our mortgage was difficult due to some credit issues we had but Jeff was extremely patient and I believe truly fought for us to get in our new dream home. Jeff Theisen with Harmony Brokers sold our SE FoCo home in September 2013. Jeff did an excellent job and provided all of the services of a full service RE agent at only 3.5% commission, saving us $6000. Jeff was great to work with - he is very personable and doesnt have that creepy realtor vibe that you find so often. We really felt like he had our best interests in mind. Our house was under contract within 3 days of being on the market. I would definitely utilize Jeff again for future RE transactions and would recommend him to anyone.

Harmony BrokersWe sold our home through HB and have nothing but great things to say about them. We had contacted several agencies and were somewhat apprehensive using a lower commissioned broker (they charge 3.5% vs 6 or 7%) since our house was on the higher end (700K). We had many agents try to convince us that they could not sell it through someone charging a lower fee and that they would not provide us the same service. Well they were all wrong!! They did a complete market analysis of our home and we came up with a realistic price that we knew it would appraise for and we sold the home in less then three weeks. We saved $17500 and could not be happier. They did everything and more that the other places were going to do and at the end of the day we had an extra $17500 in our pockets. We would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying, selling or financing a home.
