When I decided to sell my rental condo, I considered using a discount broker or going the FSBO route. I decided to use a real estate agent to sell the property after I researched the process of using those two options and becoming aware of the complexities and risks involved. Kyle had the condo professionally staged for showings and within three days of going live there were multiple offers, each above the asking price. I wrote a good review for this agent a few months back...that was before I realized the extent of what we were facing in our new home.I was under the impression that the condo had A/C. Not only did the Realtor not know, neither did the property management company. After nearly a week in a record breaking heatwave that resulted in a heat rash for my toddler and a lot of discomfort for my whole family, the property management company told us there was no A/C.In June, its hard to get an A/C company to come out. There was a 2 week wait. Once they did arrive, not only was it not a simple install, they had to rehaul the entire HVAC system because it was so poorly kept.I didnt know any of this since I bought out of state and had trusted the Realtor. It cost me over $12,000 unplanned and thats not even mentioning the windows...They literally fall out of the frames. Its impossibly difficult to open them and scary every time. Those are getting replaced within the next several months. We didnt plan for all these expenses and arent particularly wealthy.I do not feel like the agent gave my transaction the attention it deserved because it was on the low end of the spectrum in Fort Collins as a one bedroom condo. I will never use this Realtor again and debated whether to leave this review for a long time.I work with Realtors every day as a professional writer (sticking to marketing writing) and it is clear to me what a good Realtor and a bad one are. This is not a good one. I dont necessarily think hes bad. I just think that since my home had a few less zeros on it that he didnt put forth the effort he would have on another home.I just want to save another family the difficulties weve had to face by choosing this agent

It is not an overstatement that Kyle was instrumental in changing our lives.
