Erika was a great realtor to work with. She helped us market and sell our condo at Fossil Creek Condominiums. She was very professional, upbeat, a great communicator and went above and beyond to help us find contractors when we needed a radon mitigation system installed at our condo. She also hired a stager for our property and added an American Home Warranty policy to our contract that she paid for, giving us and the future buyers reassurance that all maintenance would be covered in case of an issue during the sale and for one full year for the new buyer. She communicated on an almost daily basis and went out of her way to do things for us that we had added to our To Do list, taking those tasks off our plate. We would recommend her highly to all our friends and family when they need a realtor for a sale or purchase of a home.

Selling this home was an wonderful experience. It is not easy to sell a home in another state than you live it, especially with Covid-19 active. There was a lot of things that needed to be repaired and a few replaced. I had no idea how this was going to be done. I was referred to Erika Tran and it was a total new experience. This lady stepped forward and worked with me every step of the way that I needed help. Always cheerful, kind, and most professional. It took longer to repair the home than I thought it would, but there were many shortages due to Covid slowing down transportation, and not allowing as wide a selection as is usually savable.Yet the house was only on the market for ONE day. I cannot say enough about the experience Erika provided for us buying our first home! We met her on happenstance and I feel SO lucky that we did.
