Manger was extremely rude and almost physically threatening.

Went to the Havana Location in Aurora today. Fleet vehicle and they have no idea what they are doing and couldnt do the car because they could not connect. Ever hear of a phone? Wont be back there for fleet or personal vehicles.

They did not properly install my oil cap and oil spilled all over my engine causing almost $500 in damages. I spoke to the District Manager, Seth Benson, who would only call me back after I complained to corporate and he claimed that the issue was not their fault because its not their responsibility to make sure the cap is on properly as they are not mechanics. His actual words........ So now Im working with the corporate office to resolve this.

AVOID. Horrible service. They (the Jiffy Lube in Boulder, which is owned by Enitor) put the wrong oil in my engine (I happened to see the jugs after they put it in), the wrong pressure in my tires (off by 6psi!) after I asked twice that they double check and even pulled my truck back into the bay supposedly to check again), and left oil on both fenders, the hood, the steering wheel, and the shifter knob. I am not going back.
