Came in for brake pad and rotors. They got me in and had it fixed quick. Had a mixup with the rotor sizes but for the end of the day and how fast they were able to get the right ones in I was very pleased. My car both starts and stops now.

The gentleman at this location are the best of the best! Quick, clean, helpful and efficient and so kind. they filled up my tires without me asking because they looked a little low (which I did not know) I offered them a tip but they declined and just told me to come back whenever I needed some help with my car. thank you Jack and Luis for your help. I came in for a scheduled oil change and noticed my air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold. I asked for the AC service as well. Upon inspection I was shown my cabin air filter was completely blocked.The team simply replaced my cabin filter and the air was good again. Their honesty saved me $80 on this trip. This is exactly the service that keeps people coming back and referring family and friends. I highly recommend this location!

This particular manager said my vehicle required synthetic oil which I have been to my mechanic and researched online and it is not true. He was insistent to the point I left. I totally believe this manager is compensated by selling the more expensive oil. I returned the next day and got what I wanted.

I absolutely recommend this location. The staff at this location are beyond kind, professional, informative and thoughtful. They take the time to thoroughly explain services to you (I am a young female that usually gets taken advantage of for unnecessary spending) so this is a big deal for me. Every time Im here they make sure to go above and beyond to get you what you need done plus go out of their way to take care of other little things and its all done with smiles and integrity. This location (Timberline and Custer) is run with professionalism, incredible customer service, and great quality. I came in for a tire rotation, and was told I still have 2,000 miles before that needed to be done. So, I decided to have my wiper blades replaced! The team here is awesome!

I came in only to top off fluids and buy new wipers. The staff there realized I had a busted/leaking water pump and offered to fix it. Had the part brought in and was so great with explaining/showing me all that was going on. I was very appreciative of both the work done as well as the customer service given by all the young men that assisted my transaction.

One of the most friendly places to have your car serviced. They inspect your entire vehicle to make sure there are no outstanding maintenance issues and they dont over sell customers on recommendations for maintenance. Theyre a honest, hardworking group and I recommend taking your vehicle there for any regular service needs.

Decent service, but their change oil sticker comes off in two layers. One layer just has their logo and isnt meant to come off easily. Im very annoyed that I had to spend 20 minutes scraping it and rubbing the residue off with chemicals.

Ive visited this location a couple times with no complaints. I understand this is a shop and with that comes a certain level of professionalism. That being said, upon my most recent visit a particular employee who has a lip piercing, needs to learn how to be professional and understand he is a representative of his place of employment. Openly slandering customer vehicles with the assumed soundproof glass that separates the shop from the customers, is a great way to retain their customer base. Im unsure if the manager of this facility just allows this behavior or doesnt think that it is a particular issue. None the less I will continue on down the road, somewhere else for my oil changes.

Overcharged me for 10 quarts of oil ($154) and have me a car wash coupon for another $6. They physically guided me while I drove my truck into the wash. When the truck was finished, it was scratched all down the side. I went in to tell them and the manager just said, okay buddy. Okay. Okay. Have a good day. Never going again.

I received great service. Everyone was friendly and patient, like they werent in a rush to get me going. They kept checking in to update me on the progress. Lounge and bathroom very clean.. and homemade cookies and coffee! Will definitely come back for my next oil change, etc.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I brought my car in to get a full service oil change. I was unsure as to which oil was best and they were able to direct me to the best type for my vehicle. They also replaced my windshield wipers and topped off all of my fluids. They did a great job on keeping me updated on my vehicle throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Went in for a simple “20 minute guaranteed oil change”. No conversation about type or cost upfront. I could’ve initiated it but I’ve been going to Grease Monkey for years and just trusted them. Change took about 30 mins which is totally cool but it cost me 64.00! As someone here already mentioned, it’s fast talk at the checkout counter and I didn’t appreciate feeling railroaded. I was an aircraft mechanic in the Air Force and am pretty handy with automobiles as well, so an oil change was something I can easily do but don’t always have the time to, that’s why I pay someone to do it, but 64.00?!! I literally could have done 2 changes. Sorry guys I was a very loyal customer and now I too will find another place... let me again reiterate how mad I was about the railroad feeling, like I was a vulnerable naive idiot... I would’ve given 2 stars but I’ve got a good history with GM and took that into account. I’ve never reviewed anything on google before but wanted to now in hopes of fixing these issues. If it’s 64.00 all the time... (I don’t recall it ever being that high for just an Oil change) then I’ll just avoid from now on... especially with all the competition in town... the sign should say “20 minute oil change guaranteed for 64.00”! Simple is not always cheap.

By far the best staff! They were extremely accommodating and always made sure I knew what was going on with my car. We had a couple struggles trying to fix my serpentine belt but it was an amazing experience! They made sure to assess the problem and fix it the next time I came in. Very nice and honest. I appreciate them so much!!

What an awesome crew! I got my oil changed, front and rear differential serviced, fuel injection serviced, and air filter changed. These guys did it fast and efficiently. I was charged quiet a bit for a simple job at other grease monkeys spoke to these guys and they were shocked and said they wouldnt dream of charging for something that simple. 3 strikes and you are out. We have three cars and have been going here for a few years now. Maybe 3 is a bad luck number for this place. Two different times and on two different vehicles the oil filters were not tightened. Only found out due to oil dripping on garage floor. Called them to let them know and they offered a car wash. I told them I dont want a car wash. I just want a simple oil change done right. My daughter went there with her vehicle the other day and not only did a bunch of goons gawk at her and make her feel uncomfortable but they left oil all over the inside of her vehicle and managed to scratch her steering wheel somehow. I wish it were easier to change my own oil these days but will probably head over to the dealership from now on and spend the extra money to make sure it is done right.

They keep good records and always make recommendations of what could or should be done based on the mileage of my vehicles. Highly recommend!

I stopped in one day after work with concerns that my car was running hot. They found that I had a broken radiator cap and was low on fluids. They took the time to drive to a parts store and get me a new cap. They even stayed a little late after they closed to make sure that I was able to get everything fixed.Great customer service and very friendly employees. So thankful that they took the extra effort to keep me on the road. I will definitely be taking my cars here in the future!

Very fast service by a kind and straightforward service person. Facility seemed clean and well organized. They did attempt the expected upsell for an air filter but didnt force it by any means. They did my windows, vacuumed, and even scrapes some ice off for me!Prices seemed high but Id come back.

Love coming to this Grease Monkey. Ive been a customer for the past two years and have had nothing but good experiences. The workers are positive and knowledgeable and dont try to sell you extra things or pressure you into a sale. Good place all around.

I have been going to this location every 3000 miles for going going on two years. Since my last visit just over a month ago, they have reconfigured how to enter the place. I had entered the same way in the same place every time. Upon entering g today and realizing the changes had been made, one employee felt necessary to treat me as if I were an idiot for entering there. He was rude, non apologetic and downright unprofessional. I will not return. And have spoken to my office about this as we have many fleet vehicles that use their service. Customer service and people skills are an important part of what they do. This guy had none! Thats all it takes

The Grease Monkey at this location (and another one I used for years) has always had excellent customer service. Theyre friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy like other places can be. The price is very fair - Ive had my oil changed done for a little cheaper other places, but I always come to Grease Monkey because I know I will consistently get friendly, quality service, and I trust they wont tack on unneeded services.

Always fast. However, after coming here a number of times my wife and I have found after leaving that weve been charged for services/products we didnt ask for. I get if theres an extra $5-10 for something that really is needed/useful, but they put new blades on my wifes car for something like $30-40 and the blades broke after less than two months and scratched her windshield from top to bottom. I got charged for a new air filter today that I thought I may need going in, but frustrating to not even be asked. The tactic of rushing through all the details and using technical jargon to try to blast you with info at checkout before sending you out the door to review your receipt isnt all that subtle either. Will likely be looking for a new shop in the future, a shame b/c this one is so convenient!

Customer service is top notch at this location. They treat you very well and take great care of your vehicle. I’ve been taking both our vehicles there for over two years now and have never had a complaint or a less than stellar service.

This is the place to go for an oil change. The guys here at grease monkey are absolutely fantastic. They always go above and beyond with their service. They ask you how you are, how your day is, or if you have anything cool comeing up the rest of the day. They never bullshit you and try and get you to buy something you dont need. Id rate 6/5 if I could so I guess a 5/5 will have to work.

Worth the extra money for better oil & a quicker oil change. Waited less than 15 minutes for them to do it, and then clean all of your windows while you’re waiting! You also can get a discounted car wash just by coming here!

I came to grease monkey to do a transmission flush in my Honda civic after I recently had the transmission replaced. For those who dont know, these cars need a Honda specific fluid for the transmission and grease monkey did it under an hour, cost effectively and even vacuumed my floor! These guys are super and will recommend to anyone who is looking for a a quality service for any vehicle.

This was my first time at Grease Monkey. Everyone was so helpful. They go into a lot of detail about whats going on with your vehicle and provide any suggestions for the future. I will definitely be returning to the Grease Monkey on Timberline for any future services. I definitely recommend to others. 👍

These guys do more than just change your oil. They check all fluids, put nitrogen in your tires, clean your car a bit, make sure you are getting the service you need, and accommodate unusual circumstances as when I brought my own oil and filter to them--the price dropped significantly when I showed up with mobile 1 and a filter (I couldnt get the drain plug off myself so had to take it in...). And they seemed to know every customer personally which impressed me.

Fast, friendly, but not willing to take the time to replace my cabin filter. Straight up said, not worth his time. I can respect that, but then, upon check out, I use my groupon and was charged a separate fee. This fee made my total regular price, defeating the purpose of groupon.

This is a great Grease Monkey! Its clear that the owner is committed to training his managers and staff to provide the highest quality service possible. In 10 years Ive only had one issue where an oil drain plug was dripping after an oil change. They fixed it immediately (correctly by using a torque wrench) and threw in a free service for the inconvenience. Ive brought my kids cars here and refer others regularly!

They have the fastest service out of all the oil change places Ive gone to. Their prices are fair and they never try to push things that you dont want to do. Ill definitely be coming back!

Staff is always courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. One cold, winter day my van battery died while I was in the King Soopers parking lot, 10 minutes before Grease Monkey closed. I went over and asked for help and one of the gentleman there drove his personal truck over to my van and gave me a jump, and wouldn’t accept anything for his time. Class act!

This shop really is a level above the rest, and theyve consistently been that way for years. Ive been so pleased with our service here over the years that despite having moved to southwest Loveland, Ill continue to bring our vehicles up here.As an example, I recently took wifes vehicle in for servicing and to confirm my suspicion that the battery was on its way out. Now Im perfectly capable of replacing a battery myself, but they were able to sell AND install my new battery for less than I could just *purchase* the same battery anywhere else, brick-and-mortar OR online.

Been going here for a few years and things have been okay until recently. In the past few months, employees have been curt and seem impatient with me. The last few visits they have had issues with their tools and werent able to complete a coolant or brake flush. The last time I was there, I heard somebody yell, annoyed, I dont care, its a Mustang! as my Mustang was being serviced and that made me lose confidence in the integrity of the work being done... No thanks, Im taking my business elsewhere.I recommend the Grease Monkey on Oakridge as an alternative as they have been much more respectful of myself and my vehicle.
