Was all dress up professionally in a back suit. We requested an black suv latest model. When Pete arrived the morning of the pickup he was few minutes earlier and the suv was Lincoln Navigator 2020. What can we say about perfection? This is the third car service we have used in our area and by far the very best we have had the pleasure of using in this area as well as around the country. Sandra contacted us 24 hours prior to our trip to confirm, showed up on time, maneuvered a stretch limo in downtown Denver like it was a Fiat in Sicily, was there waiting for us when we were ready to leave and drove us with such professionalism and skill that it was hard to know we were actually in a car on the road. The vehicle was a 2016 Lincoln stretch limo, very clean and comfortable. We look forward to using Phat Limo and Sandra in the future. Excellent!

PHATUP is hands down the best car service that I have ever used. They have an amazing fleet of luxury vehicles that are always immaculate, but most importantly for me, the folks at PHATUP are unbelievably reliable. This is the only transportation service that has ever given me reasonable, accurate estimations about when they will arrive. If they say 15 minutes, they are at the door in 15 minutes. For me, this is most important factor when trying to find a ride as I dont have a car myself. And it keeps getting better and better, the rates are comparable to anyone else in Fort Collins that I have used, if not cheaper. PHATUP is the best value for money that I could hope to find anywhere. In summation, I would recommend PHATUP to anyone...they are amazing.

This company has horrible customer service representatives answering their phone. We called to book a car service for 14 hours and were given two different options in vehicles. We chose a vehicle and booked our reservation. We received a confirmation the evening before about the service stating it was for a different vehicle we had not reserved we never received the confirmation email that was supposedly sent. Later it was discovered they sent it to the wrong email address. When we called to ask about the change the person said they do not have the original vehicle available. I asked for some type of compensation or discount due to their mistake. I stated that I could just get another service and the reply I received was that I could cancel this reservation and receive a refund. When I called back to cancel the service a hour later, as I had found a service that provided me with exactly what I requested, they said they could not refund my money. They said it was too late to cancel even though it was their error. The guy kept telling me its too late to cancel and that they had already dispatched the driver. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was nobody else to speak with. I asked for the boss to call me and they said this was not a option. The person on the phone was very rude and had extremely poor customer service skills. In the end we had to pay a cancellation fee just to not have the driver show up at our home the next day. I would greatly appreciate the owner of this company to reach out to me to rectify this situation as we have used this company previously with a previous excellent experience.
