They had a good response time and took care of the problem right away.While servicing my property, the Arborist, Tad Dinsmore pointed out a tree that had freeze damage and made recommendations for treating and maintaining good tree health. As another previous reviewer has stated BEWARE! They automatically renew and charge for services with no verbal confirmation! They will come out and perform services without your knowledge. We signed up for a tree fungicide treatment. I was never told it would be a yearly recurring service. When the tech came out and performed the service the first time, he told me nothing about recurring treatments needed past that year. We also had a service charge from the previous year, when the service was not actually performed. We have cameras surrounding our home. Tech came to house, left note that service was performed and was gone 5 minutes later, and we were billed for service. Horrible customer service, girl at front desk absolutely has no remorse, does not apologize, and expects you to pay bills. We will never use this company again and encourage others not to as well!

Tad was here to give my Ash tree a trunk pressure injection of EAB preventative. He was very knowledgeable and took pride in his work. He educated me so I can be a better tree owner. I highly recommend this service.Lawn Doctor knows their business.

My wife and I used the Lawn Doctor Fort Collins for the first time last week. Let me just say...our back yard looks AMAZING!! We were truly blown away by the amount of work that their crew executed in just a few hours. Our trees had many limbs that were damaged from recent snow storms and needed to be pruned very badly as they were creeping into our neighbors property. Hunter, Marc, Brian and Jack went way above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied with their work. They were on time, courteous and left no trace after the work was done. We will definitely be using them again.

The Lawn Doctor has been servicing our lawn for about 7 years now--both at the house we sold and the one we purchased 3 years ago. At each house, the neighbors tell us that the lawn(s) looked so much better after their treatment. Our current neighbors are even signing up with the Lawn Doctor. In addition to their great lawn service, I was delighted that their tree expert came out to look at some damage we sustained during the last snowstorm. They gave us free advice! Who does that anymore? I would highly recommend this company!

Great service overall. Tree work on fire blight seems to have saved my favorite tree or at least bought me some years. Aeration was excellent with long plugs over the whole lawn. Great service from all the techs and the sales guy Chad. Would recommend to anyone !

A guy named Tad Dinsmore came out today to do a scheduled treatment on our tree to deter the emerald ash borer. We had some questions about some damage to the tree during a recent storm and he was very helpful in explaining what sort of follow-ups might be necessary to keep it healthy. Knowledgeable and friendly guy!

Call and appt was easy to make. They asked if I needed a fertilizing program. I didnt but that would have made it even easier. I was even in another state, my wife just had to be home at appt time. Will call em again.

This is the second year we have had our mowers serviced at Lawn Doctor and I am so impressed with their service, I just had to leave a reveiw for others seeking mower maintenance or other services. The mowers were returned, and they looked brand new! and ran great. Lawn Doctor also does other services for us, and again, they are top-notched. A++ in my book.

Today Lawn Doctor aerated my lawn. The technician, Barrett, did the best aeration job I think I have ever had. He carefully followed the contours of the perimeter of my yard, doubled back to include the interior of the yard, and even pulled all the stakes for me when he was done. I have never has someone put that much care and effort into an aeration. It was an excellent job and worth mentioning here. Great job Lawn Doctor!

Very impressed with Scott and Dannys great customer service. They came by this morning for a consultation about my trees. They were professional and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions and give suggestions on how to improve the health of all my trees, then wouldnt let me pay for it. NOBODY does that anymore! My neighbors use Lawn Doctor to take care of their lawn. People from Lawn Doctor come out often and spray their yard and landscaping. I watched one of their people spray the rocks between our properties and they sprayed onto our lawn. A week later we have a dead patch of lawn where they were spraying. We are concerned about the safety of the herbicides and pesticides that Lawn Doctor uses, and that are carried into our yard and home. We are careful to close all our windows when we notice that they are spraying, but we dont always notice when they arrive. I have requested that they take more care when spraying near our property.I spoke with Mike, the owner, today and he will ask his people to be careful to not spray our yard and trees in the future, and he will notify me by email when they plan to spray so we can close our windows before they get started.

Lawn Doctor has been providing me great tree service for years. My aspens grew to 14-16 in diameter, but died of old age (over 20 yrs - well beyond normal life span). Hunter and Brian from Lawn Doctor removed the two massive trees today in such a meticulous and professional way I had to share my praise for the job they did. Tyler just finished our yard aeration, and did a great job! Weve have a few issues with others from Lawn Doctor sppeding through and the yard not getting done very well and missing sections. We asked Tyler to get as close to the edge as possible, and he did. In the past there would be 12-18 inches of space away from the edge. Im really happy about the job that was completed this time, I hope they keep him for a long time.

We had a large area in our lawn that was killed by mites. In addition to keeping the rest of our lawn looking good, Lawn Doctor was able to come in and fix the affected area and re-seed it to get it back into shape. We also plan on purchasing their mite protection to avoid this issue in the future, as they are quite common in our area. Mike, the owner, has been extremely helpful with everything!

Great customer serviceI really appreciate a company that answers quickly and resolves issues. We had a misunderstanding that was resolved really well!I intend to replace my lawn this summer. For that reason I didnt want the service. LD applied the spring application and billed me while I had thought I declined the service.After I emailed them they responded immediately and resolved this.I am impressed and appreciative of theyre quick service and would definitely use them again next year.

The Winter Mower Maintenance service is terrific! Mark Mc. did an excellent job cleaning the mower and sharpening the blade on our mower. Free pick up and delivery is a nice part of the service. Less expensive that other other maintenance services I have used in the past.

We had Brian and his team from Lawn Doctor do our fall cleanup and tree trimming this year and they were AWESOME. They worked hard and cleaned everything up so you can’t even tell they were here - except everything is neat and trimmed.

This was our first service done by Lawn Doctor. I was impressed that our service person, Mark, carefully avoided our cat patio so that my cats would not be affected by the applications. I really appreciated that.

First time using them. Because of the drought our yard became cement..they came out and treated the yard with nutrients and weed killer they also did some deep root treatment for our trees. Seems expensive but I know nothing about trees..I hope they bloom better and have better leaves this year. Now another huge bush is having issues. Because of the none existing mositure we need so badly..they are suffering. I hope this service is good. I guess Ill find out when the trees and grass start to grow.😁 Hoping for the best..hate to lose any of them..they took years to get big..😃 you did treat our trees and yard. You came out and looked at the bush and didnt know what was wrong..its dying.😡

I have a large property with lots of different trees and a huge lawn. Lawn Doctor has an amazing team with a wealth of knowledge regarding the health of my landscaping. I purchased a fruit tree program for my pie cherry trees. I was never told that the treatment made the fruit unfit for human consumption. This was only revealed to me after I made a call to see how long I had to wait after application to pick the fruit. This demonstrates a total lack concern for the health and safety of their customers. Why sell a fruit tree program that renders the fruit toxic and useless?

My first lawn application fell on a day with snow showers. Two weeks later, Mike Verde, the owner, stopped by to check on the lawn. He wanted to see if the weed application needed to be redone. That’s service! I will be a repeat customer.

The new computer generated Invoice which I can view and print is a wonderful improvement. However, the invoice does not state the actual date service was performed. Only the month and year are shown, May. 2017.

USE CAUTION! They do good lawn spraying but watch out, theyll charge you $125 for off lawn care for 100sqft of garden area AND the following year they wont even remind you that they AUTOMATICALLY signed you up for this service indefinitely. They never told us they were going to do it and Kim from their office patently doesnt care about keeping customers around. I was essentially told tough. Ive canceled my service and will use one of their many competitors.Update:Kim did acknowledge they made a mistake and refunded my $125. However we are swingle customers now

Lawn Doctor trimmed two flowering grab trees and one autumn purple ash and did an excellent job of reshaping the trees and thinning limbs and removing dead branches. They cleaned up after the work was completed leaving our yard and flower beds in great shape.
