We called into this lawn care service for a lawn mow on our property as our mower broke and we needed help. Ryan, who answered let us know that he can do a ONE TIME MOW when we explained our situation and would have a bid for us shortly. Several hours later, we reached out to see if he had the chance to get that bid for us and he still hadn’t. He responded with a “weekly service” bid and promptly let us know that they don’t do one time mows. Strange how that changed from our initial call. Completely wasted our time that could have been used to get someone else to do the work. Be honest about your services upfront with future customers.

Ryan does a great job, I called him to get my lawn aerated and he came over and had it done within a couple of hours. I highly recommend Carlson Lawn care.

I started with Carlson lawn care this last year after a very poor experience with another lawn care service. I must say, what a huge difference! They are extremely detail oriented and diligent with every aspect! I would gladly recommend their services to anyone looking to free their time up with their tedious lawn work!

I contacted them to mow for the summer. They missed the first week because of weather (legitimate). Then didn’t show up for two weeks, said they were “for sure” coming, never came. After trying to get in touch with them to find out why they didn’t come, received a text saying they tried to come but the “mower didn’t fit through the gate” even though they saw the gate when they did the quote and said they thought they sent a message but “apparently not.” Unreliable, poor communication and poor customer service.
