Fantastic customer service. Susan and Natalie were great to work with and always friendly. They were able to get my fiancés ring sized, set and sent back in a time frame that was very tight 11 days. I was originally needing a 12-day turnaround but on my plans ended up making it an 11 day turn around in order to make my flight to Kauai. I was only able to give them 18-24 hours heads up that I was going to need the ring 1 day earlier. They told me that they would contact the shipper and get back to me. They got back to me 1 hour later saying that my ring would be there in the morning. It was beautifully packaged and waiting for me. They did a wonderful job and were always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for an engagement ring should strongly consider stopping here.

I bought my wife a three ring set from John Atencio almost 30 years ago. She wanted to redesign it, and Natalie could not have been more helpful. She kept us informed throughout the entire process. The ring turned out beautifully and was completed ahead of schedule. Natalie shared in my wife’s excitement for how well the ring turned out. Carolina and Natalie were superb when assisting me in picking out my new ring from the Pivot collection. I was able to change the ring from 14 ct. gold to 18 ct. gold to match my other rings from John Atencio. Natalie should be a awarded a Nobel Prize for Patience after dealing with me as I searched for my wedding band. After spending what seemed like hours debating and designing in-store, i finally settled on a style I liked...or so I thought. I went home, thought some more, and had a sudden change of heart. But wait! The ring was already ordered! What did our hero, Natalie, do in this situation? She quickly and calmly changed the order the next day and got it rushed to the store to pick up the week of our wedding. Great local business with great customer care -- and on top of that I got a great ethically sourced steel ring that i love!
