Only 5 stars? How about a 10! I have trusted Susan, owner of Jewelry Emporium, for decades. She, as well as her staff, who she so carefully and professionally trains are the best in the industry. This month I had to have my (41 y.o.) wedding ring altered and it was a complex process. When I got it back it was absolutely perfect and looked even better than when I brought it in. The personalized and genuine care in this store is evident from the moment you walk in the door and because of that I have referred my family members and friends and they all feel the same.

Went to Jewelry Emporium a month ago specifically to shop for a Pandora ring and was treated like I was purchasing a $1,000 ring. Great customer service. Will be returning in the future for larger purchases, instead of any other jewelry store because of how we were treated during our visit. They also hand wrapped the Pandora ring beautifully! All around great experience and highly recommend!

Melinda was so helpful to me as I was coming in to figure out my ring size even though the ring was purchased elsewhere by my fiancé.She even cleaned it up for me for free and helped me with a temporary solution to the size issue even though I’m not a paying customer. Loved it! 🙂

Came in to get a ring resized and reshaped. Melinda was AMAZING - so patient and funny. It felt like we were working with a real person, not a hoity toity salesman putting on airs. She took the time to answer all of our questions and offered to look into things further for us. All in all, a really great experience!

As my mother lay on her death bed she pulled off her diamond ring and gave it to me. I loved that ring, not because it was a diamond, but because it symbolized her. She wore it everyday of her life for 75 years! I never saw her without it. I loved wearing it because it helped me feel connected to her. Master jeweler, Meg, listened carefully to my story and got a sense of what I wanted. I appreciated her down-to-earth approach and her ability to show me a setting that was perfect. It met all my criteria. She helped me clarify what was important to me and then helped me find it. She taught me about the euro-shank style to keep my ring upright, explained the pros and cons of white gold vs. platinum, and helped me appreciate the magnificence of my diamond. My experience with Meg at the Jewelry Emporium was so positive, I plan to bring my daughter there to find the perfect setting for her heirloom diamond ring too. We LOVE Jewelry Emporium! My husband purchased my engagement ring there, so we also purchased our wedding bands from them. They were so amazing in helping him find my dream ring, and in helping both of us select our wedding bands (when we didnt have much of an idea what we wanted). I recommend them endlessly!

Great selection for mens wedding bands compared to anywhere else in town as well as a great price. I got a nicer band here for half the price of what was available at Zales. Also the staff is not paid on commission which provides an awesome no pressure buying experience.
