A wonderful gym with wonderful people. All levels are welcomed, encouraged and have modifications for any exercise they could need. I always get a great workout and love how everyone is there to help push me and promote growth, both physical and mental. I was dubious about CrossFit but this gym has been a better fit for me than i could have imagined. Try and class and see for yourself!ed

DeNovo CrossFit is my new favorite place! The moment I walked in the doors I felt safe, I felt at home. The environment is amazing and really does have that homey feel. The owners have put a ton of work into the space, if I could, I’d hang out there all day. The CrossFit coaches are top notch. I have a knee that bothers me and the coaches totally helped me scale, so I wouldn’t hurt my knee and still get a crazy awesome workout! I love how good they are at keeping me safe and sharing mobility to help my knee heal in the right way. I’m picky with who I trust with my “issues” and I trust these coaches! Thank You ladies, I will send everyone I know to DeNovo CrossFit!

Denovo CrossFit has been such a wonderful place to workout. The coaches not only care about helping me get stronger but they truly care about me as a person. It has been such a safe place for me. There is a great sense of community and the people here support and lift each other up. I can’t give enough stars!

The owners have put their heart and soul in to creating a CrossFit box where members feel supported and encouraged to achieve their goals- big or small. A place where you don’t just come to workout- you feel a sense of community and friendship.They now offer customized, one-on-one nutrition coaching as well! Its really beneficial to have the cohesiveness of your CF coach being the one to dial your nutrition in because they can see the impacts to your workouts and make adjustments as needed. The nutrition coaching has been a game changer for my workouts and I couldnt be more grateful for the new knowledge that Ive gained.Never done CrossFit before and worried that you’ll feel intimated or pressured to do something that’s outside of your comfort zone? You don’t need to worry about that here! This is a place where safe and proper form is the first priority.. and there’s no movement that can’t be modified to meet you wherever you’re at in your journey. More importantly, there’s NO judgement- just positive encouragement. The coaches at Denovo are as good as they get! Have little humans that make it challenging to workout? This is one of the few boxes in town that’s also have a CF Kids program!

The coaches are supportive and very knowledgeable about CrossFit, they push you to become better. The space is comfortable, inviting and fun. DeNovo is an amazing place!

You can go to any gym and sweat but this is the real deal. Jenny and Jorine have had extreme influence over my fitness for over three years. If you’re looking for a drop in because you’re visiting... this is the place. If you’re looking to change you’re habits, improve your life and find a community/family this is the place.
