They were able to replace my windshield for half the cost of what I was getting quoted elsewhere. Exceptional work and I was very happy with my replacement. I needed my rear window of an older 4 runner replaced. It has a motor and initially ran into some issues. The owner helped me get this done. He was very thorough in making sure I knew of any issues and updated me on his progress. He took the time to explain why extra parts I may need in the future as well as special instructions after the replacement.The front desk staff was all professional and helpful. Called to see about walk-in chip repair, they do not do chip repairs on Saturdays I was told. Last time I had a chip repaired at safelite, I believe it took about 7 minutes. I would happily pay for the repair.

Add a windshield replacement and a regulator installed. There were complications with the regulator due to the nature of the beast. The Anders glass crew really came through for me and made everything work and did it with so much class and professionalism. Not to mention the price is right as well… I will definitely be a repeat customer and also recommend them to anyone!

Anders was able to get me the windsheild I needed and backed it with a lifetime warranty which is great in my book. I had a small issue with my top trim on the window where the seal had come out let them know and was fixed right away, if you need a windshield and great service go to Anders dont get ripped off by the other guys!

I bought a used car with a chip in the windshield. Anders got me in the same day and made the chip virtually disappear. The price was excellent, I used their Chips for Tips free repair and tipped my tech $20. Best value around.

Had a windshield replaced and it took about 40 minutes (never had a windshield replaced so idk if thats good or bad?) and it was done and they told us its okay to be immediately driven. On the way home noticed distortion in glass that makes tour view blurry/hazey, come to find out its a defective windshield and they didnt notice it. Rescheduled to have a new one put in, get to appointment just to be told they noticed on the windshield they were going to put in has a knick in it and its the last one so cant repair the windshield and have no idea when they will get more. Not entirely impressed with the service/company. Will update if/when its replaced.Update: June 26thHas had two windshields put in. Both were distorted. Now are having a 3rd one put in. The owner of the shop said he would be here personally to make sure it was done right. He is not here. Will update later today to see if his words about his employees are true or not (it was not good fyi)

Anders Auto Glass installed the $700 wind shield incorrectly. The installers use the wrong se al scratched up the metal on my 2018 Toyota Tundra. I washed it for the first time at the dealership and the water leaks through. The office manager brought out two buckets to pour to prove to me its not their work that its leaking through the sunroof. that was false then she said she didnt believe me and let me make it right. I said why would I let you make it right if you did it incorrectly the first time. Now Im at novus Glass in Fort Collins and theyre installing it correctly and having to prime the metal so I dont get rust from the damage they did to my truck. Dont ever use Anders Auto Glass repair off the I-25 highway. Rip off you think youre getting a good deal but they do it incorrectly with old tools obviously. If I could give zero stars or negative 10 stars I would.

Awful customer service. They called 15 minutes before the appointment we made two days ago saying they didn’t have the glass in stock. We live 40 minutes away. They took zero accountability for this mishap, not offering as little as a small discount on a future service. Spoke with the secretary who said what they have in inventory is completely out of their control and they did absolutely nothing wrong. Avoid at all costs! Please go to someone who cares about the reputation of their business and ability to deliver on their promises.Edit: You can see the immaturity and deflection of responsibility in their failure of inventory management in the owners response below. Again no apology, no responsibility, and no effort to make things right. Even a made up line to discredit my integrity that I expected them to create a windshield out of thin air. This is how they treat repeat customers who have provided them with multiple referrals.

Called a week prior to have service scheduled to come out to my location. They called me the day prior to verify the appointment. The day of the appointment I called 30 minutes after the scheduled time. They had my name down wrong and told me the appointment was scheduled to be done in shop or else it would have to be rescheduled for a later date. They were not willing to work with me when they messed up on their end when the appointment was scheduled.

The windshield was a good price and they finished in 45 minutes but cracked my dash and left black on my headliner, handles, dash, and on the outside

STAY AWAY FROM ANDERS AUTO GLASSI dropped my vehicle off for a windshield repair and back window repair, appointment was from 9am - 5pm. I was eager for the opportunity to support a small business as I received some good reviews from neighbors and friends. After I paid my bill, I hopped in my truck and went to pull out of the lot when I noticed damage to my defrost vents right below my windshield. I had my elbow on the middle console and when I pulled away I had shards of glass in my arm and was bleeding. I went inside and spoke with Tammy, and she said she would review camera footage as she did not believe that they damaged it. No apology for glass in my arm.When I arrived home, I found GLASS all over the inside of the truck and the truck bed was full of glass and rubber seals.The following afternoon I get a call from Tammy stating that they didn’t see any of their equipment damage my dashboard(big surprise), then went on to tell me that it was my duty to clean up the glass from their repair job because they are not a “detail shop.”The lack of accountability that this woman exhibits is disturbing and a direct reflection of how she runs her business. Poor Customer Service and Lack of Communication throughout the front office. Came here because the price for the service was great and really helped me out when my windshield was destroyed out of the blue, they quoted me half of what everyone else in the area quoted me; good customer service, lobby was very hospitable, front desk was friendly, appointment was easy to make and I didn’t have to wait when I arrived for it; window came out great

I am very impressed. I had rock damage to the windshield of my 2005 Scion xB. I took my car to one of the majors, a chain, and was told that, because of some rust, they wouldnt work on it unless I had them do it at a body shop in case of a problem. Anders was much more understanding. They looked it over, thought it was likely to be fine, removed the windshield, cleaned up the minor rust, and got the windshield in. There were several small touches that I was quite impressed with. They took care to remove the rust, then primed the bare metal, and they put in a wider molding strip that would reduce water infiltration and cover up the primer. They told me every step of the way what they were doing. They worked with my insurance, so there was no charge to me. I did need to make one phone call to my insurance - the chain would have been easier - but for this minor inconvenience I got superior service from folks who were willing to work with me and my older car. These guys are great. I highly recommend them to anyone needing glass work.

I had a horrible experience they scratched my car worth a 1000 dollars in damage the sealant is didn’t get put on I called them they didn’t take responsibility and refused to fix what they damaged denied that they did it so I highly recommend that people do not go to them they were rude and unperfessional.

Very reasonable pricing and finished exactly on time quoted. Was good to see Kenny (again and whom I do not know) but remember him from early 2000s when he was struggling at old shop and commuting weekly. Remember in summer he brought his kids and they all slept in the shop. Its what you have to do when getting a small business started.

They dont fix windshield cracks, which is fine, but they didnt tell me that on the phone when I asked about bringing my car in for a windshield crack repair. I said I had a 2 inch crack coming up from the bottom of the windshield, she said oh like a big spiderweb? I said no its just one straight crack coming up from the bottom of the glass. She told me to bring it in. Wasted over an hour.

They did a fantastic job replacing my boyfriends windshield at 1/3 of the price safelite quoted me. Theyve got a customer for life.

Extremely nice people that work here!! There was a mix up on the vehicle info that I gave them (I was wrong) the tech realized it before starting the removal on the windshield. They said they could have the new windshield delivered the next day, I couldn’t make it so I was able to come back later that week. Everybody was cool about the mix up and in the end everything worked out, Thanks guys and gals!!

Originally, I had to reschedule my appt. I had to leave town for work on short notice. Anders was understanding and had me reschedule, even though the gal that helped me sounded annoyed. I moved the appt back a week and a half. They had plenty of time slots open. I arrived today at 9:40am. Im always early. My appt was scheduled for 10. I was originally quoted 1 to 1.5 hours over the phone. It has now been 2 hrs and 35 minutes and I am still waiting in the office waiting room. I can see the cameras from where I am sitting. There isnt reallya sense of urgency on withp workers I am watching, even though Im over an hour past my quoted time. The gal did tell me it would be 1.5 to 2 hours, but i had no choice since i had already taken time off from work. None of the office staff or employees is the back had masks on. There were times where the smell of cigarette smoke coming from the back was strong. Now, they did honor my valpak coupon on late notice, but only after I pointed out there was no instruction on it about the third Thursday of the month being the day they honor them for this. I left a tip, which I am regretting now. Total time I waited was 2 hrs and 45 mins. And now I have a very unhappy boss. I am a local, born and raised in Fort Collins. I dont like to use corporations and try to use small businesses whenever possible. I will not be returning or recommending Anders in the future. The price is great but you get what you pay for. Almost half price of what safelite was. But, looks like I will be going to safelite from here on out. I recommend the same. I gave two stars because of honoring the coupon on late notice. But the service is one star. Also, the woman who handed me my keys called me by the wrong name. Its Riley, not Ricky. Icing on the cake.Per your response:I arrived early. You are correct. I did not leave until 12:25. I have a screen shot of the time I left to cover myself with my boss. No reason was given for the new time frame. Just that it would be longer. As for the masks, that is fine if your employees stay in the office. But one used the microwave and walked right past me to use the restroom, in the waiting room, which is a public place. As for the installer sense of urgency, I understand it was Friday, but completing the work was not the priority. You have a great view of the camera screen from the couch I was sitting on. And I had plenty of time to watch them. The valpak coupon says nowhere on it about the third Thursday being the day you honor it. I also contacted valpak and they said it was news to them. May wanna include that information. I can tell by how combative you were with the customer that left a review a few below me that customer service is lacking.ALSO: There was rubber and scraps left on both sides of the inside of my car, passenger and driver. Per your previous comment in the other review, youre not a detail shop. But in any job, you are expected to clean up the mess. My windshield wipers were not reinstalled correctly. So I ended up at safelite anyways. They fixed your shops work. Again, I am leaving this review for others. Not for you to be defensive. I will not be returning and will advise others not to use your shop as well. I will take my future business elsewhere.

Competitors wanted double what Anders quoted me. The glass they used was excellent quality (pilkington). They were very helpful and worked with insurance without a problem. Ive had 3 windshields replaced on my vehicles here over the past year and every time the workmanship has been excellent. In once instance I noticed minor waves in the glass and they happily replaced it with a new piece of glass the very next day. I would recommend that people try Anders _first_ before they try any other place - you wont be disappointed!

Scheduled to bring my truck in to have back glass replaced. They needed it in shop to do the repair as it is more involved than most. Scheduled three days in advance so they had plenty of notice to prep for job. Took a whole day off work as they said they’d need it all day. Brought in at 9 am on a Friday; they call me at 1 pm to tell me that they are out of butyl tape so they cannot do the job until they get more in on Monday. Butyl tape is an extremely common material in auto glass repair. Why are you out and why did you not prep correctly for the job that you knew was coming to you days ahead of time? They asked if they could keep my truck until Monday and do the replacement then. So now I’m supposed to take another whole day off work and leave you my truck all weekend because you are ill prepared?? I asked if there is some kind of discount they could offer for the severe inconvenience as well as me having to not work (and consequently not make any $) for two days for it to be completed, and they said no and that if I want it done right that’s the price I have to pay. So you screw up and are not willing to compensate at all for your screw up? That’s not customer service and also not owning YOUR mistake. Very unprofessional. I picked up my truck and took it over to safelite who beat their price as well as took the time to verify that they had correct materials and qualified staff to do the job. You lost out on a potential repeat customer and an $800 invoice because you don’t prep properly and don’t own your mistakes. Now you get a bad review on top of it. Congrats, you earned it.

Theyve fixed about a half dozen windshields and replaced one for me too. The work has always been good, the wait time are always reasonable, and the prices are fair. My only complaint: the waiting room and entry way could use a facelift. Ill be back, and Ive referred friends.

I called to get my driver side window replaced and they came to my apt but couldnt get the window in for some reason (I think there was something wrong with the inside of the door?) After they left later they called me and Kenny- I believe is his name- came to my work and fixed the problem and was able to put the glass in. Yes the price is good but after a few weeks my weather stripping on my front windshield started coming off. Took it in a 2nd time they supposedly fixed the stripping, now its happening again was on i25 and all of a sudden my stripping was flying in the air. I had my 3 kids in my car totally unsafe.will never go back to this company. Put myself and my 3 kids in danger. Apparently ya get what you paid for. Totally not happy.

Ive had the company pick up windshield repaired and Ive had my pick up an my car windshield replaced. I cant complain about the price compared to Safelite Auto which one it almost $400 for each vehicle and I got them done for under $200 each. After calling several places and reaching out to a group page on Facebook I was referred here everyone said how cheap and amazing this place was I call and confirmed twice with lady on the phone that I needed a back windshield. Said it would be $180 plus $25 and they would be here that Monday. So Monday gets here my boyfriend gets a call saying they ordered the wrong glass and it will be the next day he confirmed again what we needed they come out and said they didn’t realize it was for my back windshield they thought it was the front And it would be $645! I already cancelled my other appointment with someone that was driving from Denver to do it on Saturday for $450 thinking I was getting this great deal I didn’t think anything about the price difference because of the people I talked with on Facebook. If anything I’m disappointed because I was expecting to have a car this week it’s our only vehicle right now and I’m about to literally spend every penny I have to get these guys from Denver to come out to fix it.
