The costumer service need to be improved and looked at. I did a phone call and a guy replied to me, I asked him about if they change the charging port for IPhone X. It should only take a minute for giving the price, but he took 4 minutes and closed the phone call without giving me any price! .

I took my iPhone in to get the battery replaced and was pleasantly surprised when Joe explained the terms, type of battery that would be used to replace my iPhone battery and the guarantee that came with the battery plus the cost. What was GREAT was that it was only going to take approximately 40 minutes to have the battery replaced. Joe did the battery replacement himself and true to his word, my phone was ready when I came back by to pick it up! Joe explained the importance of charging my new battery to 100% as soon as possible; which I did! My iPhone is like new! I will take all my electronics and battery needs to Batteries Plus from now on. They are GREAT!

These guys are the real deal. Joe replaced my iPhone 6 battery in about 20 minutes and it works perfectly. He was a pleasure to work with, as well. Very polite and tech savvy.This after I drove over an hour to the Apple Store for the same service, only to have them turn me away because the bezel had a tiny dent in it. I will avoid dealing with Apple and go straight to We Fix It in the future.

We brought my iPhone 4S in on a Saturday afternoon for a repair. It was decided that the battery needed to be replaced (it had swelled) and it needed a new back too. We were told to return in about 2.5 hours. I called 2 hours after we left and the phone was repaired and ready. I feelas if I now have a new iPhone 4S. Thank you for the excellent service.

Just had them replace the battery in my iPhone 6s and it went great. Even though I just dropped in, they had the battery in stock and I only had to wait about a half an hour. They continue to be one of those businesses that are helpful and knowledgeable that I can trust. :)

Friendly people, honest, great prices and work! Got my daughters iphone 5S screen replaced. I also had my car battery checked while I was there. I had them check it once before and they told me I didnt need a battery at that time. I kept thinking I maybe needed a new one recently as Ive never replaced it. I was able to drop my phone off earlier than I had scheduled, and the repairs only took about an hour. I am pleased with the quality service and the fact that they checked out other functions of my phone to ensure everything was working when I got it back. The gentleman that helped me was super knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me good information, and even though my watermark had been triggered, I still got a year warranty on the parts. If it wasnt my battery like he thought, he said he would return the old battery to the phone and wouldnt charge me for the new one.

Very friendly and got me up and running in no time. Ubreak I fix would not fix my screen because they said my charging system was not working properly. After they fixed the screen my phone started charging like normal. Definitely would go back for all my repairs hopefully wont have to.

Polite honest home town business. They have repaired 1 phone and an ipad twice for me. They could have put a warrentee issue on me and refused to fix my iPad. I imagine most shops would have blamed a screen issue on old exposure to water. It was an easy out. Wouldnt have been right. So they didnt use it. They have been prompt courteous and again honest. They honored their warentee when they could have easily not. Turn around times of hours to 1 day. At this point i couldnt find 1 thing for them to improve on.

We were promptly served and the process of getting a new i-phone battery was clearly explained. As promised, 30 minutes later the phone was ready!

Decided to day to see if I could have the battery replaced in my IPhone 5S since the current battery has to be recharged daily. Phoned Batteries + and they said they can change the battery in about 30 minutes. I headed right down and in less then 30 minutes, a new battery was in my phone and I was out the door.
