I usually go here to have my screen protector replaced so I decided to see if they could replace the swollen battery in my iPod. They had to order the battery but had it back to me in a week. The tech also said that there isnt a warranty but if something isnt right to bring it back in and theyll do their best to make it right.

I had to replace my phone while on vacation and they were able to extract all of my old data and transfer it to my new phone. Great place to do business and they saved me hours of work. I highly recommend them.

I tried to call 2 other businesses to see about a new battery for my iPhone. At one I got only a busy signal for almost 10 minutes. At the other I got only voicemail. I don’t drive anymore and wanted assurance that the battery could be replaced in a reasonable amount of time, while we did other errands. CPR answered their phone immediately, assured me they could help quickly. It was done in about 30 minutes, and they checked my phone systems to be sure everything is working properly, all at a reasonable price. Customer for life!

I called CPR after breaking my screen, and they were able to get my phone in immediately. They were extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. My phone was ready in a little over an hour! I trust CPR with any phone issues I have.

I first called to see if the lens on the BACK of my phone could be fixed and spoke with Daniel. He was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about my Samsung 10+. I was ecstatic when he quoted me the price of $35 (Verizon quoted me $200, WITH insurance!) and even offered to send me an invoice through email if I couldnt get there in person to order the lens. I called the next day and spoke with Josh, another knowledgeable and kind employee, who let me know it wasnt very busy at the time and the part was available. When I arrived, Tyler helped me, and again was polite and very knowledgeable. My phone was fixed when promised and I have my new go to phone repair, which is SO reasonable and a pleasurable experience all the way. I wont hesitate to come back with any future problems and highly recommend them.

I looked into trading in my iPhone 6s but even with an un-cracked screen it would only get me about $50 credit toward a new phone, so I decided to stop by this place instead! Wait time was much shorter than anticipated, staff was friendly and helpful, and my phone looks brand new, and works great too (I got the screen, and battery replaced plus a new screen cover for only about $130 total). Highly recommend!

Great Experience! I spoke to Josh yesterday about replacing the battery in my Motorola Z-Force Droid, he indicated that they did indeed have the correct battery and that he would hold it for me until I arrived. I dropped my phone off a little before 1pm and he indicated that they would have it done for me by about 2:45pm. I stopped back by at the indicated time and the phone was ready to go. The tech gave me a couple of instructions, did the paperwork and I was out the door by 3:00. Would definitely recommend them and will return with any additional repairs I might need.

I took my Galaxy s8+to have the front and back screens replaced and the charge port replaced. I was fortunate enough to work with Cydney. She was very nice and professional. First she got down and dirty and cleaned out the charge port so it didnt have to be replaced. Saving me a quick 80$. Second she had the screens replaced and the phone looking brand new in about an hour and a half. Third the prices were the best I could find after looking. I very much enjoy giving her and the business 5 stars and will definitely be going back for future phone needs.

Hi everyone, my experience with CPR was wonderful.I needed a cell phone battery replaced. it was done the same day and the price was commensurate with the average price around town.I had 2 old laptops that had issues and the info on the mother boards required downloading onto my newest laptop.The techs struggled a bit to access the older laptops, but we worked together and got it done. In spite of the extra time and effort required, they stuck to their price of $50.00 total, other wizards were asking $65.00 per laptop.Lastly, the guys i dealt with were polite, I like that, informative and knowledgeable, and helped me with other Geek concerns outside of our paying services. Its nice to have people who care about us as people and not just as a cash cow!!Theyve earned my future business. R

I called this place to see if they could help out with my charger that got snapped off in half in the charging port of my iPad (by my wonderful 2 year old; gotta love toddlers) and my screen that I messed up trying to get it out myself. Josh had the charger portion out within 5 minutes, and didn’t even charge for that part! Then they told me they needed to analyze my iPad to see if the screen actually needed replaced or if they could fix it without replacing it. They were very communicative throughout the entire process and checked in with me to confirm that I wanted them to go ahead with the replacement and told me exactly how much it would cost. After an initial negative review, I was contacted by Josh and he went above and beyond to fix the issue we had with our iPad screen repair. Absolutely appreciate that they truly do care about the quality of their work and the customer’s happiness.

My wife broke the display on her phone. We got another and downloaded everything except her photos. Verizon, Samsung and two other cell phone repair facilities said they were lost. We went to CPR as a last resort. Josh looked it over and said it shouldnt be a problem. Two days later her new phone had all the photos from the broken one and they had downloaded them to a flash drive for her. All for $40! Highly recommend CPR for all your cell phone needs and issues!

I took my iPhone 6 into the store on a Wednesday afternoon for a new battery. I am Disabled and Unable to Speak, so I communicate via writing. DANIEL helped me, and he was AWESOME! I only use my iPhone as a mini iPad...not a phone, and am Not very tech-savvy. They use of market glass for the phone repairs and crack at just about anything I wouldn’t recommend going here not worth the price for a week of a nice screen, and when I asked them about it and how it was already cracked at the corner when I received it they told me it was normal and fine…

I have the ZAAG warranty for the glass screen protector. I logged in to order a new one and it listed CPR as an option to walk in and get one. VERY EASY! There was a small fee associated with the service (if you go through ZAAG online you have to pay for shipping). So it was comparable to that. They fixed it up in 10 minutes! Thanks guys!

CPR was able to get the part I needed for a good price. I went to my Sprint dealer first, who was going to charge me 1/3 more than CPR, before they said they couldnt get the part because it comes from China and they cant get anything now. I am a very satisfied customer.

After purchasing the OEM back glass for my phone they showed me the replacement part. I told them it wasnt the right color, but they insisted it was. It also didnt have the Verizon logo, which Im certain is required for my upgrade trade-in. I asked if it would be accepted and they said probably to which I told them that was the entire reason for the repair. It was ready on time, however upon seeing the finished product it was obvious the color was wrong. Also, the glass was raised off the frame about 20 percent of the circumference. I expressed my concern for both of these issues and the guy sternly said you dropped your phone, so there are barbs preventing it from fitting flush with the frame. If you want me to grind then down I can, but that means Ill have to replace the back glass again. I asked if he could guarantee Verizon would take it back and he said they probably would although they obviously didnt. Now Im on the hook for the balance of the phone, since I had already purchased my new phone by the time it was rejected by Verizon. Spend the extra twenty dollars and go to Ubreakifix. Trust me.

I needed the Smartphones for Dummies hand-holding when I made my first purchase (previous phones had been provided by my employer), so Josh & Daniel bent over backwards getting me a phone that worked for my chosen carrier and getting me set up on their network. I promptly turned around and purchased a second phone from CPR for my husband. They are great people!

They was able to repair my brand new All Glass cell phone and had only been out on the market for about a month. AT&T insurance suck. It was actually cheaper to have the thing repaired then the have even the insurance send me a new phone. AT&T insurance drop my claim twice because it was such a new policy. I didnt get the name of the fella who helped me but he was awesome, short black hair and glasses. He did a warranty replacement on a screen protector, and despite some initial problems just with the design of the glass on the S10+, he worked it out and it turned out great. Excellent customer service. Ill be going back when the battery on this thing inevitably needs to be replaced.

I take my phone in on occasion to get my glass screen protector replaced. I could send in my old one and wait for a new one that I have to put on myself. Or I can take it in, pay a very reasonable fee and have them replace it within 10 minutes. They always do an excellent job with no dust or bubbles under the screen protector. If you dont have an invisible shield screen protector by Zagg, go see these guys. The screen protectors are awesome and so is this store.

I am so thankful I found CPR. I took my phone into an apple store and was given grim news that to repair my phone it would cost a minimum of $500. They recommended that I just get a new phone. The guys here did a great job. Unfortunately, the phone was not fixable. There was a defect in the phone that was not apparent until well after the warranty expired. However, these guys went above and beyond trying to first fix it, then replace it. I will definitely return for fixes in the future!
