I bought a go bee and came with a couple atomizers I thought came dead on arrival turns out it was the base, the customer service team were very helpful and sent out a new right away base free of charge ! 10/10 would recommend 👍🏾👍🏾

Really happy with my purchase from bee nails!Ordered the nail v2.0 which is a great product, had a slight issue a while after, but the product was backed up by great customer service and it was resolved very swiftly and Im happy to be using my nail again! All round really pleased with everything and the level of service has given me the confidence to order myself a gobee which Im very excited to try!

Entered a contest on their Instagram page in which you would win a choice of an e nail for sharing your personal story. I message the company my information and asked if there were any accompanying accessories needed to go with the nail that I won. I was informed I won a sticker for a nail and asked which version I had. Even though the owner or the company who I spoke with on the live never clarified that it was only a sticker and he was made aware I was not a bee nail owner. After receiving message and indicating that it was odd that I won a sticker for an item I did not own and cant even purchase because it is out of stock. Other giveaways they have show a different image then what you actually win. This is VERY MISLEADING MARKETING. After I confronted the company, they read the message and blocked my accounts. No apology. And the next live show they did they made no effort to clarify their misleading tactics.

These guys redefine what EXCELLENT customer service is!!! I was helped by Ross and words couldnt describe my wonderful experience. It was probably the best customer service experience Ive had in the past 20 years. Do yourself a favor and try these guys out. You WILL NOT be let down!!! I will only shop from this place going forward based on the experience I had. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. There is no better enail company out there

Dont buy gobees product im a local down the street been out here 6 years bout 7 dab pens not much mention like all their accessories. None of the stuff works, its always gives a nice rustic rusty look in a dab pen with a gimmicky light up feature from China. Ross who used to help run the company was cool. But the dude who runs isnt very down to earth or personable, pretty rude guy, i wouldnt give em a penny for a dab pen if he paid me a gram of hash a day to smoke for the rest of my life. My advice if u want a dab pen buy something else like any sab pen with better customer product and a product that can stand behind their message of go bee yourself!

These guys are awesome Ive never visited there place in fort Colins but I have ordered quite a few things off of there website. There products are exellent and they have the customer service to back up the price. These guys replaced an item that was damaged in the mail within a day. If youre using concentrates I cannot recommend a better e-nail or company

Terrible customer support. I have purchased many times from here, spending thousands of dollars. Received go-bee complete kit, with minimal documentation. The joint cracked and I was sent an email blaming me for not removing an o ring, and the cost to replace. Terrible documentation, poor design and awful customer service. Do not buy from these clowns.

Yesterday my boyfriend and I went into to the new store in Fort Collins. We had no idea they had just moved there, they were so nice and invited us in to see and water test the rigs. They were all so friendly and really straight forward about what we were getting.(really love people like that) the rig and e-nail its self is by far they best we have ever had. Heats ups and stays at the temp. The rig is super sturdy and gives a smooth hit. I could not be more happy that we met these awesome people, true down to earth people who only want to give you the best, longest last, product out there. We cant wait to see whats coming next!

Address is wrong don’t try to go here you won’t find it. No phone it just goes to their answering machine and says they will call back in 48 hours worst service and false advertising ever.P.s. called me back later as soon as the store was closed for the day. Must check their answering machine after they close up. Walked around in the freezing wind looking for the place for two hours so I don’t know how you can say your address is right. Maybe put a sign up or something if your place is that hidden. Or maybe here’s a thought. If your place is hidden and there’s no way to find it answer your phone and direct people instead of having an automated machine that you check at the end of the day.

Just got a new one for my birthday. The numbers on the display are not working accurately (8 looks like 3 and 9 looks like s) Havent had my girl check the warranty, but Im bummed I gotta ship it back and wait…I hope they make it right. Update will follow.Update: They have replaced the unit and works perfectly. I have since placed 2 more orders from Bee-Nails, after they gave me some free shwag.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, I knew exactly what I needed but he answered every question in the book! On top of that, they do work to preserve honey bees, and thats just awesome in itself.

I ordered a gobee mini. No shipping or tracking information was ever sent to me. It arrived, and the battery couldnt hold a charge. I reached out to customer service, the phone line didnt work. It took over a week to get a response over email. They said that they would replace it. Instead I got coils for a gobee that I dont even have.Later I got a call from the owner because he saw my review. He said that he wanted to make it right. He wanted to send me a new gobee mini free of charge, that Id get shipping information the next day, maybe 2 away, and that he would expedite the shipping. He said Id be getting the newer model of gobee mini.Over a week since I should have received the tracking information for the new gobee, and over a week since it should have arrived? Still no tracking information, still no gobee. No one can verify that anyone from their support called me, and no one will confirm or deny that a new one is on its way.Long story short, if you order from these deranged liars, then expect to be disappointed in more ways than one. Having high service volumes? Thats fine. I understand, and I can empathize. Lying to a customer and not backing up what you say? Thats unacceptable. I refuse to do business with this company whatsoever going forward.

I had a pretty big issue regarding the shipment of my order and the friendly people at Bee-Nail helped me the best they possibly could. Their customer service alone has kept me as a customer.The bubbler I ordered is sturdy and gives a smooth hit. My enail works as expected and heats up well (not too fast or slow). The ceramic nail is also good and shows no sign of cracking.I dont really have any complaints regarding the company, their service, or their products.

Sad with bee, i have had my box for a while my coil burned so i brought a new one within 3 months the stupid coil burned again, so im looking for a new enail, 😎 and i found one dab ninja all the way!
