The entire staff of Goes made my family and I feel special, cared for and without knowing our mother personally, they made her memory live in our hearts every step of the way. From the moment Will showed up at the facility after mom passed to the very last encounter with him, he was extremely kind, caring and helpful. Even his voice was gentle and comforting. The process of sending ashes to other family members was done with dignity and respect. I cannot say enough good things about these very SPECIAL people.

Beautiful tribute and service for my grandfather.

During the most traumatic time in my memory, Brett, our funeral director, was a beacon of compassion. I cant express how kind the entire staff has been before, during, and after my wifes service. The entire focus was on my wife, and the surviving family, not how much money they could make. Although, the cost was actually very reasonable. I give a five star rating to this establishment easily and without reservation. I would recommend them very highly to anyone.

Dealing with loss of life is the most difficult experience any human must endure, and I can not think of a better person than Rachel to help with this process. There is nothing that Rachel could have done better, she is an expert in her field.

Im not a review writer but the folks at Goes certainly deserve every glowing review in the world. I cant even begin to describe how many details and moving parts that had to come together to make dads funeral services happen so seamlessly in 2 towns across the country but Rachel performed miracles and worked tirelessly, professionally, always friendly and supportive, almost always after hours, anticipating every need we had and under budget. Another amazing team member, Brett, even drove dad across the country and continued the Goes support out of state for 3 days. Above and beyond and bending over backwards is how they served my family every step of the way and I cant thank them enough!

Goes is a wonderful funeral service. Rachael was compassionate, always available, smart, and very helpful. I could not have been happier with all the services they provided such as a prayer service before cremation with our Deacon, cremation and urn selection, card and note selection, service printout, Mass at a Catholic Church, payment of church services, ordering flowers, arranging obituary notices, death certificate, notification of federal agencies, cemetery service, and settling us into the luncheon. She was very caring throughout as was everyone else at Goes. I felt the fees were reasonable and in line with standard fees.

Chris has been so professional and very nice to our family! We lost our brother a few days ago, Chris explained the whole process to both of us and made us feel very comfortable that our loved one is in his care.

The staff were extremely caring, understanding and did a great job in taking care of my family member after he passed. The respect, kindness and gentleness that they all showed to my family was exceptional. Thank you for everything.

I got to meet Brett at Goes after my grandmother passed. Brett and the staff at Goes are incredibly sensitive to the needs of families during their experience of loss. Thank you Goes for blessing my Mom during her time of need when my Grandma passed.

Terrible, horrible, degrading experience. They allowed the girlfriend of my ex-husband to falsely put herself down as spouse on the death certificate without any proof of marriage which shut my daughter out of her fathers estate. Not only did they not apologize for their mistake (I alerted of the facts the day after he arrived) and not correct the error, they made our family jump through hoops and then PAY for a reissued certificate. They even sent his remains to her and it took us months to get them back. The owner was condescending on the phone and hung up on me when I was trying to obtain information. Take your business elsewhere!

My family used Goes services 17 years ago when my stepfather passed. They were great, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He was transported to Central American to be laid to rest (a complicated process) and it was done seamlessly. Most recently I again used there services for a very unexpected loss of my infant and again they were great! Can’t say enough about the care and compaction they show.
