I took my older laptop to John when it was becoming unbearably slow. John was great about walking through my options in getting it back up to speed and was able to do it that day for a reasonable price. He is very friendly and did a great job on my computer. Highly recommend!

John has been repairing all of my computers since 1997. He has always performed in a professional, proficient and timely manner. I was having problems with my HP laptop and I decided to take it to the big box store where I purchased it. The Tech I spoke to told me they would have to remove and reload the programming. He said that it would take 4 to 5 days, and cost $200.00! I told him I needed my computer for work, and that 4 to 5 days was unacceptable. The Tech couldn’t have cared less. I called John, and he said to bring it in. He repaired the problem in less than 15 minutes, and for a very reasonable amount. Lesson learned!

John is awesome! I love the used laptop I bought from him. The specs for the price exceeded my expectations, and lots of the programs I need came already installed along with Windows 10 OS. John provided excellent service as well; he was willing to accommodate my schedule since my work hours overlap his normal business hours. He also gives a 2-month warranty on the laptop itself. Im confident that if I need anything he is easily reached and responds to messages promptly.

I had been a long-time consumer at Computer Resource before it closed. John was their fixer - the best in our County. Was relieved he opened his own business. Super knowledgeable, no long waits for repairs and additions to computer, extreme patience with long-winded customers like myself (little old lady), prices cant be beat. Johns Computer Repair is the best in Northern Colorado. Forget big box stores, this is the person you need.

John did a super job with my laptop rebuild. He did everything in his power to fix my problem quickly and correctly. Its running great! And I learned a lot from him as a result. And--a very reasonable price. Highly recommend his five-star service.

Thats what businesses do buy & sell product & services and in Johns case go through & repair/refurbish as needed before selling a product. If you didnt want to sell it to a business you could have said no. Ive known John for years and he has always been honest, professional & great to work with. I highly recommend John. Ive been in contact with John before a few times concerning an old gaming laptop of mine. Hes always been very friendly and informative without talking down to me or making me feel stupid about owning a computer. Recently, I asked for him to replace multiple components and install a fresh operating system on my machine and he did it all quickly and thoroughly as requested. Ill be happy to go back to him for all of my computer needs, as well as telling family and friends to see him if they have computer problems.

So I was contacted over Facebook by a guy named Larry who claimed to run this computer shop. He wanted to purchase a PC I was selling that I fixed and repaired. He told me to meet him at his office(Johns Computer Repair), and to drop off the computer. I was confused why a repair shop wanted to buy my PC from me. So it turns out these guys will buy pcs that other people have fixed, low-ball them an offer and then do 0 work to that computer and flip it to their customers for a profit. Extremely unethical, and extremely unprofessional. Dont buy or use these guys services.
