Milan was so much help and so kind! I felt no pressure throughout the process and ended up with a great bike that fits my needs perfectly.

Whoever helped me fixed my completely messed up bike! He was really friendly and did his best to keep the prices low. It seemed like he genuinely cared about his conversation with me.

Closes early, answer machine is full, and tough to find. Just go to the other one in town.

Went here to try to find a bike and the store was very well kept and they had a very nice selection, especially considering the time of year! Mion helped me find the perfect fit and was super friendly! I ended up buying a really affordable used bike from them. Sadly it had a problem the next day but I went in and Mion was there again and was incredibly accommodating. He was able to fix it within a few minutes! Don’t know where you find incredible employees like him but keep it up! Can’t wait to shop here again next year! It’s also super close to all the dorms.

I had several great experiences here, including the staff from two locations stepping in to help recover my bike that was stolen. This wasnt in their job description but after my bike was stolen nearby, (not at their store) they put out the word with description and luckily I was able to get it back with their help. Awesome people !They offer great service, fair deals on used bikes and a very honest staff make this a bike shop you should visit. Highly recommend Patrick and staff people you can trust and will do their best to help you get what you need.

Super fast and good service! Pat, the employee who helped me, changed one of my inner tubes in around five minutes. He also oiled my chain and filled my other tire without me asking.

Ive had some good experiences with them before with some easy repairs I couldnt do myself, but recently when I took my bike in to get some parts replaced; sure they replaced all the parts but they misaligned all the gears and my chain so terribly, that I cant go a quarter-mile without my chain popping off. Ill see if they can get this corrected but if they dont improve the situation, Ill be taking my business elsewhere and you should too.

I needed a bike when I got to school, so I went to buy one here. Everything was way overpriced, but I still ended up buying one. The fork bent after one month of use. I only rode the bike around campus, so nothing should have caused that to happen other than it was already broken when I bought it. When I brought it back they would not do anything to help me. They have terrible costumer service and terrible, overpriced bikes. Only go here if you want to waist over a hundred dollars on a used bike that wont even last 1 semester.

We got great service, 3 or 4 visits before we purchased and very helpful and professional sales people.

The guy was friendly although a little cold and jaded. My major complaint is that the service for my bike was done very poorly. All I needed was a new chain and the installation ($15 for the Chain and $10 for the install by the way). The problem became evident a week later when my bike kept falling out of gear and as it turned out he installed the full length of chain without even shortening it to fit.3/10 Maximum, Will never shop here again.

Fixed my front tire flat, but the wheel was put back so it is off center to the left. It is clearly off center when viewing from the riding position, and rubs against the left brake pad. I called during business hours to make arrangements to get this corrected but no one answered (which I can understand because it is a very small shop) but there is no mention of voicemail in the outgoing message, just says the store name and nothing else. Ill figure out how to fix it myself, and go somewhere else from now on.
